Apple Roofing was excellent to work with. Donovan especially was super responsive and attentive to our project. Very satisfied customer here!

Poor quality work. Roof leaked and they blamed it on the AC stack. I had to call an HVAC company and pay them to fix it and they even agreed that it was Apple's poor workmanship that caused the issue (not the stack). It took several messages and threatening not to pay to get them to fix the gutters that were leaking. After all that, they didn't even fix everything they agreed to and struggled to give me a bill against the inspection report showing what they did and didn't repair. STAY AWAY.

I worked with Brendan to start the process of replacing my roof. The work was timely and very well organized. The crew came to my house and within one day the new roof was on the house. No evidence that anyone was there. It was great. Next we work on the gutters. I can’t wait! The process is seamless and just beautiful! Thank you all for your hard and thorough work. It is noticeable that you care about the outcome of your projects.

Apple roofing is a terrible company to work with they still havent given me a copy of my supposed contract they put the roof on in December roof did not seal until 5 months later when I got warm snow melt leached under the shingles. They told me it would cost x amount of $ and charged me 5000$ more than agreed charged over 500$ a square would not return my calls sent it to claims because they didn’t want to give us a break down of the cost. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Took them 8 months to come out and put my roof on didn’t tell when they were coming they just showed up and I get a call that we owe them a check because the roofs done. I still don’t have a receipt. Grade F for customer service they don’t answer the phone or return call after leaving messages find another company.

Mr. Lopez is an outstanding representative for his company Apple Roofing. Has been extremely helpful in helping me since I am somewhat handicap. I am very satisfied with the job and Mr. Lopez.

Wonderful company that fights for the homeowner to get the best possible scenario for your outcome. I worked with Brendan and he was so helpful and efficient in working directly with insurance company, making sure they had our backs for replacing and fixing the damages to my mom’s house, after a terrible hail storm with tornado.

Yemil Lopez was very fast, polite, communicative, and effective at his work. He provided me with suggestions and tips that were useful and non-invasive to what I personally wanted. 5 stars is not enough.

My roofing consultant, Noah, was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process! Any question I had, he was there to answer or find an answer for it. Once the shingles were delivered, the crew was on site and quickly removed the old one and put on the new! Definitely impressed with their quick work and diligence in cleaning everything up afterwards. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Highly recommend Apple Roofing for standing behind their work and responding back to make sure everything was done. Apple Roofing did a terrible job on our roof. It took over a year to resolve their poor craftsmanship. And on quality standard, I still wouldn't call it resolved. But we had to settle on that's the best they could do... We have asked for and still haven't received an itemized receipt of product and services as well as the discount they promised for their shoddy work. The positive reviews for Apple Roofing on here look fake. There are better local companies out there keep looking.

Chris was great! Helped me understand all of the insurance mumbo jumbo and saved me from out of pocket expenses!! My new roof is coming soon! Would definitely recommend Chris Starks at Apple!!

Toby Hamilton came by and inspected my roof today after last week’s storms which brought some hail. He informed me that no damage was found but showed me pictures of some wear that he found and said I might consider a new roof in 2-3 years. Very informative and helpful.

As a homeowner in the process of selling my home, I was introduced to Brendan at Apple Roofing ,through the buyer of my home. I knew the roof had some extreme damage, and needed to be replaced. But my insurance company was only trying to replace the damaged shingles. As a knowledgeable roofer, Brendan was able to provide evidence to the insurance company that indeed the entire roof needed to be replaced. Not only is Brendan, professional and knowledgeable regarding the roofing business, he is also wise with knowledge regarding the insurance claims. With Brendan’s help , my insurance company went from replacing shingles, to getting an entire new roof. A selling plus with Apple roofing is that the warranty is transferable to the new owner.
