Absolutely horrible experience with this company, Owner/Operator was extremely rude, unorganized, and began cussing at me profoundly when I explained the work he had done for me wasn't completed to the detail of my request. I believe the man i spoke with was Jeff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Take your business elsewhere.

R2 stained our 24 year old NH log cabin. Sun, winter and the elements had taken its toll. R2's crew pleasant, professional, clean and excellent workmen. Place looks great again.

They power washed the entire exterior of my home and deck and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

After almost a year planning my new bathroom is finished! I have a condo that use to be an old farmhouse built in 1800’s. My bathroom had to be gutted. Jeff & company has done a wonderful job! We hired R2 Property Management to replace the rotting trim work on our house with PVC trim. The quality of work and the workers attention to detail were beyond our expectations.

I am thrilled with the work the R2 crew did for me. I had several projects: replacement of rotted siding, replacement of rotted sills, a new mailbox stand, and a couple other small things. Very happy with the before-and-after transformation of the laundromat that we bought and re-launched. Jeff's team was able to step in quickly and perform a full transformation of the business space. Demolition, revitalization of the walls, new ceiling, new rear entry door (replacing an old garage door), new bathroom, responding and adapting to requests along the way, and working well with other sub-contractors. R2 treated our property as though it was their own. When the boiler malfunctioned they visited daily (OVER THE WEEKEND!) with "torpedo" heaters to assure that pipes would not freeze. This was especially important given the fire suppression system in our home.
They arranged an initial "repair" visit, then advised us that that first contractor was likely NOT qualified for the installation we desired. R2 subsequently arranged for the boiler installation with a QUALIFIED contractor. Heat was restored within 3 days.
Worth the $$$!

We took the service of R2 property management recently for our home in Gilford. Their job is very professional and they completed the work ( electrical, handyman and house cleaning ) in a reasonable time. Richard & Mathew's work were very tidy and the place looks very clean after they are done. I value communication and honesty to be a top priority while hiring someone and Jeff & Autumn are pretty good at that. Would recommend them for any similar services.

We have never owned property on the Lake until now. We have rented for years but decided we wanted to buy recently. We really had no idea what to expect as we live on the West Coast and were hit with a ton of unexpected issues once we bought. I have only good things to say about R2 Property Management! We used them for a thorough house cleaning before my father listed his house for sale. The cleaners did an awesome job! Our realtors were so impressed with the cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jeff and his team are top-notch! They are extremely responsive to any of my requests. From lawn maintenance to repairs/construction, they handle everything. I have used them for plumbing and electrical as well and extremely satisfied with finished product. I highly recommend R2 Property Management and look forward to using them again!

Jeff was very responsive on the first visit and I was excited to have found the company. Since
then, we have not seen them nor have they done as they first promised to do. We have been left high and dry the rest of this summer. Then I get a final email saying he sent my last email to another company without consulting me. So begins the review of the first and only visit the company made early this summer.

Jeff is very responsive to requests and the company does outstanding work. Outside maintenance was my primary focus. They cleared a spare lot of fallen, and dead trees, trimmed around the wooded areas gardens and removed a partial tree and roots to make way for a new dog wood that is good for zone 4.
When walking the wooded property, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the health of the trees and shared his extensive this with us.
