I spoke with Kevin this evening about the possibility of getting my roof redone. He got the pictures and showed me the damage that needed to be addressed, he talked me through it, and he and his manager tried very hard to get me a good financing option. I will be working with DaBella when it is time to get the roof fixed.

Extreme pushy and gave outrageous prices. Said it would be an hour appointment three hours or more still trying to get us to sign a deal.. Told them I wasn’t signing anything and walked inside and then they knocked on the door 10 minutes later. Pushy and inconsiderate of people time. Product was nice but I’m not paying more than half the price of my house on windows and roofing.

Craig and Jordan helped us out with inspecting our roof and giving us a breakdown of the repairs needed. They both had great knowledge of the products and the roofing process. We went with the exclusive shingles and they were able to give us a great value deal for 4th of July! Overall, we are very happy with our service experience!

Jay & Kevin came to our home today and did a same day inspection and quote was very informative about what is going on with our roof and how they can fix and improve our roof. They did amazing.

Jordan Wheeler was excellent, explained everything thoroughly, even went up into our attic, took pictures, climbed on the roof and gave us a very thorough and well explained plan for us to consider.

I had an amazing quote experience with Jay and Dustin this morning. They were extremely personable throughout the experience. They listened to exactly what I I needed and gave me a quote for exactly that. There was no extra fluff added into the experience or the quote. Really straightforward experience and couldn’t ask for a better quote experience. I look forward to getting my gutters replaced.

Jordon walked us through all the info for new windows, and we are so excited! Our home still has the original wood windows from 1961 and desperately needs a facelift for the sake of safety, energy efficiency, and a nice look! Jordon helped us figure out financing that works for our family and spent time helping us feel confident in DaBella. Here come the windows!!

I just want to take some time to shout out Jordan Johnson and Roxie Eggleston these two came out to our home at 6pm for what should of been a 90 minute visit ended up being three hours of them explain the product and the process it was a great visit although we were unable to sign on anything today they were polite and respectful and made every effort to make it work for us

Jay was knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to give us multiple estimates and offered many options to try and find a plan that fit our budget. Would recommend for anyone looking at windows to check them out.

Mayho was friendly & informative & set up a day & time for inspection which was the next day, nobody showed up. We have a very tight schedule & would have appreciated a notice before having to readjust our schedule instead of waiting for hours for nobody to show up. Not even going to reach out. We will be scheduling an inspection with a different company.

I had Jordan Johnson and Roxie Eggleston over this evening. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the products and services provided by this company. They expressed with passion, the values of family and quality held by this organization. These two did their very best to get the best price for windows and I was blown away by what they were able to do for me. I'm pretty bummed that the timing wasn't right for me. These two were awesome! Sounds like you have a great company with exceptional workers.

Dustin n Jordan came into our home with amazing knowledge of the Dabella windows.
We were shopping for a new bay window. Needless to say before they left we are getting a new window.
They were very friendly n we will be glad to share their information with our friends n neighbors.

UPDATE: I did end up getting in touch with the office manager who came out and got our contract cancelled for us. She was very understanding and listened to our concerns so that they could be addressed and avoided in the future.

One of their sales associates named Dustin stopped by our house and did an “inspection” and claimed he found lots of damage and that there is mold (used this very specific term) in our attic space. He proceeded to be EXTREMELY pushy and was in our home from 4:50 pm until 11:45 pm trying to sell us on spending almost $45,000 to completely fix our roof. We proceeded to tell him SEVERAL times that we would like to get a second opinion and contact our insurance company. He claimed that the insurance company wouldn’t do anything about it and proceeded to try and “persuade” us into signing a contract by being demeaning and criticizing us because we weren’t understanding the severity of the situation. He called his “MOD” twice to try to get us a better deal. Basically in order to get him out of our home we felt compelled to sign a contract which we had 3 days to call and cancel. This was signed on Friday at 11:40 pm. Immediately the following Monday morning I called the main office number to cancel the contract but was told that they would send an email to the local office who would be the only people to cancel the contract. I got the number for the local office and called them immediately. No one answered and I was directed to the main number that I just called. I tried again an hour later and again the local office didn’t pick up the phone. I left a message and if I do not hear anything by this afternoon I will be contacting the authorities.
Needless to say, if this company knocks on your door, slam the door in their face.

We recently had Jordan and Lucas come to our house for a free inspection and estimate. They sat us down and went through everything that they found wrong with our roof. They crawled in the attic space and found some damage as well. After showing us images of these problem areas they showed us how they would fix it and the quality products that their company uses. We are very excited to have DaBella coming to repair our roof. These guys go out of their way to help make sure your home is up to par.

We had Jordan and Lucas come to our house today to do a free consultation on our roof and windows. These guys are amazing and went above and beyond! They concluded their inspection and were getting ready to give us our results when our two chihuahuas escaped the yard. They helped us search for over an hour and we finally found them. Long story short these guys are amazing and they are offering amazing products. Very excited to be working with them to better our home.

Jay Small did a thorough job explaining what all is included with a project done by Dabella. The roofing product is definitely something I could see protecting my home in the near future.

Very smart, intelligent sales reps that definitely know what they’re talking about. If you’re in the market for new windows, I would say this is the company to go with because it seems like they have your back with whatever they say and their warranty is 100%.

Grant and Jay were the two reps. If you decides to go with Dabella choose them.

Owen and grant were very dedicated, and they had let me and my family know everything that goes into a project with dabella.

Somebody from this company came and beat on my door, rang the door bell and beat on the door again all within seconds, no chance to answer before they were moving off the property. Basically said since we're doing one person's house in the neighborhood, we are going to everyone else to give an estimate. They went into their speel before I had a chance to say no thank you, demanded my info before i could even say no thank you. When he asked for my number for an estimate TOMORROW he got pushier when I said no. I never said tomorrow would work. He was way to pushy and made me feel unsafe.
I don't know anything about your business, I'm not about to sign up to have someone I know nothing about on my property, either. One person getting work done in the neighborhood does not mean you can harass their neighbors for future sales.

Kate was super nice, very cheerful. She helped us by doing everything she could to get our new windows. 10 out of 10 experience
