Our experience with Aspire Contracting was made effortless because of Dane. We live 4 hours north of the townhouse that needed a new roof. Dane handled everything with USAA insurance for us, explaining the process as we went. We highly recommend Aspire Contracting and Dane in particular.

ASPIRE CONTRACTING - this is the company you hire when you are looking for qualified professionals who actually care about doing a good job. Our roof was severely damaged in a hail and wind storm and we were in need of a new one. Not a project we were looking forward to. Team Jim P and Weston H came out to access the damage and took the time to provide us with expert advise and options from repair to replacement. They answered all of our questions and remained very professional. Jim had made all the necessary calls and appointments with our insurance company , which made this whole project stress free.
The job was done in a timely manner, the crew was great, clean up was great and I have not found any nails in my yard! I was very impressed with this company from start to finish and Jim was amazing, he went above and beyond. In all my years, I have never had as fine an experience with a contacting company as I recently did with Aspire Contracting when they put a new roof on my home in Scottsdale, AZ. From the moment Project Manager, Scott Zilles, knocked on my door until my roof was replaced, everything was performed exactly as promised and the operation was seamless. Scott worked very well with my insurance adjustor and kept me up to date on what was going to happen next each step of the way. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up so well that my property was almost left in better condition than when they started. All my questions and concerns were continually and kindly addressed and, as promised, my roof replacement was completed in 5 days (which included installing new replacement gutters) and it looks wonderful! I will absolutely be recommending Aspire to any of my friends and associates who may be in need of a new roof

The process was painless. Dustin was knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel comfortable and explained the process and answered questions. It was neat to see my ac unit lifted off the roof, and them following safety measures, then reading this was the proper way to do it versus when I watched my neighbors roof done, and that group just working around the ac unit. This made me feel confident and secure in a job done right, with no shortcuts. Wish all my home improvement companies worked like this team. There were no nails left in the yard, no issues with remnants. Care was taken to keep nails out of my pool and my tortoise in my yard. I’m very impressed and pleased with the work done and the look of my new roof. So glad out of all the companies to go with, (which I had nightmares about things going wrong with others), that we went with Aspire, what a relaxing dream, in safe hands. The quality and care of the roofing work Vyncent and his team from Aspire Contracting did was outstanding. The roof looks great and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. But the key difference in addition to the high quality workmanship was that Vyncent was there every step of the way. They went above and beyond what I expected from a roofing company so if you are looking for a roofing contractor, I fully recommend them without hesitation.
After serious damage to my roof after a storm, I hired Aspire Contracting for roofing work. Not only did Vyncent work with the insurance company in terms of advocating on my behalf for covering the costs of the repair, he was also there during the inspection process when the claims adjuster came out. In short, his advocacy helped bring down and minimize my out of pocket costs to a point where I could actually afford to do this type of work and this was especially helpful in these economically challenging times. When I first began the process, I thought having a whole roof repair done was a cost I couldn't afford. As a result of working with Aspire Contracting and Vyncent I now have a beautiful new roof (see photo) that will last decades. Thank you!

I highly recommend Aspire to do any and all contracting for roofing! For three years, I've been constantly rejected by my insurance company for a new roof or any roof repair. I was defeated. Somehow, after requesting quotes for a new roof, John from Aspire stopped by my house. I was skeptical, given that three other roofing companies had also tried to get my claim to be approved. John asked to give him and Aspire a chance. Worse case - no new roof and no $$ out my pocket. I said sure but was completely skeptical about getting any work done. After a few months, Aspire got my insurance company to pay for the entire new roof and deck! I only had to pay my deductible. I highly recommend Aspire and John for work on any roof. They did an amazing job! The roof looks amazing. They were fast and extremely efficient. John communicates throughout the entire process and checks in to make sure as a homeowner that I'm informed.

Rob Driscoll has been absolutely fantastic working with our insurance company! We needed a new roof and he honestly got it done for us! He kept in touch with us letting us know he was still working with insurance and he will make this happen. Very excellent customer service by Rob. Our new roof is getting installed this week and it’s all thanks to your company/Rob. He is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. Answered all our questions with great patience . Since moving into our home in 2020, we have had multiple roofing companies approach us to replace the roof. We had a few try and nothing. There was something about Dustin that we knew he was the guy to get it done. From the start Dustin was professional, knew what he was talking about and not pushy. After we explained our hesitation, he was confident we would get a new roof and we did. CJ and his Aspire roofing company crew did an amazing job helping us get a new roof working through our insurance company. They were always polite, positive and professional throughout the project process. They helped us pick out the shingle type and color, had the materials delivered on time, had the roofing crew complete the entire process in three days, and left our property very clean when finished. They even power washed our driveway! We couldn’t be happier with our new roof which has added incredible aesthetic and financial value to our home. Dane Hayes was a GREAT person to work with. He always kept me up dated with all the information on my roof. I'm so glad he stopped by and asked me if he can take a look at my roof I was hesitant at first because I have solar on top of my roof and the company went bankrupt and I didn't know at the time who took over the contract of my solar I was in the middle of researching and he told me not to worry about it that he will find out who the people were. I referred Dane to family and he was able to help them with a new roof. All the men that came out to replace the roof did a beautiful job and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Aspire was great! John kept me informed every week regarding the progress of working with my insurance. The quality of workmanship and materials used was excellent. I highly recommend Aspire and would use them again.

Aspire was roofing a neighbor’s home. John Schuerger walked over to let me know what was going on and that the Neighbor‘s house was being re-roifed due to hail damage. He asked if I would like him to check my roof and I agreed. He took pictures and showed me the hail damage and the consequences of having that on my roof. he proceeded to let me know that if I was interested, we could contact my homeowners insurance and it would probably be paid for. John seemed confident and experienced not only in roofing but in dealing with HOA claims. Substantially we contacted HOA. He knew exactly what to do, what to say, what to ask for. John was present with the adjustor and we proceeded. John walked me through everything patiently and with a great deal of knowledge. The work was completed in a timely manner, John oversaw the progress, the crew was hard-working and did an excellent job. I recommend Aspire and John for any roofing construction needed.

Aspire was such a pleasure to work with there was another company that said they would replace our roof and they ended up trying to scam us into getting solar panels aspire came in and said what they would do and that was get us a new roof. Staff is super nice. Big shout to Alex for helping us

Aspire Contracting repaired our roof. We had damage from weather. We delt with Rob of Aspire. Rob and his team arrived and in one day they stripped our roof and redid it! Aspire Contracting worked with us to replace our roof after a very destructive thunderstorm caused serious damage. From the very initial steps of the process through to the completion of the work, Sky and his team at Aspire were professional, kind, and extremely competent. Aspire installed a new roof after some hail damage. Dustin was the project manager and his communication and follow up was excellent. The crew was professional. It was all done on schedule and as promised. I highly recommend this company.

First of all, this whole experience after a storm was horrible. I can’t imagine people that have complete devastation when ours was just a a completer roof replacement. In July our roof fell victim to a microburst and we were now in need of a complete roof replacement. The insurance claim was a nightmare. Getting estimates for the roof and needing emergency was more than I expected. After a couple of “I’m sorry we’re not gonna make it out to tarp your roof today” from other roofing companies, I was outside trying to figure out what could be done, in the verge of tears, coming up my driveway this young man with a great smile , introducing himself and the company he was with. He can see that I’m visibly upset and he calms me down and starts talking to me letting me know what and how he can help. That same evening, Weston went and got some tarps and secured our house. I have to admit, I was concerned that Aspire was based in Tempe and we are in Tucson. But what Weston Haile has done and been for us throughout this whole ordeal, is a God send. Weston and other workers had to come out, after yet another mini storm ripped up some of the tarps that they had already put up and secured them. He was very concerned about our well being and always seemed to be available when we called. 6 months into this and he still checks in on us. Weston and Aspire Contracting completed roof replacement, solar panels and all in the time frame that was given to us.
My husband is a fully disabled/retired fire fighter and has physical limitations. Weston was very understanding, patient and thorough with my husband’s questions and concerns. Weston helped and was available when insurance adjusters were calling & had any questions. He was a tremendous help in navigating the insurance claim, adjuster and payment.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Aspire Contracting and Weston Haile for any roof job that is needed.

My contractor with Inspire Contracting Rob Driscoll did everything to help me. My insurance was trying everything not to allow me to get my roof repaired! Rob went well above what was required to get my roof repair! He contacted the insurance company over and over while my insurance would change the contact person. It took over eight months but finally it’s done.. I am so please with the quality of the workers work. They did a beautiful job, and actually cleaned up the area better than it was in the first place. Each worker was so polite and help me when it wasn’t their job! being a woman I have been lied to and treated bad, but Inspire worker made this process so nice by not talking down to me but actually wanting to make the process easy on me! If you want an outstanding company working for you, you should choose Inspire construction . My sister recommended them because she had work done by them so glad she did!

We had our roof replaced after storm damage. We had not made an insurance claim as we did not know the extent of the damage. Weston Haile came to our door and offered to inspect our roof. Aspire Contracting’s Weston Haile was great! He handled everything. Mad multiple follow ups throughout. Handled insurance. Team showed up..not just one or two. They were organized, on time and efficient. Well cared for and clean equipment. Aspire and their team have been great after a storm damaged my roof. My project manager Michael Power has been fantastic throughout this whole thing, he stays in contact and lets me know what is going on and when to expect work to be done. Michael also helps expedite and coordinate other repairs that needed done.
I also worked with CJ Norrick who explained the process with insurance and helped me get a claim started and worked with my insurance adjuster to get everything that was damaged covered. It has been a great experience after such a terrible storm and facing all the damage done to my home. I highly recommend Aspire for your roofing needs.

07/16/2024 Aspire Roofing company came to our home for a roof inspection and provided pictures of the hail damage to our roof. Taylor Zeringue was the sales representative for Aspire and he assisted with filing the claim through our homeowners insurance.

We waited for the adjuster to show up and all of the paperwork to be submitted and when was all set Aspire set up the delivery of materials and scheduled installation of the new roof. The roof was completed 8/28/2024.

Aspire roofing was a professional company to work with and Taylor stayed in contact with us during the entire project and followed up the following day to check on the final installation.

I would highly recommend this company for any roofing projects that you need done. We send kudos to the entire Aspire Roofing Team and a job WELL DONE.

Alex was in the area after a bad microburst and was able to get a full roof replacment covered by the insurance. The team that did the work was fast and super careful of my plants and trees. The whole process was very easy and I very much appreciate it.

Noah helped me extensively with an inspection of my roof and gave me the best options to get it repaired at a low cost. Would definitely use their service again.

Back in May we were referred to Aspire through a solar panel company that we planned on using, we gave them a call and Justin was sent out. He was very pleasant and gave us a quote and even spoke and met with our insurance company for the assessment of the roof, to my surprise he even came over afterwards and broke more tiles on my roof Justin was dealing with our insurance company then I stopped hearing from him, he finally answered my call the 1st week of July and he tells me he no longer works for the company. I have been calling the company now for 3 weeks and NO ONE has returned or answered my call. Now I am left with a extremely damaged roof and an open claim with my insurance company.
12/5/23 - after several conversations, calls and emails, I can now honestly say that Aspire Contracting cares about their clients and stand by their work, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by this companies owners Mick and Nick. I called Aspire contracting for a roof inspection on my warehouse. they sent out one of their contractors he showed up on time was very professional who went up on the roof took a lot of pictures. When he came back down and informed me that my roof was good for the for the time being. Gave me his card and told me to call him if i had any problems. It was super kool, He didn’t try to pressure me into something that I didn’t need. I will definitely be reaching out to them to get my Re-Coat in the future

Justin, from aspire contracting came out did a free roof inspection on my home. He informed me of storm damage on my roof was able to navigate me through the insurance process and got my whole roof replaced by insurance. Install was done fast and they cleaned up good afterwards I would definitely recommend Aspire contracting again.

The absolute ONLY issue I had with the company was that I was not told to move my truck from the side yard. When I got home, there were shingles thrown against the truck and roofing nails and staples all around the tires. Although the non-English employees couldn't understand me, they knew from my expression how upset I was. They immediately began cleaning the debris and asked me wait 5 minutes before moving the truck. I helped pick up nails and staples but still ended up with a punctured tire. Tire replacement $424 @ Discount Tire. I forgot to tell Andrew at Aspire because I am traveling. Unknown if Aspire will work with me on the tire issue.
Aside from that, it appears that the roof repair was done properly. They advised me of every step of the process and did all the negotiations with the insurance company. Andrew answered all of my questions satisfactorily and I was never pressured about money, either before or after the job began or finished.
I DO recommend Aspire Contracting and would use them again.

Andrew & Aspire Roofing exceeded my expectations. They were very prompt in getting my roof replaced and did a professional job. And Andrew was very patient with me and gave me tue time I wanted to consider their proposal and to modify the contract a little. I give them a 10!

Mick has been super helpful and has done a great job breaking down the insurance process to me. It’s wild how complicated and non helpful insurance can be. We couldn’t have chosen a better roofing company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I only wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

The day was October 17, a day I’ll never forget. I’m sitting with my girlfriend in the living room enjoying the rain we were getting when my chimney starts making a noise. I walk over to assess the noise and see that water is now pouring down. I immediately get on Google, find Mick & Aspire and give them a call. Within an hour there were 4 guys on my roof tarping it to stop this massive leak. After about a week mick and the adjuster met on my roof, about 5 minutes into that meeting mick knocks on my door and let’s me know that my roof is being completely replaced BY MY INSURANCE. I couldn’t believe it, my girlfriend collapsed. In the end, the work was completed around 24 hours later. Brand new roof, girlfriends happy.
