Nikko and Ramon where very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions went out of thier way to help me get the info I was looking for. Highly recommend requesting one of these representatives to give you a proposal. Thier exclusive glasswing windows are beautiful must have. And they have many many payments options.

KJ did a great job providing thorough explanation of their windows. While overall it is a little out of my price range, the friendliness displayed makes the company worth your time.

Ruby and Nate were professional, friendly, and great sales people. Very respectful and did everything right to get my business.

Michelle the canvaser , Nikko And Kj the representatives were very knowledgeable and very nice people. If we decide to have a new roof put on we will have their company install it due to their professionalism and quality products.

Stan and kj came out to my house to check my roof. I didnt expect to be that bad but they showed up with great presentation to get my business. Da bella does a good job on telling you about there amazing story(journey). I'm glad to say they earned my business to get my beat up roof replaced. Im going with the monarch black looks good.

Hannah was recommended by a fellow coworker. She was communicative and stayed in touch while she was out of town and then took time on her day off to stop by to give me a quote. She was knowledgeable and helpful but also patient in answering the hundreds of questions my large group had to ask while we were working.
I cannot rate the windows or the service, as I ended up not placing an order due to budgeting reasons but I do feel like my quote was reasonable and will consider DaBella and Hannah in the future!

We listed our name online requesting a quote to replace our home’s roof in Twin Falls, Idaho. Hannah, the Lead Salesperson and Ruby, who was in training, arrived from DaBella on time for the appointment. They first did a complete survey of both the exterior and then the attic to determine the condition of our 21 year old original roof. Hannah then introduced us to the GAF 7-Step System which included a hands-on presentation of the materials and details of how the product was developed and was to be delivered and installed. As matter of fact, although now retired, I spent most of my 40 year career in business in Sales and Sales Management with Honeywell and I can tell you that Hannah is one of the most professional and most knowledgeable salesperson that I have seen! And, she made sure that we were presented with a solution that met our budget and product needs for a high quality new roofing system. She helped us to select the GAF 50 year warranty Monarch Black Shingles and arranged for the financing we needed. We also want to thank the Manager at the DaBella Twin Falls Office for ensuring that we were taken care of. We are very pleased with the entire Sales process.

When it became clear that the door-to-door salesman was using every shady car salesman trick in the book to try to get us to agree to spend 46K on a new roof TODAY ("I can't guarantee this price after the end of the day!"), I gave him a hard NO. IT TOOK ANOTHER 90 MINUTES TO GET HIM OUT OF MY HOUSE!!! It's very possible that we DO need a new roof. (Nothing in the photos he showed us is guaranteed to be *our* roof, but ignoring that...) But when we do decide to replace our roof, it will NOT be through DaBella.

PS - Tip for prospective salesmen out there. Do not start your "get to know you" chit chat with your drinking, your vape pen use forcing you to fail a drug test, and your upcoming court case where you're likely to lose the last half of your custody of your two-year old to your ex-wife. None of that is the "flex" you seem to think it is.

I got my window done by Dabella. Great Job. installation was excellent windows are great I am super happy with them. Nikko was great help ask for him when getting your windows upgraded!

Stan was very excited about DaBella roofing and after seeing photos, we could tell that our roof, even though looking pretty good, needed to be replaced. There is a lot to know about roofs and I think we got an education from Stan! Thanks, Stan.

Nikko and KJ arrived on time and did an inspection of the roof. They showed me all concerns with the roof and explained the replacement process. They were very friendly and did everything they could to try to get us a price we could afford.

Kofawn and Hannah came and we had an amazing experience. No high pressure just honesty and the info we asked for. Would highly recommend if you are looking for products they offer, ask for these two. Will do another review after the installation processes...

Hannah was a complete professional. She showed up on time and answered all of my questions about the product, the financing, and the process. She conducted a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home and documented it with multiple photographs. She also reached back to her supervisors for installation and pricing help for us resulting in savings. The experience was low-pressure. I made my deposit after the meeting which I doubt would have happened with many other sales persons. Great experience thus far with this company because of Hannah. The project manager, Candee, was very responsive and focused on quality work being accomplished. The job was done within a week by the contractors who took pride in their work. Excellent purchase for me and great experience. Thank you.

Stan is an outstanding professional who exemplifies excellence in sales and customer service. He approached me about a roofing project with great knowledge and passion. I through out tough questioning and he remained composed and dedicated throughout our interaction. I highly recommend Stan for his expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients.

Stan came out today and gave us a wonderful presentation for his roof system. He was very kind and knowledgeable. His price was reasonable. And his conversation was great! Definitely will choose dabella again in the future.

Had to update this review. Gave it 5 stars originally. However, these people do not know how to take no for an answer. I have been called multiple times after giving them a hard no. The last call was on Memorial Day as I was bbqing with the family. Who does a sales call on Memorial day? I wouldn't let this company in my home again. Learn how to take a no.

Carli and Bryan came out and provided an in depth analysis and overview for us. Although we didn’t buy anything, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. When we are ready to move forward we will definitely be giving DaBella a call.

Brandon arrived on time for our appointment and was extremely professional. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We had initially intended to speak with other contractors, but after Brandon's impressive presentation, we decided we would not be able to get a better deal or company to make our bathroom more accessible for a physically challenged family member.

Slow to respond. Start of project was later than promised. They left a mess, screws and nails everywhere. I felt the finishing work was a little shoddy.

Found even more shoddy work and slow to respond again! After only 8 months, the facia below the roof is falling off and upon further inspection it was put up so unsafely that it is a wonder it lasted that long. I know that they contracted it out, but if my name was put on something I would certainly be sure it was up to my standards. I am totally disappointed in DaBella.

After I told you guys I dont need a roof check cause my family specializes in it you all still keep calling even after a year, you guys messed up my grandfathers windows why would I want yall to do my roof lol. No this isn't trying to degrade the company but consider that you guys are being annoying even after I've said for the last year my roof is fine!

Micah was great and very helpful. He explained everything really well. Very easy going and made us feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable of the product and company. I would recommend working with him.

Carli came to my house and did an estimate for me on one of my bathrooms. She was very professional and the products she offered were beautiful and made in the USA which is a plus. Would highly recommend her to come see you as well.

Hannah has been amazing to work with. She has been super helpful and very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend her if you need windows, siding, roofing, bathrooms, gutters or anything else. If she can't help you she can probably refer you to someone that can.

Hannah was very helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable and understanding that my wife set it up without telling me anything what she wanted. So she gave us some extra time to make the decision.

Hannah & Anthony were very thorough in there bidding and presentation of your products. Hannah worked very hard to try to make your products affordable for me. She came up with some very good options for me, but I have medical bills that are my first priority right now. I am very impressed with your product and the company. I felt that Hannah was very thorough in her presentation and would definitely have her work for me if I had a business that needed an explanation and a product for sale. I hope to eventually be able to afford to put in your products.

Had a pretty great experience having our home inspected by Samoa. He was incredibly thorough in telling us what he saw that needed updating. We need our windows replaced pretty urgently. However, he also saw that we have issues with our siding and possibly some wood rot. We are waiting on a written itemized bid right now to see if DaBella windows is not only a good fit for us, but financially feasible.

Samoa and Jonathan are really great reps at DaBella and looking forward to seeing them every time they come around to see if the windows are up to date in the meantime.

They did a great job replacing my roof they did damage my patio roof but made it right by replacing the metal sheet that got damaged so over all a good job

Nikko and Brandon provided a very professional presentation and estimate for our window replacement. They were informative and knowledgeable. Their explanations were detailed and easy to understand.

Shows up at night knocking on every door in the neighborhood soliciting sales. Salesmen laughed and said they would be back after I told them to leave my property. After 6 months I'm still being harassed by this company. Latest one was 5/14/2024. Update. 6-2-25 every month they are banging on my outside screen door trying to be loud enough I can hear them. Yes every month! Just today they showed up again. It's time to call a lawyer and see what I can do about being harassed by this company!
