I had a horrible experience with this company. I chose this contractor to install an exterior door for my house based on timing, due to needing my door quickly. Other bids were lower but I had to wait several months before they could work on the project. My project began the first week of March 2024 and ended today, October 28, 2024.

The installer of the door did not complete any finishing tasks. He simply removed the old door and put the new door in. There were gaps in between the new door and exterior of the house, gaps between the door and the inside floor and walls, trim did not match existing trim of my doors, trim did not line up square at the corners (and still does not), nails visible, etc. I had to message them to come back and finish the work. The first two times they returned, they did not fix all of the issues. The next several times they were supposed to return and fix the issues, an appointment was made and they did not show up. No phone call, no message, nothing, even though I had taken the entire day off. Weeks later they got back in touch with me about completing the work (because thankfully, I had withheld final payment) and wanted to see when they could make it back to finish up and collect a check. When they arrived, they completed some of the work but I had to get other supplies in to finish, yet still wanted complete payment. I gave another partial payment. Over the next few months the necessary fixes were done sporadically. One of the employees even blamed me for not letting them know my expectations and being hard to get a hold of, even after several no-shows by them while I waited at my home all day. Regarding expectations, wanting an exterior door replaced and sealed up properly, while looking like you paid a professional to complete it should not be a surprise or need to be explicitly stated.

Thankfully, a new person by the name of Dale, decided to work with me and make sure the project was completed. I really wish I had not been in a rush to get my project done, and would have gone with someone else. I would recommend working with someone else and not choosing this company.

Our home's exterior is now completely the work of C's Custom Exteriors! We started with windows, then over the years. a new roof, doors, and now we have finished with siding.

There is no question that Phillip helped us some up with the right siding, color and accents. He offered ways to save money when he could have tried to upsell us instead.

But the integrity to everyone at C's Exterior Designs really came through after the project started. We discovered substandard work done on an addition to our home when the old siding came off.

C's arranged the additional contractors necessary to fix the problems we discovered, kept us abreast of the process, and followed up to make sure everything was being done the way we wanted.

Let's face it... discovering structural problems when work is already underway on your home could have been a great opportunity for some companies to take advantage. Instead, C's treated us with respect, made sure we knew what was happening and when, and we actually felt relief when we saw the final bill.

The house looks great... our neighbors tell us so... and we are already noticing how the house feels "tighter". We fully expect lower heating costs. Thanks, Phillip, Eric, Dale, and everyone at C's!

UPDATE: I posted a previous review after having a few windows leak after my siding was replaced and not being able to get scheduled to correct the issue. Phillip saw my review first thing on Monday morning and immediately called me. After apologizing and explaining the scheduling mix up he personally came to my house with a new crew and they got to work instantly. The crew, with Phillip, diagnosed the problem and fixed my issue within a few hours on the same day. I was originally very disappointed with my experience but seeing how quickly they wanted to make things right has changed my mind about C's. I will keep C's in mind for future home projects.

We had one window replaced and trim added to all the others. C's Exterior Designs exceeded our expectations. We believe that the "C" in their name should truly stand for customer service (which was stellar). Adam and the rest of the crew were true professionals. They were upfront about the cost, schedule, and they made sure that the installation and product met our needs. They were reliable in a world where others aren't always. They are now our go-to window people when we're ready to replace the others.

Sam was excellent to work with- informed us of the process and gave a quote on her initial visit. The installation crew of the window was efficient, nice and cleaned up. The window looks great. Sam checked back for a final walk thru. We will work with them again and recommend them for you.

In 2023 C's repaired extensive damage done to our home from the July 2022 hailstorm - new roof, gutters, siding, windows. They worked effectively with our insurance company, were transparent in negotiations about the extras we commissioned them to take care of and communications with their team were excellent throughout the project. They designed an exterior that is much more up to date and attractive. Here it is in 4Q2024 and everything is still looking good. We were very pleased with their work.

We worked with Joe Landry at C's to fix our hail-damaged roofing, gutters, downspouts, and window trim, and let me tell you, they did an outstanding job! Joe is a down-to-earth guy, super easy to work with, and you can reach him with just a quick phone call or text.

He came over, took some measurements, and put together a quote for the job. Joe also handled a bunch of the nitty-gritty stuff and communication with our insurance company, making the whole process smoother.

Unfortunately, our insurance company put us through the wringer, but C's had our back and took care of us! I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to all my family and friends because I know they'll have their backs too.

C's crew did a good job on my home project (patio door installation) and on vinyl siding repairs on our church, which had been damaged 3 years ago in a wind storm. Until C's came along, we couldn't find anyone to do the job!

C's has done a great job, especially considering delays in obtaining materials due to the pandemic, labor and shipping hangups. Attention to detail was excellent; and punch list items were addressed in short order. I get many compliments from neighbors on the look of the house after C's did a full exterior renovation. C's subcontractors were also of high quality. I recommend them to anyone looking for house renovations.

We worked with Joe at C's Exterior Designs to select a replacement window. Joe was very helpful in explaining various features of the window options and in helping us select the window. After his preliminary measurements were verified by another employee, the window was ordered, at which point we were warned that the delivery would be delayed a bit due to supply problems beyond C's control. Below zero weather caused a delay in installation. But once the crew came to install the window, we were impressed with their competence and attention to detail and the quality of the finished job. The workers were courteous but very much attended to their work until the job was finished. We were very pleased.

Quick, crew cleaned up after themselves, instalation looks good. The new windows are a drastic improvement. I enjoyed working with Philip, honest and helpful.

We recently decided to start replacing all our windows on our home. The windows were original to the home and we needed a more energy efficient plan. We contacted C's Design and Philip came to the house and walked us through our options. Windows were ordered on the back and installed yesterday. So far we are very happy with them. Phil came over to instruct us as to how they worked. The installers were very nice to deal with and cleaned up all the debris. We will have the other windows done in the spring. We did our homework on this company before we committed, so we knew we'd be just fine. The surprise was, we were more impressed that we expected.
