The project manager we worked with, Colby, was amazing and they re-roofed my great-grandparent’s home that was built in the 1930s in Blackwell, Tx This was not an easy job and was not in a convenient location for them to come work in. However, they completed the project with a great deal of professionalism and attention to detail! I highly recommend them!!

There were challenges with defective materials, which required doing our roof twice. I am so very grateful for Jason and his team, as they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. Our new roof is fabulous!! Thank you Jason!!!!

I booked a roofing repair job in early May of 2025 with Apple. After signing a contract, over 1 month later they still had not been able to supposedly find the shingles for my repair and had no date scheduled to do my job. They sent 2 guys out to put some plastic over an exposed area of my roof after I called them to express my concerns about further weather damage.
I canceled with them after approx 5 weeks because of a lack of communication on job status and no word on when the work would be done. They sent me an invoice for $400.00 because I signed a contract and they now say they had a date, etc. Which is not true. Now I have a hassle with them over money because of their poor service.
I consequently found another company who did the job in a little over a week.
I do not recommend Apple.

They’ve been replacing the roofs at our apartment complex for the past week. They’ve been quite efficient and courteous as they work on this extended process.

Apple Roofing recently assisted us with a roof issue tied to a previous install from a company they acquired.

We were unsure if they would honor the original warranty, especially since it was a few months away from expiring.

They came out for an inspection and determined a warranty replacement was appropriate. From that point on, everything moved quickly and professionally - completely honoring the original warranty.

The crew was efficient, the communication was solid, and the repairs were completed to a noticeably higher standard. It’s clear they went the extra mile to ensure things were done right.

It’s refreshing to work with a company that not only honors their warranty but takes pride in making sure the customer is fully taken care of. Much appreciated — and highly recommended.

Great company to work with on all matters! Logan is the BEST. We had some recent roof damage caused my strong winds slightly lifting a solar panel and causing a roof leak. Logan and crew promptly came out, determined the issue, temporaily sealed the leak, and had his solar subconttactore come out within days to remount the solar panel. And best of all, it was covered under warranty from work done two plus years ago. Logan is our BEST & FAVORITE GENERAL CONTRACTOR we've ever had! Thanks Logan Graff!

I had a roof leak and called. They arrived within an hour of calling. They stopped the leak and fixed the issue within a few days after the day rain stopped. High reccomend!

I couldn't be happier with Apple's work. Having spent my career (36 yrs.) in construction and engineering, from working as a carpenter, to ironworker, to Ass't. Structural Engineer, to Piping Inspector, to eventually, Senior Piping Designer with several of the top world class heavy industrial construction and engineering companies.
I now the difference between shoddy and first class work and, I'll stake my reputation that Apple Roofing is a first class company. They are conscience and professional.

Called Apple roofing and a gentleman by the name of Jason came out and he was outstanding and gave me a great deal on the repair. He was able to get his crew out the next day and had the repairs done before it rains in the next day or so. He was fantastic and really showed he cares about his customers. He was there when he said he would be and kept me informed on all the process and came back out when the job was completed and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are great and if I ever need roofing repairs or replacements I will definitely call Apple Roofing..

While I am not in need of a roof right now, I do very much appreciate the fact that out of 20+ roofers who have knocked on my door in the last four days, they are the ONLY ones who went to the city to get a permit and had a picture ID clearly visible. No one asks for a hurricane, and to have someone that understands that and actually cares about her customers is a rare find!! She works HARD for her people!!! We were fortunate to only have minor roofing damage following hurricane Helene. Angelica made the process of having the repairs done seamless. Apple roofing formerly known as Crest roofing. Put a roof on my home after hurricane Harvey. A year later the edges started coming up. I called their headquarters for help and they told me they didn’t have a crew in my area anymore that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager They put me through to a young man named Logan who actually laughed at me about my situation. Luckily I had kept the number for one of the agents that was working in Victoria after the storm and called him. I found out that there were several other houses in Victoria that Apple had done with same problems and he said he would try to help me After 8 months they finally admitted our roofs were put on incorrectly and paid to have everyone’s roof,s replaced By then I had a lot of damage to my ceiling. I turned in estimates for them to repair it but they ignored my request If they had fixed it when I first reported it there wouldn’t have been any damage. Now I have a leak again. It’s still under warranty but I dread contacting them and going thru this again. I have to look at my damaged ceilings every day. - it still upsets me. State Farm paid them a lot of money for my roof. Just wanted to post with the hurricane that just happened. Beware of roofing companies not from your area. Their warranties are worth nothing

I have had 4 roofs put on my homes in the past. This was by far the best roofing install I’ve ever experienced! The team was fantastic. Had entire roof on in one day. Covered the pool and plant life. Excellent clean up all through project. Kevin communicated the process completely from start to finish. He was very helpful helping with HOA approvals and then obtaining City Permit. Roofing projects can be very cumbersome and irritating. Apple Roofing is re-defining the customer experience in the roofing industry.

Recent hail storms resulted in some damage to the roof of my house. After researching and interacting with several potential service providers, I chose Apple Roof for the repair, largely due to my interactions with Brendon. While I had conversations with a few others, Brendon distinguished himself through his professionalism and attentiveness to my specific needs. The entire process, which included dealing with my insurance agent, was initially quite intimidating for me. However, Brendon simplified the experience significantly. He kept me informed at every stage and took the initiative to handle matters on his own. His responsiveness to my calls was consistently prompt, and he was exceptionally helpful in explaining each item on the invoice. His customer service skills were truly outstanding.

They did a tear off and dry in, I told them I was not happy with the job and the next day it rained and I ended up with 5 leaks in my house where there was only one after hurricane Ian. Now 5 months later and I had a heavy rain and it leaked in my son's room again.

After having my roof installed by their team, I encountered multiple issues, most notably a persistent leak that has caused significant damage to my property. Despite numerous promises to rectify the situation, Apple Roofing has failed to take any action or provide a satisfactory resolution.

From the beginning, the local office and the main office seemed attentive and responsive to my concerns. However, it quickly became evident that their promises were empty words, as they consistently failed to follow through on their commitments. I have reached out to them multiple times, providing detailed information about the leaking issue and the resulting damages. Unfortunately, each time I contacted them, I received nothing more than empty assurances that the problem would be addressed promptly.

The lack of follow-up and failure to honor promises is not only unprofessional but also demonstrates a lack of respect and concern for customers. It is unacceptable that Apple Roofing has taken no action to fix the problems they caused during the installation process. As a homeowner, I expected a certain level of quality and accountability, which Apple Roofing has utterly failed to deliver.

Given the circumstances, I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Apple Roofing. Their lack of follow-up and failure to address issues post-installation reflect a disregard for customer satisfaction. A roofing company that cannot stand behind its work and fails to fulfill its promises is not one that can be trusted to provide reliable and dependable services.

I regret choosing Apple Roofing and sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering their services. Look elsewhere for a reputable roofing company that values customer satisfaction and takes responsibility for their work.

Our chimney cap came loose during a recent windstorm and was flapping in the wind. We couldn’t get anyone to look at it the next day. I’ve lived in Texas for 20 years and never had a hail claim. I was lucky. After a significant hail strike in late February I sensed that we had issues and I reached out to Colby Lee at Crest for an evaluation. Colby already had a great reputation in our neighborhood so I didn’t speak with anyone else. What a great decision! Colby is quite possibly the best communicator I’ve ever dealt with in the home improvement/contractor world. Honest, responsive and fair.

Having never submitted a hail claim Colby guided us through the process with ease. Within 2 weeks he had coordinated with our insurance company and evaluated the damage. The claim was submitted. He, and his team provided daily updates. We were able to schedule the work to happen during a time that we were on vacation and Crest managed to that timeline.
Results: My wife and I are thrilled with our new roof. Post installation “details” were dealt with in a timely manner. We also changed the color of the roof and trim so the house looks new.

We live in a day and age where people don’t show up for work, or don’t value quality, communication etc. Our experience with Crest Exteriors has proven that there are still companies and people that care.

Chris was great as were all the people that worked on the roof! Total roof replacement after February hail storm. Chris worked with Farmers Insurance to ensure everything was correct, helped supply information for HOA, all making the process was seamless. While I hope to never need Chris again, I can recommend him and his company without reservation. Look no further.

Excellect in every way. Our General Contractor in Pflugerville, Ron Parks, met our insurance adjuster at our home shortly after a hail storm went through our area. Together they examined our roof and agreed on the extent of the damage. Within days, the shingles arrived and the roof was replaced, exactly as promised. Ron coordinated every detail, including the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels by a 3rd party in order to preserve the warranty.
The billing matched the quote exactly, and we only paid our deductible, which was made very clear to us before work began. Communication was exceptional. I would recommend for any similar projects.

All I can say is this is an outstanding company very professional.i just want to thank them for replacing my roof.dont find many people like this anymore.

Bryan Sims team did a great job, looking at the roof! But I had a contractor out doing some other work and he found three soft spots. I’ve called Bryan and left numerous voice and text messages. I would like to have a solid roof which I paid for.
04/05/2021 UPDATE Bryan called me (at the direction of owner/supervisor?) on 03/27 came out Monday 03/29/21 while my contractor was here and discovered at least half of porch repair was defective and would have material delivered, he and a crew would be out to correct the issues. YEP YOU GUESSED RIGHT - NO MATERIALS, NO BRYAN AND NO CREW!
OWNER: this is completely unacceptable, is it because I’m an elderly woman on my own? I let slide some verbal promises which I paid another contractor to complete. Fascia replacement promise still open, which with non-action I’m calling in. Please send another crew to make these repairs. Downgrading review from 3 to a 1, will be glad to change once repairs are made.

Excellent work in replacing my roof done by Crest Exteriors. The entire job was completed in just 8 hours. Special thanks to Chip Moore for explaining the process in its entirety, explanation of materials choices & quality, working with the insurance company, and responsiveness to all my questions. The crew was very professional and did a great job with clean-up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Crest Exteriors. Phil the Roofer did a fantastic job of explaining the process and keeping us updated. They did a professional job very quickly. Home repairs are usually high stress, but I felt like these repairs went smoothly and were hassle free.
Timeline (to highlight how quickly it went):
- 2/25: Hail damage occurred
- 2/28: I reported damage to insurance company.
- 3/5: One of his team members was onsite with the insurance adjuster to provide another set of eyes.
- 3/8: Phil came by to run through the process and answer all our questions.
- 3/15: The repairs to the roof were completed, and Phil picked up the windows screens for repair.
- 3/16: The repairs to the gutter were completed, and Phil installed the window screens.
- He also coordinated the repairs of the fence.
I felt they went the extra mile in customer satisfaction and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

We had a house fire and a storm was coming, Crest promptly got a crew out to tarp and secure the house!

I have spent several months trying to get them to come fix my ceiling fan and ceiling. Logan’s answer “ You are just going to hold our check ransom until we fix it” my answer was “please leave my home as we are going no where.” My structural engineers answer was they damaged rafters and are responsible for the ceiling looking the way it does. Now Logan is going after my wife. I am disabled at the moment so I guess he feels that he can take advantage of a guy in a wheel chair. He follows that up with a voicemail stating he has no plans to fix it and tell me to stop leaving bad reviews..They even blocked me from Facebook as they think hiding the truth will help. These guys are crazy crooks. Don’t let them fool you!!!! They have claimed after getting 13000 that we don’t plan on paying them the rest. I have told the owners come fix it and we will pay the contract. His answer was claiming to call the police. Claiming he was going to go after us in other ways. He stated he is not going to warranty any work after he was paid in full.. These guys are crooks plain and simple. They are still the worst company as now the owner has decided not ever venting my gas hot water heater is ok with him.. Hire if you enjoy breathing in carbon monoxide!!

I just wanted to say thank you to crest! I’ve never seen a more efficient, customer outcome focused organization in my life. No material possession is more important than ones home, and I was at complete peace once you took over. From start to finish (including working with the insurance) you are second to none!
