Buyer beware! In March I had a DaBella rep. knock on my door and sold me new gutters. Later at work, I talked to my friend Susan who was struggling to get DaBella to fix a window install they did wrong. I told the local manager that I wanted to wait on my project until they helped Susan. He got angry with me and told me that my project "was a completely different job" than hers. True, but if they don't take care of her, will they take care of me? July they finally fixed Susan's window. I told the manager that I just want my deposit back. He told me that he will keep my deposit of $1414.00 or I can do the project with them. No work has been done. This co. has shown horrible customer service and now, getting cold feet, he tells me he can keep my deposit. Would you trust a company like this?

This company is not an actual contractor. They are middle-men to connect you with a local contractor. Communication is a nightmare and customer service is no help at all. I ordered a new window on August 6, 2024, which cost approximately $4600. They came to install it in November. I wasn't home, so I had someone oversee it. They had ordered my window to be constructed backwards and installed it that way. It also wasn't tempered glass, as ordered. When I got home and saw the issue, I immediately called. They didn't call me back in a timely fashion and getting a response from them took weeks and multiple calls. They would say they were coming one day, I would take the day off of work, and then they wouldn't show up--without any notice. It took months for them to get another one made and they built it wrong AGAIN! Finally, they remade the window correctly, but they didn't install it until the 4th of July of 2025 (after more delays). So, it took nearly 11 MONTHS for them to install the window I ordered. Ridiculous. I will never work with this company again. Please avoid them.

Patrick was a tremendous help in getting us a very fair price for our new siding and a new roof for our garage. We were able to get the siding installed this summer and are very pleased with how it turned out! The house looks like a new house! Lolo Peaks roofing did the installation and they did a great job. Caleb came out to show us a new roof and the value was exceptional and the exclusive products were amazing!

My wife and I met with Nathan and Caleb to determine what our house needed regarding windows. They were extremely fun guys and super informative. The product itself is an excellent window, and if we weren't in the middle of setting up a music studio, we would definitely have them install our home windows.

We recently had siding put on our new home in May 2025. The salesman that visited with us about their product was very nice and seemed to know a great deal about the siding. That was all good. The disappointing part of all this is that they delivered the siding in April and it sat for a few weeks then the crew came and did the work, they said that a house this size would take 8 days it only took 5 days that was May 5. They did not use all the materials and DeBella told us what they do not use we would not have to pay for the extra and it would be credited to our bill. We have reached out to the company at least 3 times now and told them we wanted the materials picked up because we do not need it and we do not want to be responsible for any of it if it disappears. They have NOT called us or let us know when it will be taken care of. If the company is reading this review we would appreciate it if you will reach out to us and come and get the materials soon.

Super friendly and professional! Showed up right on time and walked me through every detail of the process of installing windows. The financial walk through was clear and very well explained. Also great financing options. The price was alot more affordable than I thought. Will definitely call DaBella for my window install!!

Theo did predatory sales tactics on my family member with dementia. Was at my family
members house for 4 hours evaluating the windows and trying to con him into a $39,000 contract. Called my family member over and over even on the weekend trying to guilt trip him because of his boss. The main company also called my family member multiple times. When I called and spoke to him he pushed and pushed and pushed to try to move forward when we are absolutely not. Tried to give me some sob story about how many hours and time he spent with my family member to get me to fold and feel bad and sign a contract. Lied to me when I said I know you called on such and such date as I have proof, and tried to act like he didn't and he didn't leave the voicemail I heard. I told him no multiple times over and over NO and he could not take no for an answer. Told him to let it go multiple times, and it became extremely evident I had to get very serious for him to LET IT GO. Got mad at the end by his tone of voice. He even admitted to knowing my family member had dementia, and tried to relate to his family member who also has it...gross. Sales tactics 101, but disgusting predatory tactics. Disgusting behavior, would definitely not recommend. Even tried to just get us to pay for just one window to be replaced after I told him no multiple times. I told him to not call ever again and would have to go through me to get the contract not my family member, and said "what if he calls me" I said do not answer and ignore. He seemed shocked, I'm completely utterly disgusted by this horrible sales tactics.

We had Kaitlyn and Nick at our home to provide an estimate on siding. Not only were they so friendly but their professionalism speaks volumes about them and the company! They thoroughly inspected the siding, told us where we had failures and provided us with knowledge as to why we were seeing the issues we had.

They also provided us options to work within our budget which were much more reasonable than other bids we've had and they offer a better product. Applying for financing was extremely painless. Would recommend them hands down!

Nick and Cooper were great guys to work with. Both were very knowledgeable about different parts of the deal, actually roofing, contracts and financing. The work really well together and I felt comfortable with both of them.

The salesman Nick that came to our residence to quote price for windows was very explanatory and detailed in the knowledge of installing , various types of windows and the financial finish to the project. Our experience with him was a good one.

They are there as a middle man for sure.... They hired contractors that came out were two young kids the pulled up in a BMW and pulled a ladder out and unwrapped the ladder mind you in my drive way... I have full camera video of the whole thing. Super unperfetional. They left all my window pull out on the ground upon installing. They also just left big holes dime size all around windows and said we are not responsible for that even know in contract says other wise! I called debella and told them about it and the said we can't do anything about that so layer on I got in touch with another manager and they had someone come out and put 50cent wood pieces to cover holes around windows up. So now 6 months later from opening and closing the windows the spring with slide just fell out again called debella and they said we will have a contract manager handle it now 3 months later have not herd anything back from them. Thank for coming over to my house debella and destroying what used to look better then these windows! Ps DONT use debella!

Make sure to get another quote after these guys give you one. They quoted me $5,400 to do 64 ft worth of gutters and 30 feet worth of down spouts. Called another company and they just installed new seamless gutters for $1,200. I’m all for making more money, but this is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, there are people being taken advantage of. Don’t be one of them and get another quote!

Provided accurate and detailed estimates and discussed all possible options for the project. Talked through concerns and issues. Reps were personable and courteous. Whole experience took slightly longer than expected but was overall good.

As most people are I was skeptical about having someone I didn’t know come into my home and try and sell me a product, especially one that you need; it puts you in a prey situation for a sales man, but shortly after meeting Cooper B my sales man, I felt so reassured we where doing the right thing going through Dabella, Cooper took the time to explain every little detail and handle every little extra thing I called and asked of him even after we signed the contract, one of the most outstanding things he said about Dabella was “you are our family now” and he has done nothing less than make me feel like family. I even loved the test window he brought with him so I could see and visualize the new windows I was going to be Receiving, and let me say those windows are as nice as they say, I won’t even have to go outside to clean them!!! All in all I’m truly happy to be apart of the Dabella family and if I ever have any other large projects to complete on my house I will be calling Cooper and the Dabella family to take care of it the right way!

CASS and Austin showed up on time took us through everything and we’re very helpful on the siding and explain everything very well. They were awesome.

I contacted DaBella to get a quote for converting my tub/shower to a walk-in shower. Jeff and Caleb, the salespeople, were very transparent discussing our needs and options. The installers Scott, Jim, and Will were very thorough and I appreciated their focus on quality work. I was also impressed with how clean they left the work area at the end of each day. The finished product is such an improvement and looks amazing.

I love DaBella. Their salespeople are honest and open. Their prices include most any problem that might occur. Their installers are experts at what they do. I have replaced a large window and upgraded a tub to a walk in shower. I plan I using them again in the future.

We had our roof replaced by Dabella last November. We lost some shingles and had other shingles compromised from the wind event last summer, so we looked into having it replaced. Patrick was the contact person for us and we were very pleased with his service. He was very personable, explained the products well, and climbed into our attack to inspect for other roof issues. The crew that did the work was fast and efficient. They did a good job of protecting our items and structures on the ground and did a good clean-up job. They were done in a day. We are very happy with our new roof and the service that Patrick provided. He came by today to follow up and see how the roof was doing. Great experience overall.

Caleb and Cassidy, drove 100 miles to come to my home and look at the windows in my aging home. They were well versed in what makes a good window and in spotting what's wrong with bad ones. They were both patient and willing to talk about prices, and helpfull in figuring out what plan works best for me. I enjoyed talking with them and am looking forward to talking to them again about getting started.

I called to see how much a tub replacement would cost. The person on the phone scheduled me even tho I asked not to be scheduled. I called back and canceled the appointment to make sure they didn't come to our property. I let them know I didn't know exactly what time I'd be available. Now they keep calling to ask me why I canceled an appointment I didn't want in the first place.

My experience with DaBella and Katie was wonderful, super helpful. Not a high pressure sales person, knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant! Even though from the start I told her I was not a high dollar customer she still gave me the time and attention as somebody who was going to spend a bunch of money. Hope to use the quote at a later date.

Caleb Johnston was the representative who gave me all of the information needed for new windows. He showed me the breakdown in my windows and was very thorough explanations with the windows I am buying. He is kind and knowledgeable in the financial area also. It is because of his continual explanations of your exceptional company that I decided to proceed with new windows.

My husband and I recently purchased all new windows from DaBella for our home. Jeff visited our home and sat down with us to discuss the options for our new windows. He answered all our questions and had display samples which was very helpful. He made the buying process simple for us.

The window installation was relatively quick; all aspects of the installation were completed in two day's time. The installers did a great job and were friendly and very professional. Upon completion, Katie Porter followed up with a site visit to make sure we were happy with the job which we appreciated very much.

If I could give negative stars I would.
We were super interested in your products, specifically windows as we have an older home. We contacted your company for a quote. We set a date for you to come to our home. You missed our initial appointment, which we really had no hard feelings over. We aren't wanting to start the project right now but we do want to shop around and see what there is out there to offer as far as what we needed. Your sales representatives then called my husband like a crazy ex girlfriend. When he answered finally he laughed it off, we set another appointment up and thats when you sent sales representatives 3 hours to give us hands down the worst presentation. I feel for the girls that came all the way out to basically read from a power point. They had no confidence and no real power in the direction of the conversation. The entire presentation was about how we should trust the company. It felt like we were trying to be lured into a cult. After said presentation you gave us some different pricing and options. We asked for a printed or written version of this so we could compare to our quotes we planned on getting from other LOCAL companies. We were thrown off by the amount of times the company tried to push that they were small and local and family owned etc.. they have over 1,900 employees over 51 locations in the US. Plastering about how great you are in an HOUR LONG power point doesnt bring us anything bit weird vibes.
When we said we wouldn’t be signing or giving a deposit that day, your sales reps then played deal or no deal with some “big boss” who kept coming back with “a better deal”. We did this 3 TIMES. During this entire time they also guilt tripped us saying things that made it appear as though we didnt care if we didnt get our windows fixed. They then finally started telling us what was wrong witb our windows… with descriptions that we obviously not proffer. We said no and told them we would have a better answer in another month when we decided which project we wanted to start first. We asked them to leave and bide them goodbye. Then AGAIN the representative knocked on our door trying to get us to sign a contract if we put a sign in our yard. Probably because we were one of the first homes in the area to request a quote.
After they left we received MULTIPLE crazy ex girlfriend like phone calls until my husband finally answers and is very upset at this point because the company has not at all respected our boundaries. He asked VERY clearly to be taken off a call list.
It doesn't stop there.
He then was called AGAIN… and when I called and asked to have his name taken off and that we didn’t want to receive another phone call, the representative leaves me on an open line for 12 minutes!
AND THEN GUESS WHAT. HE RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL AGAIN TODAY.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Such respectful staff and very knowledgeable about the products they have for the customers.
I am one of the contractors who has installed the hardy board siding as well as installing the latest up to date bath and shower units. I am extremely excited about the future with this company. I highly recommend making your first step of renovation in your home with DaBella.
