Jared and his team, as always, did an excellent job. The office is great to work with, the team is fast, and our roof looks flawless for a great price. They even sprayed a wasp nest they found while they were working up there. I will never trust anyone else with our home projects, regardless of the task at hand. I will always be loyal to these guys. They are the best at what they do and you will not be disappointed!

Professional from start to finish. Jared made the whole process easy. The price was competitive with other companies in the area, but what stood out to me the most is that he didn't assume he was going to be hired for the job. Rather, in his initial report he stated he was looking forward to earning my business. The roofers arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame I was told. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

We just had Jared Langley replace the roof on our house and Jared and his team were extremely easy to work with. The help that they gave us in dealing with the insurance company was invaluable. The quality of work was very high and they did the work very quickly. Everything they said as far as scheduling was right on the money, they showed up when they said they would, delivered material right on time and finished when they said it would be done. Jared was very professional and helpful. He replaced our roof for us. When the insurance company originally denied our claim, Jared made a second trip to our home before construction and sent pictures to our insurance company to get our claim re-opened and approved! He maintained great communication throughout the process via email and phone. His office staff and site crew were friendly, efficient, and clean. We were referred to Jared, and I would absolutely refer him to others!

Jared and crew were amazing through our whole process of unfortunately needing a roof after the recent storms in Missoula. Jared has been great to work with from the start. He came out the day I called, to write up a quote. The quote arrived quickly and he got us on his schedule promptly. The guys that did our roof were incredibly hard workers and got to work immediately upon arrival. The job was done in just a few days and everything was cleaned up well. Jared also went to bat for us with our insurance company. He's a true business professional and we've been very happy with the entire process.

Jared Langley roofing is fantastic! They did an incredible job from start to finish. On the old roof tear off they left absolutely no trace of the old roofing or any nails anywhere. Everywhere around my house was super clean . I couldn’t tell that they were here except that my old roof was gone. The new roof they put on looks incredible. The underlayment with ice shield looked immaculate as well. I give them 10 stars not 5. As far as the time to complete it start to finish it took them 2 days. Maybe 16 hours total. Fast, clean and efficient. The men who worked on it were very respectful to me, to my house and to the process. If you want someone who is thoroughly knowledgeable about your remodel then you need to call Jared Langley. He and his crew have done an impeccable job.

I would give Molly 5 starts, who was nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. The rest, I have nothing positive to say.

The first contact I had with a contractor, weeks late, I was given a 20min notice that they’d be at my place. I was at work and couldn’t make it in time. I was told I would hear back with a new time the next day. I had to call two weeks after that because no one got ahold of me, and another two weeks after that. The project ended up starting two months late with no communication from their end.

When the job started, I was quoted 2-2.5 days for all the work I needed to have done. They “finish” after 2.5 days but when I got home, half the work had not been done. I called the office and explained what was left unfinished and expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality. They were able to have someone come out the next day to finish. Sounds great, but when I got back home again there were multiple things that I had told them needed to be done that STILL were not done. Came back the next day to finish again, and I still found parts unfinished. I decided to take care of it myself as that was clearly the only way to get the work done. And when they decided not to do part of the project that they recommended I have done, no one communicated that with me.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this business. The quality of work is poor, and it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did if they had done it properly the first (and even second) time. The amount I ended up paying was way more than the shoddy work is worth. I feel very ripped off by the whole experience. I do not recommend this company.

Update: I have received a bill for plumbing work that I had done during this project that I was specifically told would be covered under the same bill. After a phone conversation with the plumbing company, they informed me that they will not work with Jared Langley and are not surprised by my experience.

they came in and did an excellent job on replacing our roof and installing our gutters. Very friendly service from the whole staff. Very easy to work with and would refer them to other families.

Another fine experience working with Jared and his crews. Had to divert water from rain gutter pooling around sidewalk and foundation to a drainage area across the driveway. They came up with a plan that spared my lawn and landscaping. Everything looks great with the concrete driveway and the drainage pipe running under it. Also used Jared back in 2010 for a new roof and a new back porch with roof. He still has a picture of the porch in his photo gallery , it all still looks great . Will use again !

After experiencing contractors who didn't respect our timetable, or sent us inflated bids and sometimes didn't even return our request for an estimate, you were a breath of fresh air! After a couple of days you showed up with answers to all of our questions and sent us a competitive bid. Two weeks later a skilled crew removed the deteriorated shingles and installed new waterproof underlayment. Two days after that we had a beautiful new roof followed by a thorough inspection and cleanup. Thank you for your professionalism and a job well done!

The Langley team showed up early, had the roof off, cleaned up, and the new roof back on… in ONE day! They even left the landscape in better condition than when they arrived! We will use them again should any need arise. Well done y’all. Thank you.

I contacted 5 area roofing contractors the day before the Memorial Day weekend to get estimates to replace the 20 year old roofs on our house and garage. This was not an emergency, but I wanted to get on someone's docket for the job to be done this summer. Jared was the first to respond with a promise that an estimator would contact me as soon as the holiday weekend was over. Several of the other contractors have never responded. Jared himself was in my driveway the following Tuesday. He walked me through the process and discussed his recommendations, plan, materials, how the work would be done, and provided a comprehensive portfolio of his business and services. I had a detailed quote on Wednesday with the promise that a crew could be on the job the next week. Jared clearly wanted my business, and he wants to earn it, not just get it by default. The approximately 4,400 square feet of what I consider challenging roof replacement (two stories, 3 dormers, fairly steep slopes) was completed in one and a half days by Langley's crew. A huge mess is created by roof demolition and replacement, and before the crew left at the completion of the project on the 2nd day, you could not tell anything had taken place, other than a great looking, high quality new GAF shingle roof on top. I highly recommend Langley Roofing as a company you can count on.

We set up our deck replacement at the very end of last fall. Jared was prompt with the deck plans and permits. He answered every question quickly and professionally. We had to wait for the snow to go away, but once the ground was thawed and the rain let up, his team made quick work of removing the 50 yr old deck and replacing it with a new one in less than 2 weeks. His crew were professional, courteous, kind and went above to make sure everything was installed exactly how we wanted it, down to replacing the paving stones below the deck. I would recommend this company highly to everyone.

The tile roof on my garage needed to be replaced, but most contractors weren't interested. Too small. Jared was very professional and willing to take it on. Molly worked hard to fit us into their schedule, the crew showed up and had it finished in a few hours. If we didn't have a brand new roof (that amazingly matches the house) you wouldn't even know they had been here. They were quiet, quick and very efficient. We like to be able to stay local, too.

We have used Jared Langley twice. The first time, 15 years ago, was amazing. They were quick, clean and efficient- even brought their own potties. This time, they were good. Clean and fast. Scheduling was incongruent. We got pushed out twice and then with little warning (day of) they were at our house ready to tear off - but they beat the coming storm so that was good. They still did a good job on the roof and were very fast and clean.

Prompt and professional, I got all my questions answered, and the quotes I need to have my roof, gutters and skylight done next Spring. The quotes were in line with the other quotes I got, but Jared didn’t give me the hard sell, or make me feel like it was an emergency that needed to be done right away. He even gave advice on how to repair the skylight ourselves, to get us through this winter.

Jared outfitted five of my Hellgate High School Building Trades students with thier own tool bags and tools. These kiddo's now get to keep their bags when they finish the class. This should give them that extra confidence to start one of the many careers in the construction industry. Thank you for taking an interest in our next generation of builders. They are lucky to have buisiness like Jared Langley's that care about the community they live and work in.

On our first home he helped us with our home owners insurance. We were grateful for that. That was 25 years ago. We got a couple other bids and Jared’s estimate was close. We had a great experience many years ago and it was the same this time. His crew was awesome. We will recommend them to all our friends and family.

It took only 2 days from start to finish to complete the work on both the house and detached garage. One day to rip all the old shingles off, with no mess left for us to see when we got home, and one day to install the new shingles.

I have had some horrible roofing experiences and this was so much better. Jared did such a thorough job with his inspection that we won the nasty fight to get the roof covered by insurance and they admitted it was due to his report and pictures. The roofers were so respectful of our property (other companies did actual damage to our home and landscaping), cleaned up every day, and just did a beautiful job on the roof as a whole. Really happy with the job they did.

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience. They came out for a total of 15 minutes to “fix” a roof leak. They charged us over $300, and the next time it rained (2 weeks later), it leaked again. Nothing was fixed. Apparently they say “we don’t guarantee our work”, but it’s not about a guarantee. It’s about paying someone to do something they didn’t do. If it was Something they couldn’t fix or would cost more money, they should have said so at the time. Rather than say they fixed it and not. We paid $300 for nothing to be done. We called to ask them to fix it and yet again they said they would charge us the $300 OR more to fix. We are now having another company come out that not only guarantees their work, but was able to get us a quote to actually fix the problem rather than just slap some tar on it like Jared Langley did. Big time bummer. Would not recommend.

Jared is very professional and friendly. His crews worked exceptionally hard and did excellent work. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and completed the project very quickly just in time for some heavy spring rains. So far, so dry! We are pleased.

Jared Langley's team did a great job on our roof. We weren't excited about having to make this update on our home, but Jared and his team did an excellent job and we won't need to do any more work on that part of our house for a long time. After some confusion with our bill I reached out to Jared. He called me right back even though it was after hours and helped me get a clearer picture of the cost. Very responsive and easy to work with!

I totally recommend this company. Jared was so helpful in letting us know the type of roofing we should put on since we live in a very windy area. His office called to set up a start date and told us it might be delayed by a day or two weather permitting. I was totally impressed even though, we had been informed there might be a delay, they took the time to call me and let me know it would be another day or so.
The workers were polite and kept the area as clean as possible while doing the work. They moved several planters and chairs I had not cleared out of the area and then put them all back when they were through.
I had problems receiving my final insurance payment and Jared himself worked with me for the delay in receipt of our final bill.
I don't usually write reviews but it is hard these days to find companies who are so helpful and considerate after you've made the commitment to use them.

Jared Langley and his crew are great! They did an excellent job replacing/repairing my garage roof. They did my house roof years ago, and I was impressed with them then; so when I needed my garage roof done, they were my first choice. The crew is polite, hardworking, skilled, and they completely cleaned up everything at the end of each day. Jared is great to work with, too! I am extremely pleased with the result, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Outstanding customer service. Gave me honest advice about my roof and foundation, going step by step with me in how I could do the repairs myself, and even gave me a tube of caulk to seal up some areas, all free of charge. When I do need work done, I'll definitely be calling back.

Extremely professional job. Other than the weather slowing us down by a few days, I was very impressed at how quickly the team worked with not sacrificing any quality. Then the next business day, the gutters were completed too! As the schedule got closer to our “turn”, I received great communication from the staff about when the crew would be there to start work. Jared came to my house to look at wind damage on my ridge cap. With it only being minor, he replaced all the shingles that were missing and made them more secure. I recently made an appointment with Jared Langley Construction to bid for my roof replacement. An appointment was made and Jared Langley arrived on time for the appointment. After getting quotes from 5 different roofers in Missoula, we decided to hire Jared Langley. Jared personally came out to look at our project and promptly gave us a quote. They had no reason or incentive to help me at all. Most of the time we hear of complaints regarding people or service and very few compliments. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and your employees. I’ve made several calls to roofing companies over the last year to get what I believe were minor repairs fixed on our roof. I’d leave messages and no return calls, or “we’ll get someone to call you back”, or promises of “we’ll get you scheduled” and nothing happens.

Finally, I placed a call to Jared Langley and I felt relieved and that at last I’d get my repairs done. Jared Langley Roofing & Remodel completed our new roof in May 2019. The crew did an excellent job and quickly. Plus they put our yard back together exactly as it was before the job began which was very impressive. We are so happy with our new roof!

I greatly appreciated that Jared’s crew was able to fit me in quickly to repair two leaks in my roof caused by winter ice dams. Not only did they seal the leaks, but informed me that the company can help me prevent future ice dams. I additionally appreciated the photos they took so I could see what was done.

I am very pleased with Jared Langley Enterprises, Inc. (JLEI) Hail damaged my roof and the insurance company agreed to pay for it to be replaced. JLEI gave me a bid using better materials than the adjuster had quoted. JLEI then worked with my insurance company, which agreed to pay for the better materials and labor. I paid only my deductible.

JLEI showed up on time, did the job in less time than I was told, including clean up. The workers were very courteous and took time to answer all my questions.

JLEI did an excellent job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Jared's crew was extremely efficient and I was impressed with the extra measures they took to protect our home and yard while they completed the job. Everyone was friendly and they worked like a well-oiled machine to get the job done quickly. We are impressed with the final product and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Jared Langley & crew replaced our roofing after damage from a bad hail storm last summer. The whole experience was very good. Everyone from Jared on down are very professional. They did a very good job in less time than I thought it would take. I was very surprised that at the end of their day everything was completely cleaned up. I couldn't find a scrap of shingle on the lawn or driveway. Job very well done & I would highly recommend them!

The Langley team installed three replacement exterior custom order doors on my home. Another job well done, my second contract with these guys. With the high quality recomended product and install, seamless administrative experience, and professional install crew, I could not be happier with my experience. Will continue to work with this outfit. The doors absolutely transformed the look and feel of the house, not to mention elimated the drafts. Worth it.

Paid almost $500 to have someone come out to my house and fix a leak around my chimney. I was told it was simply some old caulking that needed replacing and the job had been completed. Two months later and with the snow melting on my roof it is leaking in exactly the same place. Called and was told they can't guarantee their repairs. There's nothing they can/will do. NOT EVEN SEND SOMEONE OUT TO MAKE SURE THE FIRST GUY DID IT CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE? Nope. I'm out $500 and still have a leaky roof.

As per the response below:
1) No one ever explained to me that the repair would not be guaranteed. Yes, it is in the contract in small print.
2) No one ever explained to me before doing the job that the roof was incorrectly installed in the first place and it was likely that this repair would not work.
3) there were no photos ever sent to me after the repair was done as you claim.

As roofing "experts" I would think that, since the roof was apparently so obviously not installed correctly, your company would have told me as much and explained the issues and perhaps discussed options BEFORE charging me almost $500 for a repair which you apparently had the knowledge to assess would not work. No one EVER told me that I would need "the entire roof" replaced. And of course it freezes where I live; where in the state of Montana does it not freeze?

BTW, because I am always willing to admit when I am mistaken, I went back and searched ALL my email for any pictures you may have sent (as you claim you did) and, as I thought, there were none.

Jared and his team were prompt and respectful. They showed up when they said they would, did the job, cleaned up and followed through. Would highly recommend.

Jared and his crew recently completed repairing our basement after a flood. They replaced our worn out roof five years ago and did a great job. Very clean and good quality work. I had the pleasure of having Jared put a new roof on my cabin and fix some interior water damage. He was stellar throughout the process and made it easy to understand the process. I would highly recommend him for any project you might have.

We selected J.Langley for our roofing job both for their good reputation as roofers but also because we knew we had fascia & other water damage that would need to be fixed. JL promised two separate specialized crews which would coordinate doing & timing the work so the right crew would be there when their part of the job needed to be done. Both crews did an excellent job on the work, the daily cleanup, & communication with us about special repairs that needed to be done. We were more than a little anxious entering into this with the uncertainty related to the extra work needed to repair the water damage, but the folks from JL made this a smooth process, so we're really glad we picked them. Even better - don't know how they managed this - but the day after they finished we got our first rain in over 40 days, presumably to demonstrate how nice the new roof worked.

Awesome customer service. Told me how to fix my roof and also other things around the house. Trying to get my house on the market and he saved me a ton on money with just a little info. Give them a call you won't regret it.

Called to get an estimate for a small job on my roof after reading all of the positive reviews, and now understand why so there are so many good reviews. Jared came out and spent 45 min with me talking me through my options. Realizing that it was a small job that I could do myself he made sure that I understood what I was doing, game me recommendations on materials and equipment and walked me through how to finish the job. I have never had such a great experience with a contractor. If I ever have a roof that needs to be redone Jared, without a doubt, will be the first person I call.

After researching many companies, receiving bids from several, we decided to go with Jared. As a gardener with extensive landscape close to my home, I was immensely pleased with the care that the tear off crew, headed by Bill, took to preserve all of my plants. They took extreme care in cleaning up, without being asked and there was hardly a sign that a complete roof of a house and garage were taken off on top of the landscaping. The team of 6 were polite, efficient, and hard workers. The roofing team headed, by Jeff, was every bit as professional and hard working. The quality of the new roof speaks for itself. Your crew came out last week and did the work on our crawl space. Now, instead of a cold, ugly, spider generator opening directly into our basement, we have a sealed, insulated, and decked accessible storage area. Nice work!
