The water line to our refrigerator broke and flooded our kitchen, then leaked down through the floor and flooded the basement. I called Rx Restoration they were able to come out the next morning and inspect our floor to see if there was damage to the sub floor. They checked out our basement. They walked me through the process answered all of my questions. They were very kind, friendly and sympathetic to my situation. They made a stressful situation less stressful. I give them 10/10! I definitely recommend this company!

We noticed some water damage our ceiling and called our insurance company who recommended RX restoration. Gerald came a few hours later to check out the situation. He was on time and was so professional and kind and very thorough in checking our home. Gerald has been great to work with and I would highly recommend RX restoration to my friends and family and anyone that needs restoration work done on their home.

When my washing machine caused a flood, Rx Restoration came quickly to try to minimize the damage and dry it out. They were very attentive and thorough; they also kept me apprised of every aspect of the project as we went along. I felt like their communication and know-how made them head and shoulders above the restoration companies I worked with in the past at another house. The downside was that they were not able to come to an agreement with my insurance about reimbursement; however, they did hold to their word didn't charge me anything additional above what the insurance paid. They were also unable to come to an agreement with the insurance on a price for repairs. I blame Allstate, not Rx Restoration, for the difference.

Because of their friendliness, responsiveness, and professionalism, I would definitely work again with them. I recommend Rx Restoration to anyone with a flood or disaster in their house.

We were hired by RX Restoration to bring their clients furniture back into their home after their flood damage was restored and fixed. From my experience in moving others in and out of new apartments and homes; I will say that RX Restorations work and attention to all the details was spot on! Crisp lines. Beautifully textured and painted walls. If we are ever are in need of Restoration, or know someone that is; I am sending RX Restoration!

Hard to find good honest people in this business. Got their info as a referral and also had a few other bids for a leak that did some damage. Some of our bids were upwards of $20k. They came and looked and told us how to resolve it for under $5k and didn't charge us or make anything off us. They brought over fans to dry it out and didn't even charge for that. Just good honest people doing the right think. Don't go with anyone else!

I am so impressed with Rx Restoration. I was in full panic after a few companies came to give me quote after we had some smoke damage in our home. Rx Restoration was quick in their response and gave me a same day evaluation. They weren’t “alarmist” and walked me through options more appropriate for the damage we had and for our family situation.

They recommended we try a new hydroxyl machine as a first step. We didn’t have to leave our home. It ran for 4 days. After four days the smoke smell was almost entirely gone. There was a leftover “hotel” smell but within a week that had dissipated as well. We were happy enough with the results that we didn’t move forward with any ozone or other treatment.

We had two home visits and a handful of texts from them to check on the process. I could not be happier. It’s terrible when you are the cause of damage in your own home. Rx Restoration made me…feel better. I knew they were committed to help.

Very happy with the customer service and response time. We had a leak caused from a crack in a drain pipe, and the technician skillfully traced the problem, did the mold remediation, and had a plumber here to fix the issue in less than 24 hours. Great communication skills. Highly recommend!

We had Rx Restoration come to our home for a water leak in our basement that we just noticed due to some moldy blankets. They came out, assessed the problem, and identified a leak in our pipes within a few hours of starting work.

They set us up with a plumber to do the repair and are completing the rest of the work to repair our walls and make everything like new.

We dealt with Greg in their office and he was both professional and explained everything in a way that I understood what was going on and what the costs involved were and why we were paying them.
