The men that performed the duct & vent cleaning at my house were very nice, friendly and polite. They did a thorough job and even vacuumed up the lint that escaped the unit. I came home after the fogging time was up and realized that they had been kind enough to move my china cabinet back in place for me (It had been moved as it was over a floor vent). We had them come out and clean the carpets and some of the chairs at your office. Their staff was both professional and efficient. We would highly recommend them for any of your carpet cleaning and upholstery needs.

Called this morning to see about a quote to get a mold remediation. They were super swamped due to short staff but they took my information. They called me back this afternoon and we talked through all of my concerns and he was able to help my situation over the phone but also informed me about some of the things to look for later down the road that could be concerning. This company isn’t just out for money and actually there to help out the community and potential customers. Everyone else I spoke to today was only interested in telling me the cost to come out and didn’t even hear my concerns or even ask me to describe what I had going on. Thankfully this was a simple fix that he could assist me with but if anything becomes more complicated I will definitely be using them! Thank you again for helping me out!

I don't know where to begin to say how pleased I was with the service provided by the team at Absolute Cleaning and Restoration. I was selling my house and had some challenging issues that I won't go into too much detail with but I can say that if it were not for Chris and his team, the deal would have probably fell through with the specific buyers I was under contract with. Had air ducts cleaned 5 day ago. I was hearing strange noise coming from one air vent. I called Absolute at 1130 am today. Had appointment for 3 pm. Problem was solved within 10 minutes. It was nice that I did not have wait a couple days to get an appointment. Thanks for quick appointment and taking care of my problem.

Dalton, Steven and Joe are an awesome team. They responded very quickly. They worked with me and communicated every step with me for what was best for me and my family. They found that a nail had punctured a water line that finally started to leak after the nail corroded. They removed a portion of my garage wall instead of my laundry room so it wouldn’t affect our daily living.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! I called very late on a Friday evening because of water damage
and they were there within minutes! I had a pipe to bust and it flooded from my bathroom into two of my bedrooms while I was at work.The guys Aubrey and Chance were VERY kind and respectful in my home. They came right on in to setup the job and they explained to me what they were doing along the way. They answered ALL my concerns and questions with no hesitation and were VERY empathetic because I was very stressed about my the flooding. It took 3 days to complete the job. They came by daily to check on the flooring and they did it in a timely manner. Their response time was AMAZING! There is no doubt about their quality of service. I STRONGLY recommend them if u ever need any type of service. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY the BEST!
