They then explained their very exclusive and high quality products that will last a lifetime. They also worked with me for over an hour to ensure that this project was very affordable. Came and gave us an estimate that was way over priced. We denied the offer... and they kept calling. After 2-3 calls a day and us telling them no we blocked their number. Then today we have another person show up at our house, mind you we now have a no soliciting sign. We told him no and that we already have someone lined up to do the project and the guy would not leave. NO SOLICITING MEANS NO SOLICITING. Train your employees to be respectful.

I worked with McQueen on ordering siding for my home. McQueen was friendly, had a lot of patience with me, was very reassuring and had a lot of product knowledge. McQueen was never pushy or rude and really loves what he does. Dabella is very lucky to have such an enthusiastic representative working for them!

This time the customer ,myself, was difficult and they dealt with me in the best way possible ….they’re very patient and the gentleman I Worked with in our project we’re Genuine and seemed to really care. It’s nice to see someone taking pride in their craft. Our project was full of obstacles and there hasn’t been one thing that they haven’t taken care of on my end. From beginning to end, they’ve been great to work with.

We allowed one of their sale persons to come into the house and after the pitch we decided we were no longer interested and their sales person refused to leave. After multiple attempts and threatening to call the police they finally left. We asked for them to not come back to our address. After they kept coming back we called the police who informed their manager to not come back to the area or have any of his people come back. They of course came back and proceeded to argue with us not only did they come back once they have came back on several occasions one time they came back 4 different times in the same day after being asked not to. As of today we get a knock on the door and of course it’s Dabella sales people claiming they didn’t know they weren’t suppose to come back. The police told us to file a complaint and that they would be trespassed and arrested if they came back again. Shady business tactics and try to target the elderly. They didn’t want to sell to me they wanted to sell to a 65 year old man that lives at the address saying they were not talking to me but was speaking to him even after the 65 year old man said he was not interested.

Arielle E and Sarah R are absolutely wonderful! They sat down with us, talked to us like we mattered, worked some magic to make our project work with our budget. 10 outta 10!

I unfortunately had circumstances that stopped me from being able to get my project done. However Sarah R. was very informative, and the most respectful of my home that i’ve ever seen! She did everything in her power to help my family, and our home! With that said when circumstances change and allow us to move forward we will choose DaBella as our company of choice, and we highly recommend you get Sarah as your representative!

A DaBella rep knocked on our door offering free consult for the next day. Jarod (McQueen) and Kaeleigh, DaBella Reps came by to look at our windows and give us a price for replacements. They were professional and gave genuine attention to our concerns and questions. We were just wanting to compare prices for replacements of windows in the near future. Jarod and Kaeleigh were very informative and knowledgeable about their products. Their presentation with hands-on windows materials and window prop helped to back up their stated premium quality window construction for energy efficiency, low-e glass technology. They were persistent as any like sales company but these two Reps truly believed in their products and gave all the needed time and energy to present various options, discounts and warranty.
We're going to have three windows replaced and looking forward to see that installation is as though to detail.
We'll review later as the process goes forward and after the project is completed.

Sarah R and Lefaye R were very helpful in the process of ordering new windows, they are knowledgeable and professional at their jobs.

Over the summer, one of their door to door salesmen came to our home. We expressed interest in having a few of our windows replaced. They informed us someone would be by the next day to get an estimate, that after the estimate we could then negotiate and compare with competitors, and we were not obligated to buy or install if we were not satisfied with the estimate.

Come the next day, I am not home, and a couple women show up and give my spouse an estimate. My spouse calls to let me know the price to replace the windows. The estimate was way too high and inaccurate for our needs, and my spouse and I agreed we would not be getting new windows through DaBella. My spouse attempts to send them off. However, I come to find out later that they did not leave, and they wouldn’t leave for almost two and a half hours. They only left after they made my spouse fill out a credit application for financing “in the event we changed our mind.” We didn’t even want financing, but both women told my spouse they would be in trouble — as well as a plethora of other concerning things — if my spouse didn’t fill out an application. This was after declining their services several times over the course of the two and half hours.

After they left, we thought nothing of it and left it alone. Well, a couple weeks ago, we got a letter in the mail from a financing institution to let us know we were denied financing because the project fell through. Checked my spouse’s credit, and sure enough, there was a check from the institution DaBella was using. We called and were able to file a report and get the check removed. Pretty sure running a credit check without a permissible purpose or a person’s prior approval is illegal.

This is all to say, DaBella is over-priced and their business tactics are manipulative and shady. Do not use them.

If I could give less then one star I would. The service is horrible. When the contractors came and put windows in they damaged the trim on 3 of the windows and then used white caulk to try to bandaid their mistakes. Then when we went to have our siding replaced our contractor informed us that Dabella didn’t put j channel up on half of the windows. I wish we could get our money back so we could go through someone else.

Trystan was very knowledgeable self assured and professional. I appreciate someone who doesn't look away when you make eye contact.

She was able to take our concerns into account, and do what she needed to to bring it to dabellas attention so that we could have solutions & peace of mind. The install crew were very professional and respectful of us, our home, and our project! Thomas and Travis were very personable and knowledgeable! We appreciated them taking the time to break down different options and answer our many window questions. Unfortunately we ended up needing to back out of our contract, so we reached out to them for next steps. I was greatly encouraged by how easy they made the process to terminate. I was expecting high pressure tactics, but they were very understanding.

We had a wonderful conversation with Michael and Travis today regarding our roof inspection. Both of them were very knowledgable , professional and personable, with a laid back personality that made the interaction much more enjoyable than my wife and I thought it would be. We had a great interaction and look forward to Dabella’s work on our roof, and possibly future projects!

Michael came out awesome job a fair. Estimate, unfortunately, I was not in a position at this time to do something hopefully later on I can bring him back out.

Very unsatisfied with the customer care, warranty and there follow through. I have been paying for a product that isn't installed right. A windows that was promised to be replaced in the beginning of 2024 and now it's the end and still nothing and no contact. I am not a happy customer and they aren't cheap so that makes me more upset. Don't get what you pay for

Company employs doorknocking with questionable techniques such as telling you your neighbors have called them for a free estimate so they just thought they'd offer one to everyone in the area... yeah right. Which neighbors?
They are actively searching for things they can turn in as hail damage to get windows, roofing, and siding covered under insurance. If they were any good, in an area like this that gets hit by hail this often they would not have any need to seek out work this way, its just predatory. I told their salesman no thanks to every product, and still had to actively shut the door in his face to get him to leave.
As another reviewer put it, if your employees can't look at my exterior and see that its already got windows siding and a roof less than 5 yrs old, they aren't very good at their job in that field.

I had a door to door salesman stop by he was friendly enough except when I was clearly working on my property he decided to try and give me a sales pitch and kept saying it wasn't a sales pitch. I own a contracting company and this is a poor and desperate way to aquire clients. I have weeded through the reviews and noticed the poor workmanship of this company I would highly not recommend them as they do seem like a scam. When I left my home for lunch from working on my property the salesman was trespassing on my property and was in my backyard with my dogs going crazy. Do not enter private residential properties. I would just highly not recommend this company if you want true professionals look elsewhere there is lots of us honest businesses in the area. Billings MT.
