Wegner Roofing & Solar

If I could give a zero I would. Poor customer service and job done poorly. Called several times with concerns and would get response via text telling me I am wrong . They put the frost side down and stuck it to the gutter guards so now we can’t clean the gutters . The salesman said this is normal and asked why we would be cleaning gutters anyway with gutter guards. Debris still gets in there and they aren’t made to last a lifetime. So the only way to get them off is to remove the shingles. This is “normal”
Apparently. They do not come and see what we are talking about , just argue that they are right. They are very attentive when they want your business to get a sale, after that they do not care. Have tried to reach a manager multiple times just to have the salesman call

Nick came out to take pictures of the roof of our 12 condos so he could check for damage from a storm. Immediately I knew Nick would be so easy to work with and I loved his energy! So professional and a great personality!
Also...talk about thorough!! Each picture had the damage circled and Nick explained the amount of hail damage and granule loss etc. We received our estimate so quickly and it was so easy to communicate with Nick!

We had a great experience with this company for our siding project. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and their communication was outstanding. Austin, in particular, went above and beyond from start to finish. He stayed in regular contact with us, making sure we were happy every step of the way. Even after the project was completed, Austin personally inspected the work and had the crew come back out to touch up some areas of the paint that we weren’t satisfied with. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We had Wegner Roofing come and fix our shop roof which had been leaking really bad whenever it rained. They cleaned out all the gunk built up in the vents; even ones we hadn't been aware of and recocked around the PVC pipes and the seal around it. Austin and Steve were very thorough and explained what they would repair every step of the way!

Nick, Noah, and Adam stopped by to check out our roof. I appreciate that they told me the truth about the condition of it. It is sloped enough that the recent hailstorm did very little damage. I greatly appreciate the honesty.

Wow! Just when you think the world has changed and necessary services are a thing of the past, along comes Wegner Roofing. We had a unique situation at our home which began after record rains. Our roof need some TLC and we made the right choice in contacting Adam at Wegner. A call made at 8:00 a.m. was returned promptly. A brief discussion of the issue was met with a promise for same day review & remediation recommendation. Based on what was required, all repairs were completed that afternoon. Needless to say, Wegner will be my first call when I replace shingles or need any additional repairs. Completely, 100% Satisfied. Worthy of a FIVE STAR review. Way to go!

Wegner Roofing and Solar recently completed my roof (tear off old roof and replace with new from hail damage). Their quote was very reasonable. They scheduled in advance so I knew exactly what day they were arriving on. From start to finish, the complete job was done in a matter of one day. All garbage and debris was removed from the site before I even came home from work. Their whole team was extremely professional. I highly recommend.

I have never met someone that is so funny and has as much passion about his job as Noah. He is inspecting my cousins house in Aurora on Monday to see if he can fix the leak and hopefully talk him into putting solar panels on the South facing slopes of his shed.

We are very interested in more info about ROOFTOP solar panels. We ran into Noah about possible rooftop solar. We didn’t realize that it is even an option in South Dakota. We thought it was only available in the South.

Noticed a decent-sized leak in my bedroom ceiling after some recent rain. Being two weeks new to the area, I couldn't go by word of mouth, so I did the next best thing and asked Google! I reached out to a company and when I hadn't heard anything by the next day, I looked again... and found Wegner. I submitted a request online and got a call back, literally within 2 minutes. She was very accommodating in scheduling with my work hours in mind and we set an appointment for two days later, by my request.
Nick showed up, prompt, very welcoming, and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe how efficient he was. Thank you so much, Nick! The rains started again tonight and the ceiling is dry as can be!

It will be very exciting to put solar on our restaurant in Brookings. We pay a lot in electricity to run the freezers and coolers and to be able to lock in our prices so we don’t have to pay the increases in prices over the next 50 years sounds like a great deal. Nick Laddusaw was very helpful when contacting Wegner Roofing for an estimate. We had some high winds that did some damage and Nick did some patching up while on-site getting info for the estimate. He came to speak with us on-time and was very pleasant and helpful.

We were selling our house and found out there was hail damage so my realtor referred us to Wegner roofing. They did all the work with our insurance company. Nick was kind enough to come to the house and go over everything as I had knee surgery and wasn't very mobile. He went through the whole process with us. They were very careful not to harm any of the bushes in front of the house. They had the shingles off the house and reroofed and any replacements/corrections that needed to be done in one day! They cleaned up any debris and it looked great. The next day they stopped by to make sure everything was cleaned up and in good order. We were extremely pleased with the job they have done and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Well done!

Noah came out because we are having a lot of difficulties with our insurance and our claim, he explained the whole process and now we are working on getting a re-adjustment to our roof. It has made a stressful process a whole lot easier.

I used this company for a leak in my townhome that we were told was coming from the roof. Upon further investigation it was not but they did seam seal some shingles at potential problem areas on the roof at no charge and asked for nothing in return.

Upon removing our 80% efficient furnace from our current home, we were left with a vent in our roof and a hole that would need to be patched. We didn't shop around for bids, I owed it to this company. Nick Cavanaugh came out to bid and was very informative. He even on a Sunday to verify shingle color.The repair was done within hours and you can't tell there was ever a furnace exhaust at all. Very good experiences both times. Thanks so much, guys!

I had quite a few rooftop furnace vents that had frozen over. Noah and his team made us a priority and an arrived same day for service. They cleared our vents quickly and we have all of our buildings up and running . Would definitely recommend this company.

Wegner roofing went above and beyond to make sure that our roof was taken care of. Grant Brockey did an exceptional job keeping in contact with us and making sure everything was done right. He went above and beyond and met with the adjuster on the roof and pointed out the areas of concern. He worked with us through some issues with our insurance company and went out of his way. Wegner was very prompt in removing snow from our pitched roof so the tech could access the roof top units. Also easy to communicate with.

There was an issue financing and Noah was able to make a few calls and get everything worked out for us. When they showed up to work it went really fast, they were in and done before the day was over, everything went smooth and clean. I would definitely recommend! UPDATE: I wanted to add in here that the financing part fell through by some mistake and Sarah Oster took care of me from the home office. She was extremely nice and polite and worked with me throughout the entire stressful ordeal.
