We worked with Siding Solutions on several different projects over an extended period of time. New roof, siding, exterior paint, shutters, trim, etc etc. we are very happy with how things turned out. Appreciate their expertise and results. We had multiple neighbors that asked us our opinion of them resulting in those neighbors working with them and we are happy they did because it improved the homes in neighborhood.

These guys are great. David worked very hard to get us the product we wanted in the budget we had allocated. Jaceton, the project manager communicated progress daily and never once hesitated to answer a call or communicate a request to his crew. Their crews were there nearly every day. They were efficient, accommodating and cheerful. And most of all the siding, soffit, and gutters they provided look awesome. We will definitely use siding solutions again.

Our old and quirky cabin was heavily damaged during the record winter of '23, with the back deck and rear cabin wall completely destroyed. While fixing it we decided to turn the garage into a couple of bedrooms. We were so worried that it would end up looking like a garage that was altered. It took us a year to be ready to focus on the exterior. After getting several bids we decided to go with Siding solutions for our Hardie Board. We had a great experience from day one. They were organized, responsive, and did such a great job, from beginning to end. They were meticulous in making sure everything was installed and sealed properly. They showed up when they said they would and met a deadline we had due to a large gathering we were having at the cabin. Our former garage looks like it was always part of the cabin, and the back deck and cabin wall that were completely destroyed by snow look amazing. We highly recommend Siding Solutions and Jordan and Jaceton to get the job done right!!

We had our soffit damaged by a storm repaired. Since it was a very small job (the actual work took only 20 minutes), none of the other places even wanted to give us an estimate except for Siding Solution. It was a very expensive repair for such a small job, but the repair was done very nicely and it looks good.

I can’t thank Jordan and David along with their team at Siding Solutions for giving me my dream house! They were on schedule and communicated amazing! If there was a problem I always knew they would find a solution! They priced everything competitive! I highly recommend them for any exterior projects!

We contracted Siding Solutions to redo and replace the siding on our entire home, and we love the results. I recently called them when I thought one of our rain gutters was detaching itself from our roof, and they sent someone out within a few days to inspect it. It turned out it was completely clogged—not detached—and Jaceton cleaned it out in minutes for us. He was very polite and professional. They are a wonderful company to work with!

Jordan and his crew were and are amazing. They came out to just install some rain gutter but he called me and pointed out some issues I had on my home that I may want fix before my rain gutter goes up. He had me a quote quickly and was very very fair. He got the repairs done the following week and rain gutters shortly after. My home looks much better and I don’t have any more of those darn leaking rain gutters! Highly recommend!!

I saw their work across the street and called them because I was impressed with their workers. Jordan was very responsive and took great care of us. We had his crew redo the siding on the outside of our home, rebuild our decks and rebuild a bay window that had been leaking for years. Couldn't be happier. They do quality work at a fair price. Siding Solutions is one of the few home remodel companies I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

If you can be patient with the tight scheduling (and waiting for material supply chain issues), they put in great work. Every concern I had the owner promptly answered, and was involved with fixing issues that arose. We would use this company again!

David and his crew put in new windows, siding, gutters and soffit. I was very pleased with their work. They even helped fix some electrical issues. 5 stars.

A lot of companies wouldn't have come out for such a small project. They were willing to and did a great job.

Jordan came to my house to give me an estimate. When he left, he assured me I would receive his quote within a few days. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I then called the office 1-2x a week for a month attempting to get a quote. They always told me they would “get back to me” and “it will only be a few days”. I NEVER heard back from them. I am EXTREMELY disappointed by their lack of professionalism and responsiveness. I would never recommend this company.

Edit: They came the morning after we posted this review, (5 business days post payment, which included a drive by on August 24th by David the owner where he confirmed the job was complete) so I am updating the review from 1 star to three so the job is settled. Apparently, us thinking the job was complete was just a misunderstanding.

The actual dormer now looks completely un-bent and the workers themselves were again lovely.

We ordered a dormer repair along with new shingles. The invoice includes new soffit and new fascia, new plywood for the doormer roof, and the shingles. They did a fabulous job on the shingles, their workers were the most quiet roofers I've ever had. But they didn't touch the siding. We brought it up with the company, asking for the soffit to at least be tacked in, he was dismissive and raised his voice saying that the work was completed. I later discovered they did go back (4 days later) and replace the fascia, but not the soffit. It is the same old bent soffit.

In summary, the workers were awesome, the office not so much. I cannot recommend Siding Solutions.

We are SO happy with the work Jordan and the team did on the transformation of our old home. Siding Solutions knows their stuff and the quality of their work far exceeds any contractor we’ve ever dealt with. They are not satisfied unless the job looks as perfect as they can get it, which means a lot! They went above and beyond for us when they certainly didn’t have too. We so appreciated their genuine kindness. It has been a year since replacing our siding and it still looks brand new, while neighbors on both sides of us have lost pieces of their new siding due to high winds (which their other companies have yet to fix...6 months later). We regularly have people stop and ask who did our house as it’s the best looking on the street! These guys are just all around great! Do not hesitate to call them. You won’t find anyone better.

Siding Solutions was recommended by a neighbor who was very happy with her experience. We had siding, windows, a door and gutters installed. Everyone involved from start to finish was so great to work with. We had a miscommunication with one small piece, and Jordan and Dave were quick to fix it. Any construction project has hiccups, but I appreciated the way those things were handled. They even went out of the way to fix a problem that I caused after the installation was complete. Just completed a 40+ square roofing project for our home with Siding Solutions.

- David was straightforward and clear with the project proposal. He was thoughtful and even offered suggestions to improve the look of the project (color & metal valleys). He understands the roofing business. The company is an authorized Certainteed (spelling?) installer which extends the warranty if the roof.

- Work crew(s) demonstrated excellent craftmanship, completed the work on a timely basis and cleaned up thoroughly after each day's work (including the removal of a cedar shake roof). They even painted the pipes, vents, etc , to match the color of the new roof. Gonzalo was the project supervisor and it was obvious that craftmanship and the final work product are critically important to him.

- Exceeded expectations all the way around. The new roof looks great and gives us a great sense of comfort with the winter months to come. Nicely done.

We highly recommend Siding Solutions! We had David and his crew upgrade and replace the siding on our home.They used a crown molding trim under the eves that really added to the appearance. We have had several complements and we loved it so much, that we hired him again a few years later to upgrade the weather worn siding on our little cabin in the Uintas. David and his son Jordan used a wood look cement board siding, and it looks amazing. Now its been another few years and we challenged David again. We asked him to build another small cabin to accommodate our growing family. David partnered up with Newel Zitting from Old Fashion Wood Work and together they built and finished our new cabin inside and out. Their quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding. It is exactly what we wanted.They are fair, honest and very easy to work with. If I need something done again, they will be the first ones I call.

These guys are great. I had an old 70's split entry wood T111 siding so it was time for and upgrade. I wanted a local company I called Siding Solutions and they showed me what my house would look like after the siding and i got excited to have siding put on my house. I love how they changed the look of my house. All of my neighbors commented on how good my home looks now. It raised the value of my house tremendously. First of all they beat everybody's price so then i was worried about the quality. There were some minor issues that came up during the install and they happily fixed what the problem was. They made sure i was happy with the siding from start to finish. The whole Siding solutions team was easy to work with and was super cool. I would HIGHLY recommend this local company.

There are many things I've loved about working with Siding Solutions & Construction. They are an amazing company. They are very easy going and work with you on your wants and needs. They have the amazing capability of turning something that is so old and rusted to something that looks brand new. The installers are very nice and do quality work. It doesn't matter how big or small the job is, it always turns out beautifully. David and Jordan have been very great to work with. They have great response time and are very positive outgoing people. They are always there to answer your questions and they are very genuine.

Updated for 2025: 4 Stars - Gutters have held up great. Not a 5 star due to small leaks, from installation.

Experience in 2019: 3 Stars - After promising installation in June, the job didn’t get completed until August. In the end we felt that we weren’t a priority, as we had to consistently push to get our project completed.

We are so happy with Siding Solutions! I thought I wanted a different company to do our project but when Dave and Jordan came to give us a bid, they really impressed me with their knowledge. I'm so glad we chose Siding Solutions. They showed up on time and finished sooner than expected. The best part was the quality of their workmanship. We highly recommend them!

Jordan gave me a detailed estimate within a day of looking at the work I needed done. He accurately told me up front how long it would take to bring in the custom cedar I needed, and when it arrived, the work was scheduled right away and completed in only 2 days! My siding looks gorgeous and refreshed the entire look of my house. I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need more work done.

Siding Solutions is the best! We live in Lehi and there is so much wind. Our siding had blown off the side of our house and the wood was exposed. We were desperate to find help and they were able to push the schedule forward to come to the rescue. It had come off and bent but they fixed it to look like new. The salvaged what they could and bought new siding where needed. We are super happy with the work they did and their kind employees. They were really easy to work with! I contacted them for a quote on some siding. They returned my call and asked me to send them pictured of the job. I promptly did so and they told me they would get back to me asap. It's not been two weeks. I've tried contacting them 2 times with no reply. Very unprofessional!

Met David and Siding Solutions at the Home Show. His estimate was lower than others, David is very personable and we felt good about using him and his company. He is actively involved and not just a sales guy.

Edgar was our installer, worked by himself and put in long hours. This man is not afraid of work but rather he values his job. We tried not to bother him too much, but questions come up and Edgar was personable and had great idea's and suggestions.

The gutter guy, as we called him, was also a superstar, said it would take 3-4 hours to re-gutter the whole house and that is exactly what it took.

Our house now looks spectacular, we get all kinds of positive comments from our neighbors. We can highly recommend David and Siding Solutions if you are looking to fix up the exterior of your house.
