This company is great! The owner, Joshua, is a top expert in mitigation and reconstruction. He was very courteous and professional. He worked around our budget and answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. His crews was very careful and thorough. We had a leak from the attic AC unit that went through the living room ceiling. Part of the ceiling was removed and the studs were dried. All work was done quickly and efficiently with minimal to no disruption to our daily lives. The ceiling reconstruction was an art work! Can’t tell that something was there! Ceiling texture ad painting were matched to minute details. Corey and Dennis worked overtime to see the work finished before the projected deadline; the overall quality is outstanding; great job! Had a good experience with the company. I hired them to remove some black mold in my shower a bit behind the tile in the shower and on ceiling. I called them right away and they were quick to send a specialist out to take pictures and send a proposal out within in a day. It took a few emails the next coming days to get the process started of getting the work authorization form and payment sent over, so we could schedule. The tech that came out to remove the balck mold was great. She was quick, respectful, cleanly in making sure all debris was removed, and communicative through the process. She took out the mold and even salvaged a few tiles that did not have mold to help reduce my cost saving those. The tech mentioned to reach back out to the office to see if the second part of their company that does contracting can now fix my wall. I emailed them back and asked if we could hire their companies contractors to fix my wall. They responded quickly and informed me they don't do jobs under $2,500 and advised of 3 other local contractors to hire. After hiring another superb company after them with 15 plus years of buisness and handles about everything you need in your home other then landscaping, they quoted my job a few hundred dollars short of this companies $2,500 limit. After reviewing the companies they recommend in their email response, come to find out that all 3 of them had less then 20 reviews each on Google and they weren't good, and 2 were not even BBB accredited. A bit shocked but overall they did great work removing the black mold just be aware of the limit of the contracting side.

From my first conversation with Paige, I knew I was in good hands. She explained everything very clearly and with extreme detail. Bethany came to inspect the water damage, and was very honest enough tell me the damages appeared to be minimal. The other two companies that I got estimates from tried to scare the “crap” out of me, just to get more money. Not so with ASAP. Bethany took extensive photos with meters and thermal which I requested for my file, she also emailed to me. The mold crew that came out to do the treatment, worked great together. They contained the area, demoed, cleaned, and treated all in one day. They also had a third party consulting firm come out 48 hours later for post-testing. They returned after the post-test came back with passing scores to remove the equipment, and explained the reconstruction process to me. The recon manager Brandon was able to squeeze my small repairs in faster than I expected and everything looks great. Without hesitation, I would contact them again for such services. Asap Restoration LLC did the renovations to reconstruct our kitchen cabinets after a burst water pipe. These guys were great! Paige, our project manager, was amazing from start to finish. She took charge, answered all our questions and kept everything moving right along. All the guys who worked with her were wonderful and upbeat, from sheetrockers to cabinet installers to countertop installers. All very professional. I can definitely recommend all of them for doing a top notch job.

I can't say enough great things about the team at ASAP Restoration. From the front office folks all the way down to the teams in the field, these guys are true professionals. We had a bad shower pan leak and the water went straight through to the garage. The team came out immediately, the coordinated with company that handled the testing for mold, when the results came back Bethany and the team set up containment and went to work making our home safe to live in while they went about the task of getting rid of the mold in the walls and sub-flooring. The team laid down protective walking surfaces throughout the house so that they wouldn't damage the flooring and they cleaned up every single day when they were done with their tasks for that day. They were in my home for about 5 days and they were perfect. I hope I never need to use their services again but if I do. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else but them. Bethany is an exceptional person to work with. She promptly answers calls and responds quickly to messages, even if she misses a call, she follows up as soon as possible. Despite her busy schedule, Bethany takes the time to thoroughly understand the issue and provides clear and concise solutions. In contrast to other companies we interviewed, whose responses were unclear and uncertain, Bethany expertise and confidence were impressive. Her ability to identify the root cause of the mold's problem and provide effective solutions was outstanding. I highly recommend this company, thanks to Bethany exceptional service and expertise. I was skeptical at first, with any service online anyway. However, I was blown away by the amount of communications that was exchange. They really didn’t look at me as a client, but more as a friend on a personal level. 6 water techs came over & helped us with our flood issue with ease and mind you, total respect with smiles on their faces. It was odd to work with a company that was understanding and patient.

Mind you, I was the rude one from the beginning, and they were so understanding about my situation - super stressful to put it nicely. I trust and recommend this company to the max. With my hand on a Bible, by far the greatest experience I’ve ever dealt with. After all this, they even helped me get squared away with insurance protocols and got me paid! Trust me when I say this, they are the best in Phoenix. I’d give 10 stars if there an option.

Josh was very helpful, he had a crew out same day to clean up a water line break at one of my rental properties. Great work for a fair price.

I just want to thank Josh, the owner of ASAP Restoration and his amazing team lead by Brandon that came out to my house to repair the leak in my roof and skylights. They were extremely professional and responded quickly to my request. They gave me a great price for the services that they provided. More importantly they were very clean and covered all my floors and furniture before starting the repairs. I highly recommend them for my State Farm customers for any future mitigation and
construction jobs.

Bethany and her team were amazing to work with! I live out of town and my family member lives in Paradise Valley had a water heater leak in his basement that flooded the entire basement. Not many houses have basements in AZ. I panicked as I am so far away and my family member could not deal with the situation by himself. I called 4 different flood clean up companies and Bethany was the most reasonable and honest. She also discovered some mold in the basement that was a health hazard and educated us on recommendations. I'm so glad we went with her team. It was such a stressful time in our lives and she helped work with our homeowners insurance to make sure we received the funds from them to cover the clean up and restoration costs. The benefit of going with ASAP was they do EVERYTHING from start to finish! Her and her workers communicated well and were very respectful. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Hard working and honest! Thank you Bethany and team for everything you did for my family! I greatly appreciate it!!!

The inspector was such a great guy, I believe his name is Tim. Very friendly and honest guy. Only reason I didn’t go through with the services was because the house value vs repair value weren’t a good mix. So we went a different way. Customer service is very good with this company though!

I wanted to give a shout out to Kai and Brian. Those two really helped me understand any questions I had. They got everything taken care of in a timely matter. I’m super pleased with the work that was done. The entire staff was kind, courteous, and patient.

I see a few negative reviews, I personally never encountered any issues that weren’t resolved appropriately. I would recommend ASAP Restoration to anyone that needs their home restored.

A small crack in the shower grout caused my tenant to panic and speculate that there was water damage and mold in the house. Andre was extremely professional and his expertise was unsurpassed! He evaluated my property and determined that the walls were dry and there was no evidence of water damage or mold. I am very thankful for the excellent service, immediate response, and thorough analysis. ASAP Restoration has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend the company!

ASAP came out & did Mitigation and Reconstruction work at my home . I’m so pleased with the workmanship & people. They were very professional, clean and knew their stuff!!!

Please, please take your business elsewhere! I wish I would have looked at the negative reviews here and at the BBB to see the consistencies across them. There has to be restoration companies out there that are better trained and have decent and respectful owners….in my opinion this is not one of them! While the employees working on the job were apologetic for the negligence that occurred while remediating and admitted their fault, the owner was defensive, hostile, disrespectful, unprofessional and (most concerning of all) indifferent. The pricing with this company was within dollars of two other bids we received so there is no reason to risk hiring this business and have something go wrong like it did in our case. I’ve discovered that the best way to gauge the integrity and moral character of a company is how they handle things when mistakes are made. Based on our experience, this company has neither and in our opinion does not belong in your home. Period

LOOK NO FURTHER!!! If you have any type of disaster, call ASAP—- ASAP! I never wrote reviews but the customer service from ASAP deserves 10,000 positive reviews. I had a water leak that caused us to be removed with our children from our home. I made the mistake of originally going with a very shady, horrible restoration company that caused my original issue to be 100 times worse. I called ASAP after hours thinking I would leave a voicemail. Tim who is the most ethical, amazing person answered the call, cared and listened to all my concerns. He empathized with what I was going through because these things we never planned. He offered to come out the next day and put up a proper containment with no strings attached just from the goodness of his heart. He then created a strategy I was comfortable with and didn’t make me feel badly or act like I was overreacting. He listened to my concerns and built a plan for us so I could sleep at night bringing my kids back into our home. Then Jeff and Maria were absolutely angels. They were in the trenches caring for my sons special items and going ABOVE and beyond Shay I expected. They dressed in their protective gear in hot AZ weather and had smiles on their faces doing really difficult work. We were not a “job” to any of this team. They treated us like of this had happened to one of their own family members. There are so many shady horrible companies out there and there are so many people that claim AZ mold isn’t a big deal. Whatever your views are trust these professionals with your life, your health, your home. They will work within what’s important to you. Don’t fall victim to these shady non caring companies with 5000 5 star reviews. I fell for that and thank God that Tim, Jeff and Maria could clean up that mess. If someone doesn’t put on a protective suit, put up a proper containment, run to ASAP. Better yet START with ASAP. I don’t wish what I’ve gone through on anyone but if I ever hear of anyone in this situation I will refer them to this team of angels.

I highly recommend you take your business else where. if you start to read other reviews you will see that there are many similar types of stories. Run as fast as you can! ASAP Restoration is by far the worst company to work with. If I could give 0 star, I would absolutely give them a 0 all around. They are the most disorganized and act in very suspicious fraud like activity. From the beginning of when they were assigned to our house, they were completely disorganized, had a TON of turn over with their staff in which they let us know this was due to fraudulent activity within their internal staff. The first red flag that we saw should have been the fact that they claimed to "undercharge" us for our extra upgrade outside of our insurance approval and in return told us to give them a 5 star review. Everyone was sub-contracted out and the tile sub-contractor actually blew up at us and cussed us out escalating an issue based on his frustration with ASAP. Additionally, upon completion of our job, they cut all their contracts with their sub-contractors. Six months later, after the completion of our bathroom the owner Josh and his associates called us about 8 times within an hour and several texts harassing us and threatened to take us to court and send us into collections for money we owes them. Mind you this call happened in the middle of a work day, where my husband and I were both unavailable to answer the call due to being in meetings. My husband finally answered and asked that we have 20 mins to call back to understand what was going on, Josh was extremely rude and tried to say no. Once we did call him back him and his associates were extremely hot tempered and rude, cussed us out and then made absolutely inappropriate remarks. The company claimed we owed them $1500 as our deductible was $1000 (when all these numbers were false and incorrect) and we have documentation stating they would not start on our project until the money was paid in full. As professionals who are very familiar with insurance fraud an acting in suspicious fraudulent activity (working in the field for 10+ years), there were many red flag that this company demonstrated and they were reported to have an investigation completed on them. During the entirety of our project, the project manager didn't even come out until close to the end of the project, when there were escalations due to their sub-contractor cussing us out. Additionally, they also tried to close our our project with our insurance company claiming they completed our project weeks before they were even done. There is many more details to this horror story, but I have chosen not to relive this.

Did a great job putting up temporary walls after block wall knocked down from vehicle hitting it. Hassle free, quick and efficient. Took less than 5 hours from call to completed installation. Geoffrey and Joseph did a great job.

The ASAP restoration company is top shelf organization whose people excel in customer service. We had water damage that affected a couple of spots in the ceiling and water flowed behind walls and traversed 2nd and 1st floors. Jeffery was the primary lead on the demolition and he gave helpful descriptions of the process from condition evaluation, estimates, insurance proceedings, demolition and repair. He was very thorough in evaluating the extent of the visible damage as well as checking throughout the whole house (ceiling) to ensure that no other moisture/problem spots were present. He was always prompt and kept us updated every step of the way. We appreciate Jeffery, Maria & Jeremy; they worked diligently and made a concerted effort to reduce the impact of the demolition (of a sizable chunk of ceiling and wall) in our daily routine. They always leave the work area very clean each time they come to the house.

The employees at ASAP Restoration, specifically Tim and Jeff, were amazing at getting our mold remediated and water damage repaired and replaced. Sam in the front office always responded quickly to any questions we had. Everyone we dealt with was highly professional and our home is back to normal. We highly recommend ASAP Restoration.

Jeremy and Maria goes above and beyond. Whatever you guys are paying that man, he deserves at least double that.

Mathew and Brian Pierce, those guys are amazing. They repaired our house because we had the kitchen messed up but now we have a brand new kitchen just because of the amazing job that they have done. We appreciate their dedicated jobs.

Brandon & Geoff just finished painting all my iron fences. The fences look amazing and the area has been left pristine. The neighbors have stopped to tell me how great everything looks. I give them a 5star rating.

I am currently dealing with a nightmare of a leak, mold and damage to my rental property. ASAP has been amazing with their timely work, quotes and communication. I am so grateful for their services and customer service as well, Bethany and Paige both have been responsive and always follow through. ASAP Restoration was amazing with our shower leak in the upstairs master bath that had leaked into the floor and walls on the first floor wash room. Removed the mold and all the wet drywall and insulation, Justin was great. Brandon and Geoff were amazing in fixing everything back to brand new. Even gave us new cabinets to my liking rather than the ones we had. Very fast and efficient with great attitudes and communication. Quality work through the entire process with our insurance. Will use again if needed and highly recommend.

They were prompt and thorough. They ensured that we knew everyone that was coming in or out of the house. They explained all the steps in the process so we knew what to expect. They remediated the mold more quickly than we expected.

DO NOT USE THEM. Owner lied multiple times and did a (pre)LIEN on our house even though we paid on time and in full. Weird owner threatened to walk off in the middle of the job if I didn't sign new paperwork without reading it. Later he lied and said he wasn't even here, but we have witnesses. Something is not right there.

Update: In response to the post from the company, there's no way the owner changed. His behavior was observed over months, not a single day. I will never use this company again. I do not trust anything they say.
