Owen Robertson & Benjamin Phillips was great help giving me ideas on how to fix up.my old place. I valued there input.

Door to door salesman refused to respect my sign that says “No door to door sales, appeals, etc of ANY kind, DO NOT DISTURB”

Waved them off at the window but they still refused to leave. Finally had to open the door to tell them to leave.

Absolutely annoying that they won’t take a hint.

Doug came and gave us a quote and got us set up to get our house done. Absolutely great guy, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Can't wait to post finished product!

I had DaBella come out to my grandmas house for an inspection. Alessandra was the sales representative that they sent and she was amazing! Very kind and professional. She was knowledgeable in answering all my questions we had as well! We will definitely be recommending DaBella to all our friends and family moving forward!

Great job done makes house look newer. Old siding was falling off it needed a new look installers did a great job the upgrade will outlast me it should make home more energy efficient

I just had a pleasant and long visit with Sam Sherry from DaBella. Accompanied by my son, they made a detailed inspection of my siding, roof, and attic. The visit began with my stated intention to have inspections and bids from more than one company before making a decision. Sam detailed the problems he saw and respectfully listened to my concerns and answered my questions about them and possible financing options. The options were vague at first. Sam worked to get a plan that would work for me. Even though I may miss out on the excellent deal I was offered this evening, I am following through with my original plan of receiving other bids for a new roof. Yes, I would give this inspection and visit with Sam 5 stars.

Sam and Vanessa did an inspection on our roof. They were super friendly and did the inspection quickly. Afterwards, they discussed pricing, timing, and quality. They explained things clearly and answered any questions I had. I liked that I did not feel pressured to replace my roof.

I would like to thank Sam for helping my aunt! He did a great inspection on her windows and was very informative!

We have been impressed with the professionalism of DaBella's employees from first contact to in home consultation. Sam Sherry represents DaBella well. We found him to be knowledgeable about the business and products. He walked us through the process of purchasing windows with confidence and a friendly manner. STAY AWAY FROM DABELLA!! Their sales staff are trained to be very aggressive and not take no for an answer, and not leave when you ask them to. On 11/22/24 a DaBella sales rep knocked on my door (we have TWO no soliciting signs) and he would not leave my property when I asked him to. His response was, "what are you going to do about it?" ---- CRAZY! I told him I would call the cops and I repeatedly told him to leave. His response was to punch me on the side of the head -- sending me to the ER with a concussion. I got it all on my Ring doorbell camera which made it easy for the cops to review and charge the rep with soliciting violations, assault, and then trespass him from my property. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Carter & Corbin were amazing! They were very informative and answered any questions we had. Wonderful guys all around to work with!

DaBella came out to inspect my roof in December and got it installed by end of January. They installed my roof and covered gutters on my home and they did an outstanding job. The installers were easy to talk to and did a great job. I would work with them again. Alessandra was the rep who took care of my project and I highly recommend working with her, she deserves a raise!!

Your company sent a salesman to knock on my door clearly marked no solicitors on black friday to try and get me to do a "free consultation" to SELL ME WINDOWS. In the city of Pleasant Grove sellers are required to have a solicitors license and abide by no solicitors signs. By ignoring that you are showing your company is desperate and willing to violate local ordinances to make money. The sales rep was extremly rude talking over me stating because he offers a "free consultation" what they're doing isn't technically sales and kept asking for someone else to speak with when I asked him to leave. I had to call the police for him to get off my property. Not only that but your customer service team attempted to bully me into taking down the review because "it's not really sales". I can't get through to anybody in management and your response from the owner reply keeps directing me to your rude call center employees so they can get me to change the review. I wouldn't trust you to build a chicken coop let alone install windows. Whoever owns this company should be ashamed.

Someone went in and added my info to a potential lead, I did not, however that is not the issue. The issue for me was that I received 4 texts and 2 phones calls before noon on New Year’s Day from these guys. That is ridiculous. Do not hound potential clients, especially on Hollidays. That’s absolutely terrible sales practice.

Scott Jackman was the sales rep for DaBella that worked with us. He was very thorough and professional. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted and he was patient and helpful. If the rest of DaBella is as professional, I will have made a good purchase. I will keep you updated after they finish my home.

Danny And Skyler came to my home. I had been told that my roof was bad. They came and looked at it and told me that it was okay and that I still had time left on it. They were professional and I appreciated the honesty.

I did not actually get any work done by Dabella; my review is based solely on their sales techniques. The two young men who came to my house WOULD NOT LEAVE and it was extremely frustrating because my baby was crying and ready for bed and the one kid kept insisting that I make a decision on the spot even after I told him repeatedly that I intend to get quotes from several different companies before making a decision. He would not take no for an answer, and I do not appreciate someone creating a high pressure sales situation in my living room and hanging around after being asked very directly to leave. Read the room. I have blocked their number but continue to receive calls daily. Even if they had the best prices in America, I would not buy from them after these shenanigans.

Met with the sales person of Dabella for my exterior windows. Had a great product, great presentation really appreciated the kindness and compassion that his showed. Planning for this project very impressed with the company and the product that they have.

We haven't even had our service yet to have our siding on yet but was given a date which was 3 weeks ago they said would be there and no one showed they never called so we waited till we had to call them to find out they needed to reschedule the installation hey guess what we agreed to have the first layer off before they got here so when got the date they were coming we got it done so was ready for them ... the communication could be alot better !! But hoping get things started soon

DaBella was professional from the Sales rep to the construction crew. The communication was prompt and addressed any concerns. The crew was on time and kept the area tidy. They also went beyond what they needed to do to make sure we were happy. On our final walk through a few things were pointed out that needed to be addressed. We have no reason to believe they will not be taken care of.. Thank you for making our home look new again.

Our representative was so great! He enjoyed talking to the kids and played with our pets. He stayed for dinner and we had many good talks with him. We are excited to get our wimdows!!

Jon H and Cooper B showed me everything you have in windows, good sales man, I was only looking to replace 2 windows for now.

Do not do business with Dabella. Their quality of work is subpar. We had them install siding and their caulk work left gaps for water to get in. Instead of putting blocks for our exterior lights, they just put a fat bead of caulk around the light, looking like a botched diy job. They also destroyed our shingles in various locations for water to get through to the roof. After they installed the gutters, I found that water has been dripping out of our soffit. They also let me know they would reimburse me for some hvac work I needed to have done, because of damage they caused. They are impossible to get a hold of and I haven't seen a penny of that reimbursement.

Edit: more than a year later and I've continued to reach out to get this fixed with no success. The only issue they addressed was the torn shingles. Extremely frustrating.

Edit: this company is so infuriating to work with. I have been calling every few weeks and get the run around. Nothing has been done to fix these issues. I call, they tell me they will escalate the issue, no on reaches back out, I call, they tell me they will escalate, they say there is nothing more I can do, and it's a never ending cycle. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
