When I called them with my kitchen crisis, they arrived the same day to assess the situation. So glad we chose Elite to do our work!! The house is looking great after a flood!! Greg has come by almost every day to make sure things are getting done and he’s been great at keeping us updated on everything.

One of your employees could have grievously injured or killed me about twenty minutes ago, while driving one of your company trucks. He made a right-hand turn while still moving at street speeds, no blinker, no warning, as I was about to cross a street while walking home from dinner.

The margin of error was about three seconds. If I'd been walking faster, I would likely have been hit by a crew cab pickup truck moving at about 20-25+ miles per hour. The truck rocked a little when he parked in a diagonal parking spot, illustrating the irresponsible speed he had been moving at.

I think my general distrust of dudes driving big trucks is what saved me. I slowed down to see where the vehicle was going, instead of blindly trusting a driver would obey traffic law. Yay me.

I waited until he got out and announced myself. He had never noticed I was there. Idiotic driving while in command of a large truck moving at high speed is what gets people killed or crippled.

This happened in Twin Falls. Don't trust this man with one of your company vehicles, he drives it irresponsibly.

Edit: at the company's invitation, I called in and spoke to Karlee. What's hilarious is at the end of the call, I heard her activate a turn signal... Meaning she was operating a vehicle and speaking on the phone at the same time. Excellent work, team.

Lincoln has been at our house almost every day and takes extra care to make sure everything is done. Nate and Lincoln are the best! Our home looks better than it did before the flood! We are so glad we chose Elite restoration!

We are replacing our fireplace insert after 25 years and Terry's Heating and Air recommended Elite Restoration as they have worked with them for quite some time. So glad they did as Nate came out to do the estimate and then sent Bennett and Stricker to complete the framing portion. What professionalism, friendliness and respect for me and our home. Still have the drywall portion to complete but would certainly recommend this company to do any type of work along this line...

Contacted Jake with Elite Restoration about testing my home for radon to satisfy buyers home inspection. Jake was professional and prompt and extremely knowledgeable about radon gas, where it impacts the Southern Idaho region and how to mitigate if high levels are indicated. Jake spent ample time needed to answer all my questions and the rates were reasonable. I'd hire Elite again for sure.

I was overwhelmed with a dirty, mouse infested home. I hired gave Elite Restoration a call and within a few days they were there and helped to clean up the worst room and a bathroom. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

Chris at Elite was super responsive and made sure our water damage mitigation went quickly. We had a water line leak on Labor Day weekend and they came over immediately to get the ball rolling.

Charged for items or services which were not done, lied to me for things being done, broke cabinet, did not do the job correctly had to come back and re do the flooring. Disrespected personal property, never got the whole story, the right hand didn't know what the left was doing. Never again. Had a flood n my house took almost 2 months to get it back, after the house was empty for one month.

We have never experienced a fire before, but their knowledge, responsiveness, and work ethic throughout the process have been exceptional. We have full confidence in them and their years of experience are quite evident. Additionally, this fire in Ketchum Idaho was very traumatic for us….they were kind, understanding, and reassuring. We CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. .I hope we never experience a fire again, but if we do…Elite will be our first call…and in particular, Nikki and her team.

I couldn't have picked a better company. Power went out and I had left to town. Power came back on ....Toilet plugged and over flowed for 3 hours. When I got home and it was a disaster....as it was flooding our basement and bedroom....our king size matress became a swiming pool. 2 hours later Elite Mitigation crew was was starting the process of cleanup and they had at least 15 people carrying stuff out of basement. Chris, Dave, Tim, Josh and Treg helped us get out house back toegther and better than original. Highly recommend Elite Restoration!! They will fight for you!! Great sub contractors too!!

I called Elite for some water damage, they wasted no time in coming out assessing the damage and getting drying equipment out to prevent any further damage. I worked extensively with Elite Restoration Contents and Cleaning, with a crew led by Nichole Homolka out of Twin Falls. This was in regards to my severely water damaged home in Ketchum, from which we removed the contents of a 3000 SF house full of possessions accumulated over 30 years living in Ketchum.

Nichole and her crew were fabulous; meticulous and careful beyond any reasonable expectation. Nothing was broken, including the packaging and removal of a very large wine cellar. I worked with Nikki and her able crew over a period of 6 weeks. They were truly amazing and I give them my very highest possible recommendation.

Had a major problem in my basement. Jason came over within minutes of me requesting for some information. I am very impressed with the quality of work and how fast they are to service our community. Highly recommend them for any and all projects and remidiation.

Our dishwasher was damaged from the installation date last September in our brand new home. It leaked and water damage was done to our kitchen. We notified our insurance and they mentioned Elite Restoration so we called them. Literally within two hours they arrived and began the cleanup; demolition of the cabinets subfloor and walls. They immediately began the mold mitigation effort. Subsequently Elite provided the necessary craftsmen to repair the damage and our kitchen is now better than new. I would recommend them to anyone who faces the problem caused by water leaks. Great job Elite and thank you all.

Tim Condon and his team at Elite Restoration are by far the best restore guys we have worked with. They are very straight forward, honest, and will go out of their way to help you. A special shout out to Chris Schaeffer for waking up at 4:00 AM to come pump 750 gallons of water off of our yard and basement. In no time we had a whole army show up to our home and get straight to work. It was an unfortunate situation but you and your team made the process so much smoother, and were in general a pleasure to work with.

I found a leak in my kitchen and I called Tim with elite Restoration. He found the leak from the supply line to Mt sink and called a plumber for me and now I'm getting a new sink. I would highly recommend this Elite Restoration.

Elite Restoration did an amazing job for us after our dishwasher leaked and caused considerable damage, including mold, to our floor and sub floor. Upon finding the damage, Tim responded immediately and assessed what was needed. The entire team took care of everything and were professional, polite and left everything better than what they had found it. Attention to detail was appreciated and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. Elite went above and beyond.

Elite Restoration started our project on October 12, 2021. As of today March 9, 2022 it is maybe half done. There is to much to write in this review. However because of Mike Trittin, Elite will never be allowed back in our home, nor will they be allowed to finish. Mike was kind enough to tell me they were done with our project, they had lost money because of us and when I asked about the door they had ordered. I was told it wasn't covered by the insurance. Talked to my Insurance company and they had indeed approved it. Then out of the blue ( haven't heard from this kid since Dec 28th). I get a text that the door is ready to be installed and he would come out on Friday to install and fix nails that have been sticking out of the quarter round since Dec 28th, ( hazard to us all). All this after Mike sent me an email during a conversation a week and a half ago about the invoice, he had just emailed me. ( 1st one I have seen ) he threatened to put a lean on our property... Zack (GM) was cordial but I would never recommend them and will make sure our insurance company is fully aware of the issues we experiecenced and to never recommend them in the Treasure or Magic Valley.

Super helpful and competent. Very professional. They handled everything after our first contact with them in regards to insurance matters and scheduling. Would recommend.

We had a flood in our basement that we discovered on a Friday. Elite was the only company that we called that was willing to come right away. They have been very thorough and accommodating. Tim, our mitigation manager, is organized and helpful.

My kiddo accidentally threw paint all over my living room carpet, we called Elite Restoration and the guy came as quickly as possible!! He got to work right away and was really kind!! He got way more of the paint up than I thought possible. Thanks to Nikko M. my carpet look almost like it never happened.

Elite Restoration did an amazing job vacuuming up over 250 gallons of liquor off the floor of the liquor store that I manage in Twin Falls. An entire section of shelving fell making the most fantastic mess I have ever seen. They sent out a crew immediately to assess and mitigate the damage. They answered all questions and followed through on everything promised.

I appreciated the way Tim, Robbie, and Nate went out of their way to complete the work that was needed from unexpected water damage in our home! These guys are amazing . The whole crew was there and did exactly what needed done. Broken water pipe that ruined flooring, sheet rock and insulation. Our humidifier went out in our upstairs bonus room, last week. Water went thru the sheet rock and onto my car and the garage floor. Devastating to see and not sure who to call. Our townhome had flooded and in return damaged under the wood floor. Tim always came in with such a positive/cheerful attitude ready to help. My husband and I were seeing mold grow behind the caulking and plastic surrounding our very old tub. Elite Restorarion was able to remove the heavy, old tub out of a small bathroom and restore everything behind it. They installed a beautiful new tub and tile. It looks fantastic in there, and they were so professional to work with. Normally, I get pretty stressed out with stuff like this, but Nate kept us informed the whole way. No stress and a wonderful outcome. Thank you!!

My mom ran into the inner garage wall. Jason built her closet brand new. Installed wall paper. Fixed and painted the garage almost like nothing ever happened. Jason was on time and called my mom. He was very responsive.

We had an indoor swimming pool by accident, I called and was an emotional wreck to say the least! The receptionist who answered the phone not only was Professional but extremely compassionate, she calmed me down and reassured me that everything is going to be ok! She got her crew on their way, within about 5 minutes Tim called to let me know the crew was on their way and again reassured me everything will be OK. The crew showed up within the hour if not faster. The crew worked so hard to start pumping the water out and ripping up the carpet pad. They worked quickly and efficiently. There was also a question of insurance coverage so Tim was very mindful not to get us in too deep. We are a few days in and still lots of steps need to be done but they keep me up-to-date on their schedule and plans, which makes it very easy to work around. This is our second time utilizing their services and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I only clean a business that employed their services but I'm very, very impressed! I've been in homes and businesses after construction crews, plumbers, tilers, etc... There were literally 2 tiny pieces of plastic from them(they'd put plastic on 80% of the interior walls 2 days earlier). This business seems amazing to me! Good job!

My wife and I went through some pretty unfortunate first time homeowners issues right out of the gate! 3 days in had plumbing issues we weren’t ready for. It started with Chris coming out on a Saturday checking the issue. Right away got in touch with the plumbers. Came out same day. He managed to have an estimator Josh come out along with Tim to check
Out the issues on Monday and figure out what it all would cost and what needed to be repaired. Our insurance unfortunately wouldn’t process the claim and I at the time can’t afford to use their service BUT I will I’m the near future! Very prompt, professional, but also re-assuring. I appreciate all the help and advice they have given us and highly recommend using their business.

These guys are awesome! My business moved into a new building that had a 10 year infestation of pigeons in the attic (it was nasty). Two other companies declined the job, but Elite didn't hesitate. They were there the next day and had everything cleaned in a week. Won't use anyone else.
