We had a hail storm come through in May. Issac Campbell came to our house and asked if he could inspect our roof. We got a hold of the insurance company to file a claim. He was here when the inspector came and was very helpful and thorough with the inspector. When it came to the actual roof instalation he was in contact with us the entire time. The crew had the roof done and everything picked up in a day in a half in 95° heat. When we came home to see the new roof. You couldn't even tell anyone had been there because they had all the trash and everything picked up. We are very happy with our experience with Issac and Roof it Forward.

Misled. I let two guys that were canvasing the neighborhood check my roof, because we have had some bad storms this year and a couple neighbors have replaced roofs. Insurance sent their guy out and denied it. I had another reputable roofing company out for a second opinion and a structural engineer. Both agreed that my roof is fine and does not have hail damage. Wasted my time and now I have a claim on my insurance.

Discovered their inspection was not adequate in discovering damages and things to. We did not make good use of our insurance benefits using this company. Numerous calls with Scott and visits to the house and the work was still not done to code and very sloppy. An in person visit to the owner himself did not resolve the issues and was very childish. They just wanted to wipe their hands of the mess and collect $ quickly. Shame on them.

I stopped by my buddies house to drop something off and Brent was there checking his roof. We got to talking and found out he lived a few minutes away and talked about possible hail damage. He came over and got everything inspected. He was very clear on the process and how it would go. He worked with the adjusters and took care of all the hard work. I barely had to do anything. On top of that, the work was completed quickly and was top notch. The only way you would have known they did work was looking at the new roof obviously, but they cleaned everything up so well, you would have not known anything happened. Very highly recommended and definitely work with Brent!

After heavy April rains, we noticed a water pocket in our wall. I texted Brent at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and he was on our porch in an hour! A huge hailstorm came through our neighborhood earlier this year. We had so many roofing companies stop by the house! A couple of people in our neighborhood went with Roof it Forward. When we called my husband talked to Brent and he was there the next day to talk with us. He explained, plainly and clearly, how the insurance worked, information about the products and materials they use, and how the whole process would work. Brent stopped by often while ours and our neighbors projects were going on. He was hands on and always a phone call or text away. Even when my questions got repetitive he never didn’t answer them with a good attitude. We would recommend this company to anyone, but most of all we would recommend Brent to anyone! Brent from ARC was great asked him to come inspect my roof for hail damage, as we have gotten a couple of good amounts of hail!! He found a lot of damage and suggested I file a claim, and he even came back and met with the inspector from my insurance company and he got a new roof and gutters and some siding paid for by the insurance company!

Brent Ludlow approached us for a free appraisal of our roof, as he was already in the neighborhood replacing 3 of our neighbor's roof that sustained hail damage from an earlier Summer storm. His inspection revealed we too had hail damage. He suggested we open an insurance claim, and he would return when the adjuster would perform his appraisal. He worked with the adjuster to ensure all damages were covered.

His crew came yesterday and quickly tore off the old roof and replaced the shingles with ones with a lifetime warranty. A second crew came out in the late afternoon to replace our gutters, and worked past 8:30 to ensure we had gutters in anticipation of this morning's storms!

In June of 2022 my neighbors roof was getting installed, and Scott asked if he could give an inspection for hail damage. After the inspection he informed me that we did have hail damage. But the timing wasn’t right for us, so I said that I would reach out at a later date. Scott didn’t push, he simply accepted what I said and that was that.

After several horrendous storms this summer, the condition of our roof was on my mind. In July of this year(2023),I happened to notice Scott’s vehicle at a Speedway near my place of work. I asked if he was who I thought he was, and indeed it was Scott.

We scheduled a time for him to come by and reevaluate, and we ended up getting the roof installed in August. Everything was done in the time and manner that was expected.

I’ll have them back to do more work in the future!

We had a difficult time with insurance and Clayton Phillips marked all damage and took about 80 photos and submitted them to the insurance in a clear and concise way. I had to go through the adjusters manager but got it approved. Work was done right away.

Clayton Phillips has been amazing to work with. He’s been on time, helped with insurance, and been on top of every facet of our roof replacement!

So. I had Mike Conley as my roofer intermediary. I can't say enouch about this guy. Within an hour of talking to him I found out he had a daughter the same age as my autistic daughter who had a hard time making friends and not only did he agree to come to her birthday party, he actually showed up. He made sure all the work was done correctly, and when we had an issue with our siding that wasn't repaired, he stayed on it until the job was finished correctly. I would recommend Mike to ANYONE. No one will be more personable, funny, and down to earth. Mike should get a raise for how much effort he puts into his customer service. He fought for me with insurance and getting my extra work done when there were some bumps with my siding. Kudos for this company for hiring him. I responded to a free inspection advertisement on Facebook and was actually the first house Mike did and I will never go anywhere else. Punk rock to you, comrade. You deserve everything.

Roof it forward did my roof less than a day! With the help of Jordan Noel, he was able to get my roof fully approved by insurance for hail damage! They made the process super easy and went re-screened two of my window screens! I’d highly recommended Jordan and his company to anyone doing a roof

He came out, hopped up on the roof, and gave a thorough evaluation of our roof repair needs. Fortunately, we did not need repairs to our house, and Joshua was nothing short of honest with us.
