Recently had Premier Systems Roofing out to fix some torn shingles after a bad wind storm. They came out the same day I called and were able to quickly repair my roof with matching shingles. I'll be reaching out to them for all my roofing needs going forward!

Excellent service! I called Premier at 11:30p’ after the high winds and rain blew through. I had trickling water coming out of one of my smoke detector. They sent Nick out first thing in the morning to check out my roof and determined it was just water forced into the vent pipe due to the high winds. Regardless, they re-caulked the area around the vent and checked the rest of my roof out. In the end, they didn’t even charge me although I did give Nick a tip to buy himself lunch. I would not hesitate to use Premier in the future. I’m a customer for life!!

Thomas with Premier was incredibly helpful with a leak in our roof vents. He evaluated the situation, showed me pictures of the problem and explained how to remedy the situation. He also took the time that day to do a temporary fix/repair on all the vents before we replace them. (Which was a lifesaver with the recent storm that followed). He was able to come out the same day we called and I would highly recommend. Exceptional service.

This company has amazing customer service. i called them in a emergency as the ridge of my roof was coming off and I wasn't sure if bad weather was rolling in or not so I wanted it fixed ASAP and they made that happen and I can't express my gratitude thank you premier roofing

After hearing leaking water in our walls after a recent rainstorm and more rain and snow on the way, I had an immediate need for someone to come out and take care of a few worn and missing shingles. I received several quotes from different companies, but it was Kelly at Premier Systems who won me over. He listened to my concerns with upcoming whether and what I was struggling with and could promise that he would get someone out to the house day-of my call and at an incredibly reasonable price.

I expected end of day service, but in less than two hours from my initial call, John had fixed the spot on the roof. Both John and Thomas were personable, upfront, and professional, and they walked me through some spots I should keep an eye out until I can get the entire roof re-shingled--which they surveyed and are providing a quote for me in the next day or two.

After feeling anxious over incoming weather and pricing for the fix, the team at Premier Systems quelled all concerns with incredibly fast resolution. Could not recommend them more for repairs.

I can’t recommend John at Premier Systems enough. I had a small piece of ridge cap that needed to be replaced. The first company I contacted quoted me $750. When I asked why it was so high they explained that they had to cover the whole crew that it’d take to come out (this was not a large company and the job definitely didn’t need a whole crew. I get that bigger crews need to make it worth their time but they could’ve explained that from the get go). Determined to not be gouged I called Premier Systems up and they quoted me over the phone for a fraction of the cost and had it fixed the next day. John, who was capable of doing the one man job himself, was so personable and courteous and he did a great job. Definitely the real deal!

I called on Saturday and spoke with Kelly after multiple leaks in our ceiling. He was very knowledgeable of our situation and gave me peace of mind. He said he would have one of his guys contact me back and within an hour I received a call from Will and John D. Will said he could be at my home by 10:30am Monday. He actually beat me home so A+ for punctuality! He inspected multiple attics we have as well as our roof and gave us an honest opinion and solutions. I believe this is a trust worthy company which would provide exceptional service. We will be using them in the future if needed.

Premier Systems replaced our roof ten plus years ago. I noticed a problem years later and called them to check it out. They returned my calls and took care of the issue. I would recommend this company and enjoyed working with Kelly and Scott.

We have had nothing but issues with our insurance company covering our roof. Will, with Premier systems has been a diamond in the rough though. Multiple times since our roof was damaged, he has come to the rescue and repaired shingles that have blown away in the wind. I had a roofing fan that went bad, previously replaced by another roofing company, and with old man winter creeping up on us in South Dakota, Johnny went out of his way to come and replace the unit on Saturday, knowing the weather was going to turn on Monday. Johnny was very professional and prompt in answering my questions. This is proof that Johnny Dean and Kelly Swee know what they are doing and highlights why Premier Systems Roofing continues to excel in this industry. I would definitely recommend them. They do a fine job and are great people with an admirable work ethic. This was not the only job they had done for me in the past. I had a roof replaced in 2023, and they also helped me when we had that bad derecho storm in 2022, this is why I continue to use them.

Johnny( Roof Tech) Came out to my house today, as I had inquired about a roof leak. He was very professional and very helpful with his assessment and explanation in the situation. Our experience with Premier Systems Roofing was excellent! We spoke with Will and he came out the next morning. He evaluated our small roof leak, was courteous and fixed the leak quickly.

I am happy with the quality of the shingles and the other related materials that was used on my roof. I also thought that price was very competitive to other roofing companies. All the old roofing materials and wrappers was all cleaned up before the roofing crew left.

I had a leaking roof vent so I called Premiere Systems Roofing based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Johnny called and set up a time to fix it within a day. He had the cause of the leak determined and fixed within 5 minutes. The only fee he wanted for the repair was a review of his service which I am happy to do.

If I need any roof or gutter repairs in the future I will definitely call them again. I did tip him for the quick response and repair, thanks!

I was very appreciative to have Premier Systems Roofing answer the phone at 12 am when water starting dripping though my bedroom ceiling during the driving rain storm. After assuring me the temporary steps we took were good, they promised would have someone out next week to help find the root cause. John showed up by 8:30 am the next morning despite being slammed with other requests he was respectful, kind and patient. He believed he saw the issue but the rains were still occurring so couldn’t be certain until got closer look. He showed up the morning the rain stopped and immediately fixed the issue with caulking. He didn’t upsell or convince us to try a different or more expensive repair. Would recommend

I have only great things to say about Premier Systems Roofing. I had a situation occur during the overnight hours and was impressed the prompt and courteous service I experienced. John Dean, one of the company's technicians, came to the house, calked some of the pipes and vents on the roof that were leaking (and some that looked like they needed it). Within an hour of his leaving, we had another big storm roll through. Not only was the leak fixed, John called to check and make sure! Thank you! I highly recommend this company!
