We hired Elite Roofing to replace our roof after talking to Michael Cain who did an outstanding with getting us a quote immediately and the communication with him was so easy. He really cares about his customers. The roofing crew worked was a group of individuals who worked very hard the entire time they were here. They did a great job of cleaning up as well. We would 100% recommend Elite Roofing, and also Michael Cain to start the process for you. Thanks to all for the job well done.

Can’t say enough about this company. Referred to them by Anthony Hodgkinson who works there. He set up a meeting with a representative. The meeting was on time and efficient. Walked me through different options and material. Got my estimate back within hours. Had three other estimates and Elite came out in top. Job was scheduled and work done in just over three days ( would have been 2 but weather did not cooperate). They kept me updated with photos and text and calls while everything was happening. Met them at the house when job done to find everything cleaned up like before work started and roof looking amazing. Highly recommend Elite if you need a new roof.

Part 1 of my review: The Sales Process:
I met with Doug Mills II to get an estimate on my new roof. Doug was very respectful and knowledgeable about the products and the current condition of my roof. He provided a plethora of reading material that was easy to read through to get myself familiarized with the product that they would be installing, while he was making his assessment of the roof, thereby making our follow-up conversation more efficient.
I highly recommend working with Doug and I'm excited to leave Part II of my review after the install of the new roof.

Part 2: The Installation:
The installation of the new roof was like something I've never witnessed before. I was so happy and impressed with the work performed.
A small village (crew) showed up at my house. Put tarps on the grass around the home. The crew took off the old roof in roughly 45 min to an hour.
The new roof was installed in the next 3 hours. The crew was very respectful and quick. They removed all the debris and nails from the ground (that didn't fall directly on the tarps). And throughout the process, the crew manager checked in with me on the progress, which was great!
Highly recommended!!

We had a roof in bad need of replacing and on a very tight budget. Doing business with Elite Roofing proved to be a very smart move. They were very competitive with their bid, yet did not skimp on quality. Michael Cain was a tremendous help throughout the process and was able to help us navigate the waters with a lender and get very good terms (0 % APR for 12 months) to cover a portion of the cost. The day of the installation the crew worked very efficiently without "rushing it" and cutting corners. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend getting in contact with Mr. Cain for your roofing needs.

Great group, came out and replaced my old leaking 3 layer roofing and helped me out with tacking up some grating to keep critters out of the chimney. In and out all in a single day very impressive and it looks great.

Just wanted to give a shout out and very positive review to Elite Roofing. Brad, Pedro, and their crew installed a roof at a secondary home we have in Gilbert, WV. Mike inspected our roof, gave us a very good estimate for replacement and kept in close contact with updates and was easily accessible. Brad, Pedro, et al, arrived on time on a crummy, short light day this past December, removed our old roof, made repairs to the poor underlying roof structure, and finally installed a new roof for us with unexpected upgrades. They did a meticulous cleanup. Everyone involved were very nice, polite, and very professional. I was amazed by how efficiently their work was choreographed. It is great to see real pros at work. The roof is fantastic. Everything was done within the quoted price, the gentleman who delivered the shingles was very nice, and their parking was perfect(LOL, noting previous review).Thanks to everyone involved!

Well I called the owner J.R. Morris yesterday to report a roof leak and he went out of his way to stop by and look at it on his way home and this morning he had 2 guys on it!! You can't be at that kind of service anywhere!! The guys he sent up were very curtious and they went right to work!! They replaced some sheeting and shingles and did a professional job!! They're definitely the company that's going to put our new roof on!!

Josh Morris came by to look at our roof today. Both neighbors in the townhomes next to us have recently had their roofs replaced so we thought we should have ours checked and get some estimates. Josh went up and checked everything out and said we didn’t need a new roof. He said everything looked good and to have it rechecked in 3-5 years or if we get any leaks. Josh could have easily sold us a new roofing system but instead his honesty and integrity was above reproach! When it is time for a new roof, Elite will definitely get our business. Team came early and worked all day on my home. Came back next morning to finish up and yard was left as if they never came. Beautiful shingles and Supervisor Eli, did a great job inspecting and taking photos of progress. Jared was a good salesman.

Elite Roofing is well worth the money. These guys were on point with everything they did. The customer service (Manny) was A1. He was honest and upfront with everything that needed to be done. If I had to have another house done. I would go with Elite Roofing.

After watching the excellent workmanship of Elite Roofing’s employees as they installed a new roof on my neighbor’s house and garage, I asked the sales representative who was inspecting the completed job, if I could speak to him sometime about an estimate on our home. He immediately offered to meet with my husband and me as soon as he completed some paperwork with the neighbors. It was late afternoon on a Friday evening. We were impressed that he was willing to not only meet with us at the end of a busy week, but to take the time to get all the measurements and use a video drone to inspect the roof and determine if there were additional issues. He said he was going to a conference on Monday and Tuesday of next week and would get us an estimate ASAP. He left an impressive folder with references, warranty information, etc., as well as a portfolio of Corning shingle colors.
I was shocked when I received a text that same night that he had emailed the completed estimate! We were so impressed by Mr.Cain’s competence and customer service skills— something we have not seen much of lately! There was absolutely no high pressure sales approach. He answered our questions, was personable, and did what he promised to do. This company is lucky to have such tireless workers and this competent sales representative, Michael Cain.

My roof was damaged in the severe storms and high winds in January that happened while I was attending my aunt's funeral in Kentucky. It immediately snowed and I noticed a leak when the snow started to melt. I asked for recommendations and Elite Roofing was highly recommended by co-workers and strangers who replied to my question online. Devin came out to inspect the roof and flew a drone over it, which was so cool! Seeing the drone video of the damage was amazing. Devin was very professional and explained everything clearly. I had filed with my insurance company, but Devin also mentioned the homeowners improvement grant. My insurance company dragged their feet getting anything done, of course, then they said that the wind damage would not have occured if not for the age of the roof and they refused to pay to fix it. Meanwhile, sadly, my house was in the tornado that hit on April 2. It flipped my shed, tore the roof off of it, and tore siding off of my house. I had appealed with the West Virginia Insurance Commissioner about the determination of the insurance company, but they lied in their appeal response (they said I did not submit photos of the damage - I have the emails they replied to that included photos but also their own insurance adjuster took photos so why would they use mine to make their determination)! Thankfully Devin had been advocating for me with the West Virginia Homeowners Assistance grant and was able to get it approved. I would not have been able to get a new roof if not for that. Through the entire process of sending forms multiple times, Devin was diligent and stayed on top of everything. The new roof looks amazing and it was finished under the estimated time. Everyone has complimented it, family members, friends, coworkers have remarked what a terrific job Elite Roofing did and how phenomenal it looks. I am so happy!

The roofing inspection was very professional and I was ensured I'd get a quote the same day or the next day at the latest but it has now been almost 3 weeks with no contact. I have tried calling the salesperson for an update to no avail and leaving voicemails. I even talked to what I believe is a secretary and she said she will handle it and no update on that even. All I want is a quote for my roof work or an update just something. It's disheartening to have to write this but it's worrisome and stressful not knowing if I can get my roof worked on or not. Not a good way to do business leaving someone in the dark with no answers. For now I'm fairly dissatisfied until I hear something back I hope.

But Elite not only did a completely new roof in less than a day, they did it with professionalism organization, communication and cleanliness. Elite Roofing shingled my house and detached garage last month. The whole process was professional and very easy for the homeowner. Sales rep was prompt and responsive. The crew was able to finish the project in one day. The on-site project manager was great to work with. Turns out I needed a significant amount of sheeting replacement, as there was a lot of rot and damage. The additional cost was very fair, considering the added amount of work. I had one minor issue, which they promptly came back and resolved. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the end result, and the quality of the work and material. Would recommend to family and friends.

Awesome crew to remove and replace our 24 year old flat roof, which to me is more difficult than a shingled roof. The materials were delivered to the site the day before, so upon their arrival these skilled men immediately went to work with the precision of a well trained military unit. Each had a task all the time. No standing around. They were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up as they progressed thru each aspect of the process. The team leader (my title for him) kept me informed throughout the day, often conferring with me on the decisions that had to be made during the project. I was welcomed on the roof throughout the process. I attached a few photos showing their work, the debris and the outstanding end product. I gave this company 5 stars rating because they earned it. Obviously, I recommend them.

Devin Albert came out and gave me a quote for a roof and gutters. Got it scheduled crew was out early in the morning did a wonderful job cleaned up the area and moved all items back in place when they were finished. Gutter guy came next day and was done in 2 hours and my neighbor liked them so much he got new gutters as well. A+ all the way great communication along the way. If I ever have to get a roof or gutters again. They will be the first call I make

I added some extra details as precautions which are over and above code for my area and Elite's crew took care of them professionally. They easily handled 34 square in a day with no real issues. Time will tell (just installed) but overall it looks like a job well done. (Disregard the reddish chalk in the one picture, it will wash off with the 1st rain)

All the questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. The Sales Rep, Devin was very easy to talk with and obviously knows the products (and work) he is representing.

When they arrived this morning they had everything set up and were hard at work in short order.
Jimmy, Brad, and their whole crew kept a steady pace and alternated for lunch to keep work going the entire day. When the roof was finished, they cleaned up everything, anything they had moved was put back on place.

We are pleased with the entire process from the first phone call to the estimate and quote to the communications with the foremen and the roofing crew. They all went right to work. There was no stopping them. I held off a few days on this review but after this morning’s monsoon it proved how well the roof was installed and just less than a week ago in the nick of time.
