Life Savers Restoration

Had a leak in my bathroom and Rudy came out same day to look at it. Had guys out next morning to fix. His team is amazing. Did a great a great job and I highly recommend Life Savers for any job you need especially emergency work.

Rudy was truly amazing when handling our insurance claim after going back and forth with them ,we were able to get the claim approved. Would highly recommend Rudy and his team they are professional as well as kind. We really appreciated their time and efforts in getting our issues resolved 10/10.

Im very glad i found this company. Had a decent amount of water damage in the kitchen and Life Savers responded immediately after being contacted. Rudy has been amazing throughout the whole process, answering any questions I had as well as working with my insurance. The mitigation team sent out was also kind and worked hard to finish everything within the day.

We had a major leap/and burst line in our primary bath cause a great deal of damage. We were referred to Life Savers by our plummer. I called them and left a message. Rudy from Life Savers immediately called me back and scheduled an ap[pointment. He and his crew came over and handled everything. They were compassionate, and kind. Got to work and took care of business. they were on time each day, cleaned up everything and told us everything they were doing. I highly recommend them!

Live Savers Restoration actually bears the name. Indeed, they are Live Savers. When I called the company above, they responded faster than expected. A week earlier, I contacted another Restoration company. They came to my house four hours late and scared me about my home insurance company. I almost gave up. When I called Live Savers a week later, Rudy showed up at my house in less than 20 minutes and turned my nightmare into hope. He was professional and friendly. I would refer Live Savers Restoration to anyone.

On three occasions over the last eight years, I’ve had flooding in my house. I contacted. Life Savers Restoration on each occasion and they immediately came out even though it was extremely late at night or a weekend. They never gave any excuse as to why they couldn’t come. They immediately came, looked the situation over and started cleaning up the mess tearing out the wet Carpet and the wet drywall. Not only that, but they do not complain about having to move a lot of heavy furniture and other items. If I had any problems, they immediately rectified them Without any argument. If anything was damaged, they immediately fixed it or replaced it Again without arguing. I certainly highly recommend using life Savers Restoration, the employees and the management were extremely friendly and cooperative and were always willing to discuss any differences we had.

I can’t even tell you how happy I was with them call them before your insurance company and they will take care of everything above and beyond. The absolute best. Sierra was the project manager just awesome available 24/7 can’t say enough about the company. Helped me so much with insurance company had all the photos I needed etc. to get the $ I needed.

When I had a flood last year, this company was highly recommended to me from a friend. It’s not like you have a ton of time to think about who to call, and that’s one of the sad things when you’re in a crisis situation. Luckily for me, I did have a friend that I could call and they recommended this company. These are the guys that are running in when everybody is in chaos and doesn’t know what to do. They really helped me feel safe as a woman. They Displayed exemplary service and decorum. I was so frightened and had no idea what to do, but these guys really took care of me, And help me with all the steps that we are never privy to, but they deal with on a daily basis. I highly recommend this company- Thank you, Not only to the owner and project manager, but to the staff themselves. They were all fantastic.

Rudy was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions after an a/c company stated we may have a mold issue. He came out the next day (was going to come out the same day but he had an emergency come up) and verified that we didn't have an issue. I appreciate him easing our minds and helping us so we knew we didn't have a mold issue. This kept us from paying for services not needed. Horrible exprience with this company lost so many items mixed up items brought the wrong bed to my house packed up old stuff in my garage mixed it in with the stuff from my house a complete mess would not rebuild the beds until I called a supervisor lost all the important screws to the beds… lost my daughter plug to her hospital bed.. dented my daughter brand new wheel chair accessible van had to get quotes done during a move! I can go on and on do NOT recommend! Find real professionals they hire felons off the streets and only had 2 workers to bring back 2 trucks worth of stuff my daughters and i did the majority of the work! Do NOT use them!!

Within an hour and a few minutes of calling Rudy. He was out here to investigate my water problem. I have 2 bedrooms and a laundry room that were flooded about an hour and a 1/2. After he arrived, they clean up crew arrived and started vacuuming up the water. And tearing out the flooded stuff. Did an excellent job. I'm very impressed with them. They had it all cleaned up dried out and about 2 or 3 days. I'm about 60 miles from there office. So they all had a short drive or a lawn drive whatever. Very impressed while I'm dead. Life Savers Restoration is prompt and professional! I have used them twice due to an emergency leak I had in both my homes. They responded quickly and were very transparent! On the first occasion, they showed me where the leak was coming from and really helped and walked me through the entire process. When it was time to demo, their crew was respectful of my belongings and did their best to put everything aside, making it easy for us to maneuver through our space. On second occasion, I suspected a leak at my other house and Life Savers came again immediately to help detect the leak. They were honest with their assessment and concluded there was no leak coming from the house.

The business owner is very unprofessional. They came and did some mitigation work on 4/1 and I received an invoice dated for 4/5 with a due date of 5/5 on it.

I didn't have issues with the work, but I could tell they were just there to get insurance money. Once the insurance company issued the funds, they sent me an email asking to be paid. I had them send me the email so I could pay via cc. I even called them and had a quick discussion with Sierra who was very nice. I let her know I'd get it paid.

On 4/19 they sent someone to my house to serve me a notice of intent to file a Lien. This was a bit ridiculous especially because the invoice was not past due. Very cowardly and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Life Savers answered my questions and showed up the same day and took care of my emergency. They are as reliable as they come and extremely helpful. Costumer service was the best as well. I recommend 100%

Rudy was very helpful from the beginning. We were overwhelmed with everything that was happening with our house. He gave us the peace of mind that everything was going to be handled. His crew was very profesionals and kept us informed steped by steped of what was happening with the packing and tear down.

So, mike came out and was very late to his appointment to talk to insurance with us. Didn’t call or let us know… gets on the phone with insurance after his inspection, promises his company is the best and we’re in good hands. Insurance denies our claim… we say ok we have the cash give us a detailed estimate so we can see how much. He says ok, a few days past he says I’ll get it to you tonight after calling… still nothing call the next day no answer.. call the next day yeah I’ll get it too you… still nothing.. call after a couple days no answer… text… no response wait another day called no answer… no call back no response.. just straight ghosted us after insurance couldn’t cover it. It was like he looked at us and wrote us off as poor… we have so much equity and cash on hand we could have paid for services two times over… he just saw dollar signs when insurance was involved then couldn’t even have the decency to say hey I’m not going to run repair your house or write an estimate or even respond for that matter… horrible experience. I can’t imagine having them do work..

Prompt and totally professional was my experience with Life Savers Restoration. See no reason why anyone wouldn't have a similar experience.

Everyone at Life Savers Restoration was extremely helpful in getting us through the nightmare of water damage to our home.
They had people out to our house within two hours of calling them.

They immediately got to work in getting rid of the water and explained to us in detail how they go about doing the demolition of the water damaged cabinets and damaged drywall. All demolition was done in one day and the cleanup was excellent.

Pressure to do things that were not needed even after explaining reason for not choosing to proceed.
Invoice not detailed and when requested it be broken down discovered one half of the bill was for equipment when there was no equipment used.
Will state that they did eliminate the false charges when we presented it to them and explained we would not pay the full amount.
Be prepared because this is an "a la carte" business. There is a $200 service charge as the base and then everything is additional, including a haul away fee of $40 to take trash that could have been put in my trash can, gloves for the workers, equipment usage and monitoring by the hour and/or day and an additional charge for filters used in that equipment. (These are the charges that we refuted since no equipment was needed.)
We cannot rate the quality of their actual services since we did not use any of their equipment for our water incident.

Rodolfo and Life Savers did a great job mitigating our water damage. They were very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and completed the job on time. Rodolfo even helped us navigate through our insurance claim.

We used Life Savers for our water mitigation services after a leak in our ceiling. Rudy and his guys were terrific. They handled our insurance company like absolute PROS - it's clear they work with insurance companies ALL THE TIME. In fact, they even helped me place the initial call and walked me through the entire process top to bottom. That part of the service was absolutely over the top excellent.
I'm delighted my insurance company picked up the tab, because these guys outfitted and treated my home like it was a nuclear waste site. It was a $$$$ mind blowing experience for a relatively small leak. Still, I have little ones at home and thought, "better safe than sorry". They also helped me get in touch with a great mold testing company for peace of mind.
As the service experience progressed, the office could have been more responsive and the communication could have been better, but that's all typical of these types of companies. You just have to stay on top of the correspondence and make sure the guys are showing up when they should and are doing what the office/managers said they were going to do.
All in all I would recommend Life Savers Restoration ONLY if you have excellent home insurance to foot the bill. I'm sure there are more affordable (and less theatric) ways of getting the job done out there.

First time using Life Savers Restoration: I had water damage and high anxiety. Life savers restoration did a great job of dealing both with patience, understanding, and thoroughness when dealing with me and my mitigation and pack-in and packout.
They really do go above and beyond, and everyone is pleasant to interact with.

Rodolfo was extremely great to work with. Was able to answer all my questions. I don’t know what I would have done without all of his help. I would recommend this company again and again.

My whole house flooded. Lifesavers restoration came in and cleaned up and dried all of the drywall. They packed all of our things with care. They started and returned most of it in the same condition. The few things that were broken, they compensated us for it.

Rudy and his staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were able to help mitigate water damage that had occurred over last summer in a timely manner as well as hold all of our stuff safely until we were able to get everything fixed.
