Where do I start? Great owner, great employees, and a great roof! I received a very reasonable bid to start. Then they showed up with a large crew and got to work. Using tarps everywhere to protect the house, flowerbeds and landscaping. Constantly cleaning up and running magnets through the yard and flowerbeds for any nails or screws. And at the end of each day, you couldn’t even tell that they were in the yard. The team took pride in their work and it showed. And finally, it’s not hard to have a lot of respect for Colter after reading the article about him in the “Canyon Community Connecter”. I would definitely recommend Heck Roofing!

Called Alec to get a quote to install new closure strips on the steel ridge cap. Alec arrived the next day to evaluate the condition of our steel roof, and provided an estimate on for replacement of closure strips, improving air flow from the soffit and a general tune up of the roof, installing new screws where need/tightening existing screws on the entire roof. He was able to work us into his schedule in two weeks.

Heck Roofing crew arrived on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner. Crew paid attention to detail and were great to work with.

Crew did an excellant job with replacing the roof on my garage. They completed the tear off and install in 3 hrs on a 37 x 40 foot garage. They left the grounds super clean picking up all scraps (including nails). I am very appreciative of the fast turn around and easy to work with crew. Thank you guys for helping me out!

He was good at communicating and informing me step by step. If there was a snag he’d let me know in a very casual manner and he’d get it solved with what seemed like very minimal effort.

Dealing with Heck Roofing and in particular Alec was a true pleasure. Alec was always in contact from start to finish. The crew they sent out worked non stop (except for a 1/2 hour lunch. From sun up to sunset. The took 2 days, Saturday being one of them to do the complete job. Price was very reasonable and fair. Got top of the line shingles, some new decking in places, and membrane under the shingles. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone who looking to replace or upgrade their roof.

Heck Roofing recently replaced our roof, and we had a great experience with them. They were very straightforward, quick to provide a quote, professional throughout, and still the most competitive price compared to others we checked (some companies definitely overcharge—worth getting multiple quotes).

We needed the job done quickly, and they fit us into their schedule the same week. The crew was polite and hardworking, replacing two layers of old shingles and the decking efficiently, even in less than ideal weather.

First and foremost my names Austin and I don’t usually post reviews on this type of stuff but the work that I received from Alec Koepnick and Heck Roofing was absolutely incredible they were so personable and professional very knowledgeable about their career from someone who had done construction previously framing sheeting roofing flooring anything other than electrical and plumbing they worked so efficiently and effective and I was able to recognize the hard work and the pride they put into their work and honestly I did construction and building homes and commercial buildings I haven’t for a few years now but with that being said the crew at Heck Roofing did a much better job than I could have done even when I was fully in construction their work is top tier I am very pleased about how the whole situation played out I fully recommend to anybody with any type of construction service that needs completed if i could rate 10/5 I would . I had water pour out of my ceiling light. I sent Colter a message, and he came the next day to inspect my roof. He identified the problem and explained it to me thoroughly. His bid was sent the same day. I figured it would be next week before he was able to do the repair, but he came the next day. He had a few guys with him, and they were all very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Heck Roofing!

I don't know a lot about roofing, but I know a quality team when I see one. The Heck Roofing crew was punctual, well-organized, tidy and respectful. (Example: They never dropped an F-bomb or any other curse word. I'm no prude, but clean language is a sign of a well-disciplined crew.) They scrupulously picked up their rubbish, and I even overheard one guy caution a younger colleague about stepping in the flower bed: "I know MY grandma wouldn't like it." Colter Heck runs a tight ship, and the results show it. They did a fine job at a fair price.

With all of this rain we have received, our water sensors went crazy downstairs. We ran downstairs to find water (after a huge flood we had in the beginning of the year we are very paranoid) We called Heck roofing and Colter was out to our house in a blink of an eye, assessed our roof & had the most polite customer service ever! I can't say enough about these guys. They showed up and got the job done fast. My roof is a large roof 48 square. They had it completely done in two and half days. They left my property cleaner than when they got there. Very far to work with. I would recommend then every time. 10/10

We needed the last bit of edge trim installed on our standing seam metal roof. They came highly recommended when I reached out on Facebook for recommendations. It’s a difficult time of year to get up on a steep metal roof, but they came out 3 separate days to get it done when the roof had dried off in the early afternoon.
