Sam was very quick to schedule an inspection. He did a thorough inspection of the entire townhouse. We received a report the same days as the inspection. His report was very explicit and suggestions were extremely helpful. Pictures were great in locating items that were of concern. Would recommend him to anyone requiring a property inspection.

Our home inspection was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. It was easy to book online and Sam communicated with us from the moment we booked. He was extremely thorough on his inspection. Upon our arrival to review the inspection, he walked with us room by room and went over all concerns and items that would be marked in his report. I was very pleased with how detailed he was with us. He answered any questions that we had and concerns that we had. His report was also to us in just a few hours following the inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new home.

I have moved 7 times over the years so I have dealt with multiple home inspectors in the past. None were as good as Sam. He was both professional and thorough and his report was outstanding. It was detailed yet clearly and concisely written.

I would have chosen good value but it's the first that I've experienced personally, so I have zero comparison for price over product. The gentleman was knowledgeable, took many quality pictures and explained the findings. Helped above what I expected as well as offered to work with me on access to the garage, which we figured out quickly and didn't need to, but he offered and that's meaningful. The price was higher than I had imagined but the detail and insight it gave me was more than worth it in my mind. Timely as well, arriving within 2 mins of the appointment time. I feel good after the service on what I received.
