Shane came out to inspect the roof advise on proper ventilation on a house I recently purchased. I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. Roof was good and advice was to watch for problems with venting since we don't know enough about the house yet- he explained what to watch for. It's nice he didn't try to sell vents that may not be needed. He even sealed a couple of nail heads while he was up there. I will definitely give him a call when I need work done!

I had the help of shane to walk through the whole process of dealing with insurance. Shane and his crew started bright and early and flew through getting my house and garage done. Shane was very knowledgeable on the types of products they offered but also on the products used in the past on my house and the pros and cons of each. The crew worked great and did and awsome job cleaning up when they were done. These guys!!! Apple Roofing was out in Grand Island, inspecting my neighbors home. Since I’d noticed a spot of water damage on my own ceiling, I asked if they could come take a look. They not only made time to do a thorough free roof analysis, they remedied the issue for FREE since the repair wound up being an easy fix. As if that wasn’t already enough they took the time to offer education regarding the roof and time tested suggestions to easily remove the water damage from the interior ceiling AND took before and after pictures of the roof repair and sent them to my email address for my personal home records. I’m definitely keeping their card on file, and absolutely will not hesitate to call them if anything roofing related comes up. I’m super selective about who I’m willing to do business with and in my opinion just like manners, good business is an often lost skill these days. These guys are a prime example of great, friendly, professional, quality, business! I wrote this review after doing even further research on the company. Top notch!

I can't recommend Apple Roofing enough! I worked with Josh Brown on getting my roof redone and am very happy with the results. They were able to redesign several areas of my roof, making it more functional overall. They also were able to add in ventilation to my bathroom upstairs as well, which wasn't there previously, and added in several other upgrades as well. Josh worked very well with my insurance company on making sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond when it came to communication and was very professional. The gutter guy they used also did a great job as well! I'm extremely happy with my results, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a new roof. They did a fantastic job!

I needed to make some minor soffit repairs on my home but had just experienced a serious back injury. Getting up on a ladder was totally not an option. Attempted to acquire estimate for insurance purposes in relation to storm damage to my home. The particular person that corresponded with me was to do an estimate and get back with me afterward once he'd stopped by.

After several days, I inquired to learn that he'd in fact been to my residence without notifying me as stated. I communicated my preferences for shingles and was told it wasn't an option.

Some time later I contacted the business again and was told otherwise, that anything I wanted could be used. It seemed that the person that I was corresponding with was lacking experience.

Ended up arriving at an agreement with another option and didn't pursue anything further with them. The representative that I spoke with on the phone was courteous and friendly.

Bill was way more then the quote and and way more then what insruance said
it would be. And when
i was trying to reach out and talk to some one I get nothing in return but we will get back to you. And then out of no where I get a lien notice and I can't get any answers. And now I can't even get them to call me back. Over billed me looking for easy money.

This was my third roof since moving to Nebraska over thirty years ago. The installation went seamlessly. Initially my insurance company said they would cover what amounted to about 70 percent of the total cost. I was working with Michael Graves and he asked if he could call the company. After he talked to them they covered it all. This is by far my best experience in having a roof replaced.

Micheal Graves was awesome, our storm damage happened at night, we noticed the inside leaks the next morning, Micheal got his crew out to patch right away, within 30 minutes of the crew being done, it was raining again, no leaks this time!! We appreciate him working with our insurance company. Our roof and gutters were done with great quality and efficiency, the clean up was great!! I had an estimate with Apple Roofing, and the guy that came and got up on the roof to insect and check it was very nice respectful and I would certainly give Michael Graves a call again. Very knowledgeable.

I had some questions about possible hail damage on a roof and whether or not it needed replaced. Michael was on the roof that day inspecting it and told me the roof was not damaged and did not need replacing at this time. He was fast, honest and he earned my future business when I do need the roof replaced. He could have told me that it needed done and I wouldn't have known any better but he was truthful and that goes a long way with me.

Michael did a great job through the whole process. Did an initial inspection, helped us submit to the insurance, took care of all the insurance paperwork after the initial contact, monitored the progress of the job and even coordinated some extra work we wanted done. Crew was clean, efficient, and hard working. They worked sun up to sun down. I was so impressed I went out and bought them all pizza. As good as a roofing experience could be.

I saw some of my neighbors getting a new roof over the last couple of weeks. Michael Graves stopped by to look at mine today. After examining he explained that we had some damage, but not enough to make an insurance claim for. He also informed me of some branches that were causing issues and even trimmed them back for a short term fix and didn’t charge me anything! He will be getting a call again when the next storm goes through

We are buying a new house and it needed a roof. Danny came to our house and showed us color choices. I wanted green but I was scared it would be too green. He showed me pictures of houses with the green shingles. I chose green but was very nervous about it. I went to look at the shingles and the installation crew cut open a bundle of shingles to show me what they would look like. Very nice men. The house looks great and I love the green! I contacted Apple Roofing after a company I did not recognize came to my door to estimate the damage to my roof after a recent storm. They told me my roof needed to be completely replaced. I was hesitant to hire them as my roof is fairly new. I contacted Apple Roofing for a second opinion. Danny was on time and immediately started to work on the inspection. After he was done he explained what he was looking for in terms of damage and showed me photos of my roof. He told me there was no reason to worry, there was a little damage but nothing requiring a full replacement. I appreciated his honesty! If you have ever been through property damage caused by a hail storm you are already aware of the hassle that can be involved in contacting and lining up contractors . It can be a very unpleasant experience. Tim Beckenhauer of Apple Roofing out of Kearney, NE made the process quite pleasant. From the initial check of the damage with Tim, the insurance adjuster and lining up the workers for the roof, gutters and siding . Tim took care of everything. All of the work was done in a very timely and professional manner and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

We are in the process of selling our house and after a major snowstorm it was discovered during a showing that we suddenly had a leak. I called Apple and Joe and Chad were there within an hour, were very friendly, found the problem and took great care of us! Great service and would recommend to anyone!

18 inches of snow, 55+ mph winds for 36 hours, and no where to turn. I called, and called any business I thought I knew that could help. No answer, I get it, it was a terrible storm and people were busy. I then talked to a good friend who had used Apple Roofing before and he made one phone call on my behalf. They literally pulled a guy off a job by the name of Tim to come take a look at my problem. I was expecting the worst possible scenario, was ready for a huge let down. What I was told was the honest truth, had them look at a couple other issues and they let me know when the snow was gone they would be on my issues. It was just nice to see someone drop what they were doing and rush out in only 35 minutes to address an issue. Service in any industry is a lost art, they still get it.
