Awesome job! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were very organized, professional and went beyond by detailing the house after they were finished with the whole house flooring project. These days it’s so difficult to find a contractor that checks all the boxes. Nate and Thomas were in charge and they were always on top with communication.

Rob and his team were outstanding on our remediation project. They were professional, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. The work was done on time, with great attention to detail, and minimal disruption. Couldn’t have asked for a better team—highly recommend!

I have a few different options for floods, and I've consistently found that WestRock is simply the easiest to work with. Rob gets my disasters assessed, contained, and mitigated with one quick email. I value that simplicity, as a multi-site operator I have a lot going on and being able to trust that an issue is in good hands means a lot to me.

There's not much more to say, and to me that's a good thing. I don't have to spend time on floods because Rob E. and his team take care of them for me.

Steven and his team did an outstanding job handling a major leak in my unit that risked ruining my wall and ceiling. Not only does he advocate for his team members, he was nothing short of amazing in keeping me informed through the whole process. He cared for my home as if it were his own. I was very on edge about having people in my home, around my belongings, but hector and his guys handled everything with such care. I cannot say enough good things about this team. I have worked property management for years and dealt with so many different vendors, restoration teams, etc and I am highly impressed with this company!!! Started with a bad review and it was a mistake on our end. Our issue was with the apartment complex we live in not the vendor. We apologize. All of Westrock employees are exceptional. Hector and his crew work really hard.

WestRock rocks! They're quick and very professional. My residence is 2hrs away from them and they drove that 2hr ride and have done a beautiful job. Would highly recommend if you need a job done by them

I just wanted to say thank you, We just watched one of your guys pull over and put out a fire on the side of the road. He got it out before the fire department arrived. High winds plus garbage can fire could have been really bad. Just one guy going out of his way to what's right.
