Called them to get an estimate for a leak, which turned out to be a simple fix. They fixed the issue same day when they came to evaluate issue. Made a point to come out prior to me going on vacation for a couple weeks. Great service!!!

The team is currently on-site, having commenced work early this morning. All existing elements are being removed with precision and style, ensuring a swift and efficient service. Uli is such a nice guy and I really appreciate his service already! He gave me a quote last week for gutters and siding but I passed on him quoting our roof. This week we found a leak and asked him to come check the roof after all. He came within 24 hours, checked the roof, explained things clearly and even helped touch up a few spots the same day to make sure there was no additional damage. Great customer service! Jason was extremely communicative all the way through the process, as well as extremely patient while we went back and forth on the type of roof we wanted. The day of the job they all worked extremely hard and completed within 1 day! They also did a fantastic job at cleanup which was a worry for me since I have three little boys who run around the backyard all the time, I was concerned about a bunch of nails. But they did a fantastic job removing all of them from the yard. I needed a couple of old Satellite dishes removed from my house and roof. Monarchs roofing was her the next day. They removed the satellites, filled the holes on my siding and replaced the shingles for the one on my roof. I just had 5 new windows installed and couldn't have been happier with the process! Sadly it was a bit lengthy as I was going through the city for the Home Improvement Grant (highly recommend using, btw), but Monarchs was patient and helpful every step of the way. Everyone that I talked to in person or on the phone was incredibly kind and courteous. I even messed up and forgot to include window wraps for 2 windows I wasn't replacing and Jeff got me a quote together with no issues and got it added to the job. Had some water on our ceiling so we figured it was a roof leak and time for a new roof. Monarchs Roofing came out within a few days and did a roof inspection. Reported back that we needed some minor fixes and took care of them a couple of days later. Based on my past, painful experience with other roofing companies, I don't place a great deal of trust in them. But Monarchs Roofing Co., is different.

This was our second time using Monarchs Roofing Co. Our house is only 5 years old, and we're relatively new to the Marysville/Plain City area. So when a few tiles blew off the roof a year ago, I did what most homeowners would do and requested quotes from a few roofing companies. I was impressed with how professional Monarchs was from the start of our interaction. While other companies were trying to determine price based on the deductible of our homeowners' policy, Monarchs was extremely professional and provided a price that seemed very fair. We had them complete the repair and it went quickly and without a hitch. Recently, (March '25) we had a few tiles come off again and I didn't hesitate to contact Monarch. Same experience. They returned our call quickly, came out to look at the roof, provided a fair price and completed the work quickly.

I don't provide recommendations or write reviews often, but I will use them again whenever we have roofing problems and would recommend Monarch to friends and family without hesitation.

A small piece of siding was blown off the side of my house a few days ago from a wind storm and I found Monarchs Roofing did siding work and reached out to them on their website. I got an email reply the same day from Kristen and was able to get set up for Jeff to come take a look at the repair the next day. Jeff showed up on time and had the piece replaced in 5 minutes. In one word it would be best described as “Spirit” or if you want a few more heart, character, integrity and goodwill. Their motto “Serving with heart, Crafting with care” suits them perfectly. We just moved into our home a week ago and we had the first rainfall in weeks around here and heavy rainfall at that. In the wee hours of the morning I noticed the fireplace wall was seeping water through the drywall and inside the fireplace. Jeff sent Jason to my rescue within hours to check out the leak. Jason not only checked it out he sealed up the flashing around our chimney, took pictures, gave direction to give to our future contractor that will be doing our addition to do for chimney and all this with a handshake and a smile. We will be reaching out to them soon for an estimate for a whole new roof once our addition is started. Occasionally you work with a company that really stands out above all others. Monarchs is that company. The owner Matt grew up in Dublin and is a phenomenal person. Our home was hit with a hail storm and I called Monarch immediately. Matt communicated with the insurance and gave them all of the necessary information but they still denied the claim. 24 of my neighbors got their roofs replaced from the same storm and after almost a year of work, Matt was able to get the work approved.

His crew did amazing work and we are very pleased with the result. What is even more important is that the character of the ownership of the company shines throughout the entire process. They are excellent communicators and kept us informed the whole time. Matt and his wife are very strong in their faith and not afraid to reflect God's love in the way they operate their business and treat their employees and clients. Monarchs Roofing replaced our roof after a hail storm damaged the shingles. This organization was amazingly professional every single step of the way. At first, the insurance company denied our claim even though 30 other roofs were replaced in my neighborhood (most of which done by Monarchs). They stayed persistent and we finally got the approval. I could not believe how quickly the Monarchs team got the work done. I left the house for a few hours and when I got back, our old roof was already torn off. They used tarps to protect our walkways and flowers and were very careful about cleanup. The end result looks great but what really impressed me was how Matt and Rhiannon communicated with us throughout the entire process. You can tell how much they care about customer service, and that is truly rare in contractors these days. Thank you Monarchs!

I can't say enough good things about Matt Burkhardt and Monarchs Roofing Co. Matt came out to inspect my roof as I was preparing to sell my house. I knew nothing about my roof condition other than what I could see from the ground. He didn't upsell anything, climbed all over the roof and in the attic, gave his assessment and opinion - helping me out during a super stressful time of trying to put my house on the market. Matt was kind, polite and easy to talk to. He shared the mission of his business, which I found remarkable. What an incredible guy. I had to call him again when the buyers asked for a small request to remedy, he came out again (keeping in contact with me when he had to delay to a medical issue) and made the small repair. He's deeply involved in the community and an asset to Marysville. If this is how he handles a small job, I can see how his team cares for a larger roof replacement and has such great reviews on Google.

On Monday May 6th, Jeff from Monarch's Roofing came out to look at our roof. We had noticed that it appeared water was getting into the walls from valley areas of the roof. We were not certain this was the case so Monarch's was contacted as they have been our "go to" roofing experts. Jeff was here all of 15 minutes and identified the problem. We discussed the concern which was improper work being done on the valleys (not by Monarch's) and the repair that would be needed. Jeff said he had time between appointments and could do the repair immediately. We were so happy that this could be handled right away rather than having to schedule another appointment. Jeff had the work completed quickly and was finished with the entire job within 45 minutes. Once again, quick response time and a thorough job done in a very timely manner. This is why Monarch's Roofing is always our first call when it comes to handling our roofing needs.

We saw signs of a leak near our skylight so we called Monarchs. Today I had my second extremely positive experience with Jeff and Monarch Roofing. I had previously received a reasonable quote for some work on my roof. Last week I was provided three choices of days to have it done with my choice of morning or afternoon. Jeff showed up on time, completed the work quickly and professionally and debriefed me on what he had done. A very solid job!

Excellent customer service. I had some siding that was coming off the back of the house. Jeff was able to come out within a couple of days and promptly fixed my issue. He looked for other underlying issues to ensure the root cause was corrected. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra nor did he attempt to say there were more things wrong. He was very polite and professional. Thanks for the great service!

Jeff came by my house for a job and was as nice and respectful as they come. He did his best to work with me and made sure I was comfortable with the job. He stated that he lives to service the community in and around Marysville and I felt that. I highly suggest you work with monarch if you need any roofing, siding or work done on the house. I will definitely be working with them in the future if need be.

Installed new roof on our barn with a great value and professional install. Later, Jeff Lowe came and inspected our home. He could have easily tried to sell us a service, but looked things over and said all was good. Will use them any time I need service. It doesn't get any better than MRC!

We also had our siding replaced, Housewrap insulated, new gutters and gutter guards, downspouts, fascia, new front door and even had our shed sided.
