I received prompt and professional communication throughout the process, and was given useful advice on how to save some money. The crew seemed happy to be at work, which makes me happy to see. Our new construction home on the Columbia river really needed the best protection from 80-100 inches of rain a year and a cool modern look. So that meant siding the house with metal as well as the roof. We were referred to Apple roofing by a previous customer. Definitely a good decision to go with them. The owner Chris was super responsive, especially working with us on all the custom details in this design. The house is on a slope and two stores, but the team got it all done very fast. They also sealed our to-be-concrete deck with ice and water shield. We are building an outbuilding now and of course Apple is helping again.

Christopher made sure I quickly got an inspection of my leaking garage roof within a day. Not only an inspection but I received immediate roof patching at the leak areas and other areas that looked like they may start leaking too. When our rainy season tapers off I can prepare for the replacement of my garage roof. Thanks Apple Roofing!

Chris did a good job for me patching my roof. He showed me what needed to be done and did it. Hopefully we will be dry in the next rain.

Chris was quick to come over and inspect our roof and find the possible problem. The next day he came back to make repairs, he was able to verify where the leak was and make the repairs. Apple Roofing installed a new roof for me in 2021. In February 2024, I was finally getting new gutters. But when the old ones were removed, it was clear that fascia boards were rotting and needed immediate replacement. I was in a serious bind since contractors were not available for weeks. I was very pleased with Christopher and Apple Roofing. They worked me into their busy schedule just when I needed new roofs on my Astoria house and guest cottage in order to sell them. The house was a 120+ year old Victorian with very steep slopes, the cottage100 years old with different compositions. Each had challenges but Apple put new roofs on as well as taking care of an inside wall needing replacement. Their work was excellent and done in a very short amount of time.

Chris and his team are by far the best construction company we have ever hired for our need. Chris show the upmost respect and professionalism of any contractor we've used in the past. Their level of quality and integrity is top notch. I had other companies tell me that my roof needed completely replaced to try and make more money from us, we had Chris come and take a look and that wasn't the case. We just had a few areas that need so replacing and when Chris and his team were done you can't even tell where the repairs were done! Apple Roofing did my roof, my shake cedar siding installation and sealing of the siding. We also hired them to do an addition to our home with a sunroom and installation of a hot tub. Chris from Apple Roofing came out, bid the job and got on it as soon as the rain stopped. Work was done in under a week, including three skylights and he was very transparent about where the costs where and why he wanted to use the product that he used. We had had a very long runaround with another local company (couldn't get on the schedule for nine months despite having the bid done three months prior to that) so having this professional, responsive company handle an expensive home improvement fairly quickly was a huge relief.

We just finished building a house and Apple Roofing did a lot of the work on this house, specifically the roof and siding. We were very happy to have them on the job once again as they did such a wonderful job for us on a major remodel we did several years ago on our previous house.
