This was the very best car buying experience we have ever had!!! We started with Audrey in the service department and when it was determined that our car was not going to be able to be fixed ( due to a manufacturer issue ) we were introduced to Tony and Teddy. These guys are all simply amazing and honest and professional …. They SAVED US!!! We were weary, scared and exhausted from our journey in an unsafe vehicle, and these great people took us in and treated us like family. They did everything possible to turn our “ Lemon car experience “ into a reassuring success story. We have vowed to travel to Twin Falls Chevrolet for every new car purchase we make in the future!!
