Nathan came out quickly to inspect our roof after we noticed an interior leak on our ceiling during a blizzard with high winds. He was excellent to communicate with and was able to give us multiple options to manage the issue and didn’t use any unethical sales tactics. Impossible to get a hold of. Apple Roofing agreed to do some siding work for me. I got the materials delivered a month ago and nobody has contacted me regarding when work will be performed. I have called and emailed them several times but I still haven’t heard back from them. Awful experience

Apple Roofing is #1 on my top ten list. Reroofing my house seemed like a daunting reality but it was done in one day once all the preliminary inspections and checklists were done. And they cleaned up their mess entirely. I think I only found 5 nails. The most dreadful part was signing the check which ended up being less than I had expected.

David from Apple Roofing took care of us. Knew his business. Replaced our roof completely and gutters Roofers were out here for one day. DONE! Gutter folks out here one afternoon DONE. Work was done correctly and on time I highly recommend them and David.

We live in Bennington and had significant hail last week. We reached out to David Nelan with Apple roofing and he was there immediately after. He was thorough, responsive, and educated us on the process. We asked him to look over our rental houses as well as my parents and our neighbors. He took care of each property promptly. I had Daniel come out and check my roof for hail. He got us approved for a full replacement. Top notch quality and timeliness and he even came back out to fix a clogged downspout! 10/10 would recommend.

Ryan Mann showed up 5 min before scheduled appointment at my mother Barb’s house. The house had some recurring water damage on ceiling in front room, cause unknown. Ryan climbed steep pitch and identified 2 areas that were troublesome due to shoddy work of another contractor. He caulked both areas, have a complete description of likely causes and didn’t charge me for the fix. He is a true professional and I will be calling Apple Roofing for any future work.

Justin, was extremely responsive after I made a call and I wasn't even the one who purchased the roof from them. He not only got on the roof but ran to Menards and brought me a solution to a problem even after I told him there was no need right now. Quality guy!

Tom B I believe his name was came to our house to fix our roof that we got installed less than a year ago and he was claiming it was our fault for a leak through the roof and when we told him we haven’t even touched our roof he started cussing me and my grandpa out…

They never finished the work and to top it off never sent me a bill. Then 2 years later I get sent to collections to pay for a job not finished. I've called emailed texted with no response. So now my credit gets messed with when they didn't do their job and never sent an invoice.

Sales rep was a pleasure to work with. And he went above what he needed to do The installation crews were polite, clean and thorough. When a defect was found in the shingles they were installing - they called the rep and replacement shingles were sent out, even though this probably put them behind schedule.

A couple of years ago, Tom B. and your company put on a whole new roof on our house. Everything went great back then and we have had no problems and several compliments on the roof and the workmanship.

I called Tom recently about a question I had on our venting, Tom B. came out looked at the situation and we came up with a great solution!

I can't say enough for Tom's professionalism and knowledge. Thanks to both Tom and Apple Roofing.

I'm writing this review to share the great service I received from Marcus K. at Apple Roofing. I called Apple Roofing this morning to request an estimate on a water leak. Marcus arrived at my house within a couple hours, determined that a minor shingle/caulking repair to one box vent will solve the issue. He completed that repair and did not charge me. I recommend Apple Roofing for your roof repair needs. Thank you!

I can’t express this enough, don’t hire these people. They bank on the fact that most people don’t know about roofs, then hire storm chasers to do subpar work. I have been fighting with them for 2 years to fix the roof that was so badly installed, a 3rd party home inspector said the roof needed to replaced by a qualified professional.
This is a large company and they don’t care about their customers anymore. Two project managers I have worked with over the last two years have been let go from the company. Please, do not use Apple Roofing. Save yourself the headache and arguing.

I owe this Review to the community. Because even if it is only one person who avoids going through this situation, it will be worth it.
I don't recommend Apple Roofing after the situation I'm going through with them. I signed a contract for the installation of a new roof in my house and the price would be what our insurance said was our RCV around $21K, plus some supplements in case they needed to replace more than 3 damaged playwood. The crew didn't show up the day they were supposed to start, so they started the following day. This crew didn't bring a trailer with them to dump all the waste until the 3rd day, our driveway was blocked for the whole 3 days and left with stains.
In the process, most of the gutters were damaged while trying to remove the drip edge (Clear hammer blows to try to remove the drip edge). After removing the old shingles, they quickly tried to place the felt or synthetic underlayment without replacing any rooted or damaged plywood, they ended up replacing 7 plywood sheets, but just after I noticed and complained. Even the re-nailing was something they didn't have plans to do, going against Florida statutes.
After the felt installation, they installed the drip edge making unnecessary cuts, this didn't seem professional at all and I truly think compromise the drip edge functionality, later found out this crew had never done this type of labor. They finished the job and I asked Mr Shayne Alberson, to please stop by and review the work before the first inspection and he replied "he was completely sure that it would pass the inspection". Dry in inspection was done and it failed.
When I ask about when they are going to replace the drip edge since is not properly installed and the gutters they damaged, I only received an email stating they submitted a claim to my insurance and they'll just continue after they receive the payment. We agreed to approximately $21K, new numbers sent to Insurance will be over $30k because they don't want to assume what they damaged and wants to blame Hurricane Ian.

Apple roofing replaced our roof after damage from a storm. Daniel was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The end product looks great!

Update as of end of December 2022: we were sent an additional bill of money owed to Apple roofing after the project had been completed and supposedly adjustments had to be completed with insurance. It was frustrating but I understand that final costs can change last minute although it was supposed to have been handled already. Then in December we received a fairly large check from Apple roofing made out to us. We checked in with the company instead of cashing the check in my name and they stated that it was their error. To correct the error we were asked to mail their check back to them which was again frustrating that we had to take additional steps due to their error. The roof is still great but this has become a not ideal experience.

I work for an insurance company in Elkhorn, NE and we always refer business to Apple Roofing. Justin and Adam and their team always take good care of our clients. Have never heard a bad review from anyone.

Setting up the appointment was easy and we got a quick to response. They came around to inspect the roof with 24hrs of my call and identified the problem and even recommended a easy and affordable fix I could do on my own. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend to others.

I will NEVER recommend Apple Roofing to anyone again. They replaced our entire roof about three years ago and did a great, even an exceptional job!

However, we then had them install roofing materials over and gutters around a new roof addition over a new deck in late 2022 and early 2023. This work needed some attention as ice cycles were forming in one small overhang on the new roof.

After refusing to pay the last half of their invoice for now 10 months, and having met with them multiple times, and having had numerous phone calls ... they still have not fixed the problem with a small piece of metal flashing. Many promises to fabricate and install ... not one follow through to complete the job.

Do NOT use Apple Roofing ... their corporate headquarters is more confused than the Omaha office as I couldn't even get to anyone who could help.

I had what appeared to my layman's eyes as minor roof damage. It wasn't until I had Jeremy Kildare #rooferforthestars come out to check my damage that I realized how bad it actually was.
Jeremy was up on my roof faster than Santa and "showed" me what & where the damage was. He then sealed in my roof to prevent any further damage.
I am very grateful for the guidance & professionalism he displayed. Every question I had was answered & I've never felt more at ease.
Jeremy dealt with my insurance company & even helped me understand what everything meant.

The response and communication we had with Justin Martindale was prompt and professional every time we were updated. We had several bids but Justin explained what the process would be and he worked with my insurance company to get us everything we needed.

We had Project Manager Adam Cook come out the next day to do an inspection on a wind/rain leak we noticed coming down from the roof into our drywall. He came out within hours to inspect the issue, and actually caulked the pipe boot causing the leak during the free inspection. I was blown away by the service and initiative. I called Apple Roofing for a second opinion and estimate for a roof replacement that I was told I needed from another roofing company. After looking at my roof Chris Duffek told me my shingles are in great shape so a replacement isn’t necessary. I so appreciate the honesty when he could have told me otherwise just to get the sale. I asked him for an estimate for new gutters and he did that on the spot and I signed a contract for that work which Chris coordinated to be done before some other work I was having done. Chris is very knowledgeable and personable and I would definitely call him for any future work I may need.
