Everything about the process to have my roof replaced was super easy with Fulton. Truly an honest, helpful, faith-filled man I could trust. I have happily recommended him to several friends.

This was my first time using Horizon Roofing. Thanks to Fulton, the Horizon rep who stayed in contact with me, my roof/siding replacement/repair were completed beautifully. This was was not easily done as I was out of town for awhile, but Fulton was great in communicating everything with me and following up upon my return to be sure I was pleased with the job. I had to trust/believe in him and he did not disappoint. Thanks so much to him and crew. I look forward to calling on Horizon again, should the need arise.

I had some siding blow off my chimney during a storm. My insurance office recommended that I contact Horizon. Fulton came to my home and inspected the damage and also got on my roof and found some vent covers that needed repaired. They did a great job, and I highly recommend them for siding and roofing jobs!

Easy to work with and come up with solutions for difficult situations due to the storm. I had some non-roof work that Fulton was able to get done which I really appreciated. New roof looks great and was per the agreed budget.

Horizon Roofing helped me out in a jam. I had 8 shingles and a fascia board fly off my house during a recent wind/rain storm and there were large amounts of rain in the forecast. Brian Donohue & his team from Horizon Roofing did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof, gutters & downspouts. They came back as many times as needed to finish the job & do any touch ups & Brian was hands on throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

Had a small piece of fascia blown off in a windy storm. Horizon came out promptly, fixed the piece since it was a pattern that was unavailable and put it back up. They bid it fairly, did it quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Was recommended by our State Farm agent following a hail storm in early April. Brian inspected the roof and confirmed the roof was a loss. Later he accompanied the State Farm adjuster during his inspection. I'm particular on construction contracts and he agreed to my modifications. He only asked for initial payment after the job was done (Horizon is obviously quite solvent--a definite worry for me with some contractors.) Sought final payment only after I was fully compensated by insurance. Additionally, I was fully satisfied with quality of work, timeliness, and communications. Based on my very overall positive experience, I'm happy to give a five-star rating (I'm a tough grader.)

Horizon Roofing has been great with all of the customers I’ve sent their way! They are honest about the condition of your roof. They are also really good at helping people figure out if they have hail damage or not. It’s hard to find an honest roofer these days but these guys do it right!

We had hail damage to our roof in April of 2023. After getting the claim process going with my homeowners insurance it was time to start looking for a company to do the work. I had three different companies come take a look and none were very responsive or attentive to my questions. After getting frustrated with the entire process I finally came across Horizon Roofing & Exteriors. I called and Kyle Huelsing was out the next day to do an inspection. Kyle answered my questions and helped me with my insurance so they covered the entire roof instead of just half. After wasting a year trying to working with other companies Horizon was able to get everything done in three weeks, from first contact, to final payment.

If another hail storm rolls through in the future they will be my first contact.

He helped walk us through the process, answered all of our questions, and was invaluable when providing pictures for the insurance company - we would not have gotten as much covered were it not for the time Kyle took to take very detailed photographs. My neighbor and I ended up with some storm damage so I asked my neighbor who he worked with for roof and gutter repair. He referred me to Brian at Horizon, and after getting a couple bids, I went with Brian and Horizon based on a combination of good pricing, easy communication, and because my neighbor had good things to say. The installation of our new roof and gutters went according to plan. When the job was completed I met with Brian to go over everything and I requested one modification to the gutter work, and even though Brian was not obligated to do it since it was a cosmetic preference on my part, he got out his ladder on the spot, made the change for me, and we closed out the work. Highly recommend working with Brian and Horizon!

I cannot speak to their business services. A truck of theirs was distracted driving on I-44 Eastbound yesterday, 9/28, around 10:30am near Webster Groves. Pretty obvious when you come up on them as they were encroaching on the lane to their right twice in quick succession. Upon passing them, I observed a phone in their hands while on the wheel. They looked to be trying to type on the phone whether that be texting or otherwise. Wish I had remembered any other identifying features of the truck. I hope this helps bring this to the attention to the company as a whole and that investigation as to who it was is short.

The roof Horizion installed was done in one day and looks great. When completed the cleanup was very good and even made my wife happy. A big thumbs up for Horizion Roofing!

One thing I can tell about Brian is that he is very up front and honest with expectations. He is not just talking nonsense to get a sale. Which in my opinion is not common in this industry.

Has done roofing on 2 homes and siding for me and is always quick to respond and quick to get the job done. When it comes to insurance claims he will go over the whole claim with you too make sure you understand it and know where your money is going.

These guys are awesome. They have some serious work ethic! They communicated well and we always knew what was going on, when, what to expect, etc.

We were concerned about a possible leak from our roof. I called and spoke with Brian and he came that day between appointments. He was very thorough and professional. He got on the roof and after an inspection, he advised us that our roof was still in great shape and did not try to sell us something we did not need. Brian made us feel very comfortable and set our minds at ease!

I thought I had a roof leak but that wasn't the case, it ended up being a leak above one of the bedroom windows. I called Brian on a Sunday, he came by after church and looked at the damage to the soffit and shingles from the wind damage, took a shingle to match, said a crew would do the repair by end of the week, and 2 days later a crew fixed everything.
