Rhino Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof. The team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Cory and Ronald. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. My yard was also left spotless of debris. I would most definitely recommend .

Had the folks at Rhino replace our roof and gutters this week and couldn't be happier. The whole process from beginning to end was effortless. I had my roof and gutters replaced by Rhino Roofing due to storm damage. Cory and his entire team including Ronald and Eric were complete professionals from the start. Cory was very thorough walking through process and helped with input and information at every step for insurance purposes. His communication and follow through was excellent of what to expect and then getting information to the insurance company. They use high quality products and don’t cut corners. The work was done very well and quickly and the new roof and gutters look great. I am about 6 months now from when the work was done and have had absolutely no issues at all. If you need to have a roof or gutters repaired or replaced you can’t go wrong with Cory and the Rhino roofing team. For any and all future roofing or exterior needs, Cory is the person I will be calling.

Cory is so easy to work with. The job was done all in 1 day and looks amazing. Fantastic customer service and on-site workers. Cory, Ronald and the team were just wonderful to work with. Cory made the setup with documents and scheduling a breeze. Easy demeanor and no problems to work with at all. Ronald was fantastic onsite, bridging the gap between the initial conversations and plans with Cory to how the team would take off the old roofing and replace it with the new. While I hope that I never have to do a roofing project again in my current home - if I do (or if I move to a new property where it's needed) I will 100% use Rhino Roofing again.

Rhino just completed a siding repair on my house after recent high winds tore off several pieces. Rhino did a great job and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The repairman even secured a few other places on the siding that he noticed so this won't happen again. I really appreciated that!!! Rhino was awesome to work with. I had Rhino Roofing and Exteriors come out to fix a terrible patch job done on an old leaking/deteriorating chimney. Rhino was quick to come out for an estimate, honest in their assessment, and explained all of the details that most people would have no patience to walk a customer through. Eric went above an beyond to not only make sure that I was connected with the right contractors, but also that everything else on my roof was inspection ready. Eric knew I was on a tight timeline to turn around my house to sell then move a few states over. I was blown away from the help I got from Cory at Rhino Roofing. I had already called another roofer who told me that even though there was hale damage on our roofs (5 rental properties), they were too old to submit claims to our insurance company. Cory told me different then proved himself correct! He worked with our insurance company and got all five homes covered due to hail damage. Then when the cost of materials went up (because we waited to do the job until spring), he worked with us and the insurance company to cover the difference in cost so we would not be out of pocket for more than the original estimate. The roofs look amazing. And his guys did a great job of cleaning up after the job was finished. Cory even came out the next day to go over the yards one more time to catch any stray nails that might be laying around. Overall, I am impressed with their professionalism, understanding, and care. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know and will continue using them in the future for all our needs. Thanks guys! You are truly the best at what you do.

We cannot say enough about Rhino! Corey and his team are top of the line in the roofing industry. We had two buildings on our property (a church and parsonnage) that had the usual wear and tear as well as hail damage. Our budget was super tight and we honestly were worried it would not cover all of the work that needed to be done to get our buildings back to looking awesome! Wonderful service and incredible workmanship! This company was amazing at communicating and getting us scheduled efficiently. The roofers arrived early, protected our surrounding landscaping prior to starting, and quickly got to work. Our entire roof including several base panels were replaced and brand new by early afternoon! One thing that stood out to us was that they provided care and great attention to detail and finishing, including painting the trim around our chimneys and cleanup. Great job team!

I found Rhino Roofing and Extensions thru our nextdoor app as having the most good reviews. So I contacted them and they came out and helped with our insurance adjuster, point out the things that were missed from the other adjuster that we had. They walked us through the process which was great!

I had some minor siding damage from about three weeks ago. I tried several companies to come and take a look at the damage before spring break but was unsuccessful. I came back from spring break and the damage has expanded; several pieces of Vinyl Siding has fallen off. I saw Rhino Roofing & Exteriors on a Facebook and decided to give them a try. I checked their website and booked an appointment the very next day (through the website). Cory from Rhino Roofing & Exteriors called me with in a hour and confirmed the appointment.

Cory arrived on time and walked me through the process. He was also able to get his crew in and fix the damage with in hours. They even fixed improper installation from a previous job.

Overall great roofing experience! This was my first time getting a roof installed. From getting an estimate and picking the color of the shingles to scheduling installation and worksite clean up, Rhino Roofing made it a seamless process. They were on time and maintained communication with me throughout the entire process. The workers were professional and the quality of work was excellent! We loved our experience with Rhino Roofing and would highly recommend them.. Cory was at our house for an inspection on Tuesday and back on Sunday to do a tear off and reroof that was completed the same day! We have a 2 story, 1700 sq ft home. This included 12 boards of decking that had to be replaced. He has a tremendous hard working crew and the owner, Cory, was on site from the inspection, checking the material drop, and through the entire installation. We are familiar with construction work and the messes left behind by contractors, Rhino is on it and everything was so nicely cleaned up. We had the pleasure of meeting Cory's wife, Lindsay and Cory's dad. They were all so genuinely gracious, kind, and great with our 2 young boys (the drone is awesome!) As they departed it was more like saying goodbye to new friends than a roofing company. Thank you Cory, Lindsay, & the amazing Rhino crew!

Corey and his crew are a great group of guys, easy to work with and they don’t make you feel like you’re asking for too much. Corey went above and beyond for us, we live in a historic home and as we peeled back layers of course other problems arose. Corey and his crew worked with us and adjusted the project as we went along it was a blessing to have someone willing to work with us and we will definitely have them back out as projects arise as they do with older homes. Bonus points for Corey loving dogs! We have two and he really took to them and loved on them like they were his own!

Cory and his crew was AWESOME!!! WILL USE AGAIN!!! I was looking for someone to help repair our roof after the snow melted... We noticed a brown spot inside the house. I looked online and after seeing several people in Noblesville who contracted OUT I decided to go with someone who was more local. He showed up same day because he was near me, gave me a quick look, estimate, and they were even able to schedule me FAST! I am extremely impressed!

We had called several places and couldn't even get a call back. We called Rhino and the guy came out that day with an estimate. It sas a 2 day job and we are very happy with the way our new roof looks.

The houses were very old which always presents challenges but he communicated well in working through the issues and making the proper repairs. Cory Caudill (Rhino Roofing) was recommended by a co-worker after a tree fell on the corner of my house. She highly recommended him after the work he did helping insurance cover her parents' roof when originally they overlooked other damage.

He responded quickly and was out the next day. His photos were good at capturing the extent of the damage and he sent me a link to email to my insurance adjuster. He was available to meet with the adjuster and work together to assess the extent of damages which was very helpful! He is very knowledgeable and explains things well.

Whenever his schedule changes, he communicates promptly to try and get the work completed as soon as possible. After the work was completed, he returned a couple of weeks later to check that everything was good as new.

My only minor non-positives are that I would have liked a copy of the invoices for the repairs- he explained everything verbally but I'm a visual person so an email is more helpful to me than a phone call. I have receipts that I paid, just not invoices showing charges.

While his responsiveness to getting the job done was much appreciated, I was a bit exhausted about how often he asked about posting a review. I told him I would be glad to write one as he deserves it, but I like to take my time and not rush reviews I write. Especially for something as important as a roofing company. (I've had a bad experience with roof repair in the past so I take this very seriously!)

They replaced our roof today, and they were not only on time, but finished the same day!!!!!! Very professional, quick, and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anybody looking for easy roof installation or repairs!

Rhino handled everything with zero contact. We had a leak in our master bedroom and we called our insurance company to make a claim. We got the run-around and we waited. With each rain the leak got worse. We called a couple of "insurance recommended" roofing companies and all failed to show up when they said they would or even diagnose the issue with our roof, but they were very eager to provide an estimate to replace my roof at my cost. Frustrated, we reached out to Rhino just to ask some questions. Cory listened and told me not to worry and that he would handle it. Immediately he contacted my insurance company, explained the issue and requested all of the necessary documents. The next thing I know, my insurance approved a roof replacement. We were greatly concerned with making sure this was a contactless experience as we have a senior immunocompromised individual in our home. Cory emailed everything and assured us that in no way would we need to be in contact with anyone. I'm serious, when I say, "Cory handled EVERYTHING with our insurance". There were a ton of things that our insurance missed/ ignored/ avoided that Cory brought to their attention and got them to approve. Cory worked with us and we scheduled a date (a Sunday - Who works on a Sunday?). Materials were delivered, crew arrived, and work began at 7am on the dot. Cory was in our driveway at 6:35am making sure materials and the dumpster arrived and everything was ready to go. Cory took our builder grade 3-tab and upgraded us to teak colored architectural shingles. We literally went from basic to badass in one day. Architectural shingles, ice and water, valley metal, drip edge, new vents, pipes painted to match, EVERYTHING! (Full disclosure; I knew nothing about these things before speaking with Cory. I literally thought "ice and water" was for the crew but Cory explained to me that is is a thicker membrane that protect my roof from... you guessed it, ice and water). The crew was extremely professional and safe. Yes it was noisy being inside, but that's to be expected. Cory kept us updated with phone calls and texted me photos of the progress. He even met with my neighbor, inspected her roof and got some great photos of our roof. (Who is this guy?) All in all I couldn't have asked for more from Cory and Rhino Roofing and Exterior. But... when the work was completed, and I gave him a check, and all of the final invoices were submitted to my insurance so they can issue my additional payment, all we heard was crickets. You'd expect a contractor to be done after they got paid, but Cory stayed on top of things. He called my insurance adjuster multiple time a day over 3 days and even threatened to escalate the issue if he didn't get a response. As soon as he did that we got an email and our payment was issued immediately.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Rhino Roofing & Exteriors. No one wants to deal with insurance companies and contractors. Cory made the whole experience headache free. He did all of the heavy lifting with the insurance and made sure that we got an amazing new roof that not only looks great but will keep us safe and dry for 30 years. Thanks a ton!

On a Saturday afternoon, Cory Caudill, owner of Rhino Roofing and his incredible crew reworked the flashing and shingles around a rebuilt wood chimney at our house. They ripped out the work that had been done incorrectly and skillfully fixed all of the problems in record time. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work and their willingness to complete the job on such short notice. I would recommend Cory and his crew to anyone needed quality roofing work.

Rhino roofing installed a new roof on our house last week. They were the lowest estimate and did a fantastic professional install. The representative Cory made sure we understood the exact procedure and materials they were going to use. The crew showed up on the date they promised amd were very respectful of our property.
