Brittney and Jack were great to work with . They covered absolutely everything. They were professional and pleasant and respectful of my time. I really wasn’t thinking that I was ready to get a new roof even though I sorely need one, but they made it easy for me . DaBella appears to be a great company.. I’m looking forward to my new roof Which is long overdue.

The workers that put your roof on are awesome. DaBella as a company suck. Just know everything the promise to do for you, from the project manager, coordinators, all suck.

Was told I’d not be charged interest as I put 10k down and was going to pay the rest off. Already charged interest. Asked for the work to be pushed (at the time of the solicit) out 2 weeks as my girl was coming in from England. No problem they said. Completely ignored and they started work immediately. We got a hotel for a night just to not hear banging. No notice on dumpster drop off, and the dude didn’t speak English so that was fun.

Awful company and would never recommend to anyone. Work was great, leadership in the toilet.

I had a good experience with Erick and Conner from DaBella. Fernando the canvasser was very polite. I am excited because I won’t have to clean windows outside in the winter and the exclusive multi function will help me a lot. They answered all my questions and I am looking forward to my new Glasswing Windows.

I needed an estimate for roofing my home. Within a day Jack M and Brittany L arrived right on time and proceeded with doing an inspection/estimate on the roof. After this was finished they provided pictures as proof of their inspection. There was no doubt what was needed for a complete repair. Previous to this I almost convinced not to do anything about the repairs, just let things go a few years more; no more! I can't wait to have this complete. Jack and Brittany were excellent in their presentation. They were thorough, explained all details, and no pressure. I appreciate their method.

Edvin was very informative on the Dabella weather stopping system super respectful which was very goood but really loved there exclusive metalmark grey shingle that looks so great

I saw the product samples and was able to talk about options and prices. The information that I was given was very valuable to help me make a decision. I'm considering hiring them.

Dakota knocked on my door offering a free roofing inspection. He did a very quick and thorough inspection and provided me with a lot of valuable information that helped me realize my roof needs to be done much sooner than I thought. Before he left, he told me a little about his company and how they have an exclusive shingle which I thought was interesting.

After inspecting our roof, Austin looked in our attic and helped us with an exclusive DaBella Roof. We are excited we moved forward with DaBella.

I want to share my experience with this roofing company, and especially thank Tyler Skinner and Nathaniel Byrd.

Tyler was the one who initially walked me through what was going on with my roof. He explained everything clearly, backed it up with pictures, and helped me understand what sets their company apart from others—the top-notch, high-quality materials and attention to detail. Honestly, I didn’t fully grasp the value they bring until the work was actually done.

They completed the entire roof—including full resheeting with 111 plywood sheets—in just 3 days. Once they finished, they cleaned up everything, including both of my porches, leaving the place spotless. The very next day, the gutter crew arrived and replaced all my gutters in just 5 hours. I was amazed—the entire project was completed in just 3.5 days.

After the job was done, I noticed the attic felt a bit warm. I messaged Tyler, and he responded immediately. He told me to give it a couple of weeks for the roof to settle. Then, to my surprise, Nathaniel Byrd, one of the managers, personally called me to follow up. He assured me that if the heat issue didn’t improve, they would send a team—free of charge—to inspect and resolve it.

This level of service is exactly why I’m okay paying a bit more—peace of mind. The job may be done and paid for, but they’re still there for me. That’s rare. With most companies, once the job is finished, so is the relationship. But not here.

Now, I can confidently say: I have the best-looking roof in the entire neighborhood. You can tell this isn’t a small crew just getting by. These are professionals who take pride in doing it right the first time.

Jeff Weigel was extremely professional during our interaction. I was impressed with the quality and value of DaBell’s products and services concerning my siding replacement.

Do NOT let this company into your house! They are high pressure and they literally will not leave until you sign. They were here 7 hours! Their bids are 3x what a qualified contractor charges. Check CCB complaints first, as I failed to and regret it immensely. I only wanted windows and they convinced me I had dry rot and sold me siding. Which, come to find out I did not! They ordered a pile of plywood and not one piece was used. Then they installed siding before even ordering windows and were trimming in old windows, only to have to tear that off and reinstall when windows finally came! I stopped the project and threatened to file a CCB complaint and they laughed and said they would not show for mediation and would go straight to suing me!! Which they now have, even though I've already paid them over $60k! They added $50k to lawsuit for defamation due to my Google review and demanded I take it down, which I did at my attorney's request. I am now reposting it with more facts and truth as it is important that I warn other consumers as the CCB has yet to pull their license despite 35 complaints against them. Pray for me in this battle against them please.

My old roof was getting bad day by day, and the rainy season is coming, so I considered to replace my roof with a new one. A random guys showed up at my door to offer roof replacement. We had a 2 hours conversation and closed on a good deal (or at least I think so). I was working with Nathan and Bernice, and they help me to achieve my target budget and provide an exclusive schedule to get the roof done fast with a good roofing team.
There was a hiccup during the first day of construction that the amount of works that needed to be done is a little bit more than what I anticipated. However, they were willing to work it out with me to provide a best solution that satisfied both of us. I really appreciate their customer service and the workmanship they provided. Thanks and appreciate the help.

We feel that we will be getting value for money, and DaBella helped us with exclusive financing options that worked for our budget. Our home is in the Tillamook Forest so it is important for us to have the best products on the market.

Dabella uses an Indian company to robo-call and telemarket aggressively using cloaked (hidden) numbers that make it appear that they are calling from a local number. This is shady, the calls are super annoying, and that is a really poor way to try and get customers. I for one will NEVER do business with this company and I urge you to do the same.

If I could give zero stars I would, these people sent a salesman to my parents house for a window consultation which turned into a scammy used car salesman waste of time ,high pressure and ridiculous high prices and now after filling a bbb complaint they are still harassing my father, this business is highly unprofessional and if you can intercede and stop them from contacting your senior citizen relatives ,A SOLID NO FOR OUR BUSINESS DABELLA AND STOP CALLING

He didn’t just do the job — he explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what needed to be done, and followed through with top-notch work.

Isaak Trejo and Derrick Antoine were super helpful with giving me information on the windows. They helped me look into different programs that I could qualify for and find a option that is super affordable. They were very professional and concise with the information.

The design consultant Ron B. came out here and was awesome and laid out all the plans for our project. Had all the color samples and displays ready and available for us to hold up to the house, put next to eachother and make the best decision for our home. The whole process from initial measurements to signing was totally fun and he was so patient with us and our crazy kids!

DaBella was thorough in their assessment of the condition of our roof. Nathaniel Byrd and Damyon Padilla were awesome. When there were some snags in the project DaBella responded positively and quickly to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof or other roofing issues.

A young man representing DaBella with a clipboard & contact sheets but no business cards knocked on my door this afternoon. A No Soliciting sign is clearly posted right next to the doorbell which is, as one might expect, right next to the same door. That sign is there to save everyone some time. We don't do business with cold callers, so they needn't bother to knock to try to sell us services. I won't speculate on the young man's literacy. I'll charitably assume DaBella hires people who can read & understand "No Soliciting" & since he spoke perfectly fine English I have no reason to suspect otherwise. When I pointed to the sign, he claimed not to have seen it there on the wall beside the door and further dissembled that he wasn't here to sell me anything. I wonder if this level of honesty is what a contractee should expect when engaging DaBella. And to DaBella management I ask, why do you think anyone would hire your company if their first contact with your representative involves disrespecting the desires of the home owner, clearly stated on a sign next to their front door? Rest assured, I will certainly not.

Mike and T-love were both very respectful, and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and helped me make a good decision regarding my windows. I'm very excited to get my new Glasswings installed.

You have a driver that needs some training on driving the company vehicle. They were doing between 25 and 30 mph through a Fred Meyer parking lot. Cut us off so close that they were about 4 inches front my front bumper. We had to slam on our brakes. I had my kids in the car. Do better. Drive better!

DaBella does more than just window replacement, however, this review is specific to a work order for 5 windows to be replaced. Four standard windows and one bay window. The following is how it played out and why I cannot recommend DaBella as a vendor.

Sales:
1) The two people that came by the house (street soliciting) were nice people. One was obviously the lead and did the sales work.
2) We walked through and talked about the windows that needed replacement .
3) We did purchase the triple pane, krypton gas filled windows for less heat transfer.
4) Typical sales process on upselling the product, although I already knew what I was going to purchase.
5) As part of the agreement, we stated one item that was absolutely non-negotiable. The main shade in the bay window was a very expensive smart shade and that absolutely had to fit into the new window. The sales person said that would not be a problem and agreed to plan and wrote it on the quote.
6) We also discussed changing the outside trim to another, yet, simpler style. That was also agreed to but not fully defined. We were just told "sure, no problem".
7) They took preliminary measurements of all windows and said someone would come and do the final measurements.
8) A Project Manager was assigned to the project.
9) Estimated time for windows was about 3-4 months out.

The measurements:
1) A person came in a week later to take the measurements. Four of the windows were pretty standard and that was easy. When it came to the bay window he ran through the measurements pretty quickly and then mentioned that he didn't know they still installed bay windows. He thought they stopped doing bay windows a year ago. He made a call and couldn't get an answer from his supervisor and said they would contact me later that day or the next to let me know.
2) I did not get a call back in a day or two. I didn't even get a call back in 2 weeks. I received a voicemail later stating they got my question and "Yes, they still install bay windows."
3) The PM later said the shade should not be an issue.

Time for the install:
1) The installer said they couldn't do my suggested style of trim. They only had 2 options.
2) One of the windows had a frame defect which the installers found after mounting the window, but before attaching the permanent trim. That took another 3+ weeks.
3) Now for the bay window. It wasn't even close to the right size. I'm not sure what happened in the measuring process, I never received an answer, but the main window was much smaller (10") than the the old bay window and the side windows were larger. They had to add in a 2x4" frame around the whole inside of the old window, which shrunk the size of the opening by 5" all around. The bay extended out (depth) an additional 5", which caused a problem with how it was hung under the roof structure and that necessitated building a small bay window roof to compensate. They did a nice job with that construction and it did not cost extra, but it should not have been necessary if they would have gotten the measurements right.
4) The three shades for the old bay window no longer fit and I had to call and literally argue with the PM on a number of occasions that they were the ones that messed this up causing the shade not to fit. The PM's initial response and subsequent argument was that they did not guarantee that shades would fit. Considering the sales person and person doing the measurements said it would not be an issue, and the fact that I said on numerous occasions it was a deal breaker, I did not allow them to install the bay window until we could resolve the shade issue. Eventually, we compromised on the shade cost and we had the bay window installed and new shades purchased and self-installed. It was not a fun experience, but we were satisfied with the outcome in the end... thus far.

So, overall, I cannot recommend DaBella as a window replacement vendor. Expectations were sent and not met. It was not a good experience working with DaBella.

Our canvasser did his job in a respectful manner and was great to work with. He even said we were welcome to seek other comparison estimates. The estimate team lead started out very good and respectful. However, C continually referred to, "Average costs,..." for this and that. We kept asking for a written estimate so we could get comparison estimates and check out possible financing. Each time we asked for this information, C deflected and would not even let us take a picture of the written notes he had taken and which showed many different estimates that became quite confusing. In the end, where we were promised a maximum of 90 minutes meeting we were forced to sit through 3 1/2 hours of pressuring us to make an immediate decision, "By tomorrow this deal will be gone..." Now the company is blowing up my phone and we chose not to go with them. If I cannot trust a company to keep their word, I don't feel I can trust them with my home. This was a good interaction turned nightmare. And their prices were way too high, even for our area of the country.

What a great representative of the Bella, Johnny Vo and Cameron C. They help my family afford brand new siding for a rental property.

I was expecting pushy salesman, taking advantage of my mother who does not speak English. Johnny was sincere in helping in Cameron was a welcome knowledge.

We went with hardy siding, make our home look like new. We felt very confident in making the decision of moving forward with the same day decision.
They made such a daunting project seems hassle, free most importantly, they save us a lot of money and made it affordable in monthly payments
I will definitely recommend. And most definitely consider using them for our other project like our roof.
