First - I didn’t use Apple for a roof but wanted to drop a quick review! I work for a larger commercial roofing company and came into this office looking for a metal supplier to have some metal fabricated for a job we have in the area. The guy I spoke with inside was super friendly and provided a company with a contact card. That kind of professionalism between two different roofers (especially one from out of state) is absolutely a VERY very welcome sight! Apple Roofing FAR exceeds other roofers. They roofed our home in 2015 and their service was great. Recently, we discovered a change needed to be made to the ventilation in our attic given the unique roofline of our home and Apple stood by their work, immediately responded to our call, used their experience to come up with a creative solution, and made all the changes necessary, including work that likely was more construction related that I would imagine they were not required to fix. This is a LOCAL company that clearly stands by their product and service. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

We recently had a leak in our roof during the last rainstorm and called Apple Roofing. Todd Jones from Apple was fantastic! He came out the same day, during the rainstorm, and assessed the issue. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and returned the next day and fixed it. While on site to repair the problem he noticed some other regular maintenance items needing attention and handled those as well. We can’t say enough about his quality work, timeliness and dedication to delivering excellent customer service! We definitely recommend Apple Roofing and Todd Jones for any roofing needs!

Apple Roofing did my roof last summer. This summer we had a leak come up. Repaired once. Not fixed. Repaired a second time. Seems to be fixed now. However, the photo is from the first leak, the damage done to the interior of my new home has got worse after the repair was not done properly the first time. I will load that photo later. Upon contacting Apple roofing, I have got many promises to repair the damage done to the ceiling in my home. After those promises were made, I never hear from them again. This morning, I have made several attempts to contact Apple roofing and I cannot get anybody to even even answer my calls, Leading me to this review…

The reply from Apple Roofing conveniently doesn’t address my review. My review is advising EVERYONE to get everything in writing and to not make the same mistake I did. And my mistake was costly! Don’t take their word on anything. GET IT IN WRITING!!!

I had worked with Apple Roofing for approximately 15 years, and Josh W. specifically, for maybe 5 years ,as I’m now a retired insurance agent. I had worked with Apple Roofing over the years on hundreds of thousands dollars worth of roofs. We had a big hail storm come through our town after I retired and called Josh W. to work on my claim. Turns out we had over $100,000 worth of damage. I truly believed Josh to be a friend until he lied to his boss about what he told me. His lie cost me $41,763.56 to be exact. Justin was great to work with after Josh, but it was too little too late. If you choose to work with this company, don’t make the same mistake I did. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!! Even if you consider them friends. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Daniel St. Hilaire - very friendly and knowledgeable, showed up early and even did a little caulk repair for free. Highly recommend!

Daniel St Hilarie came out to do a roof diagnosis/estimate for a few leaks we have in our roof. He was very professional and was able to pinpoint the issues and even came out a second time to help create a short term solution to keep us dry through the storm season before we fix it. Could not recommend Daniel or apple roofing enough!

Daniel inspected our roof after a hail storm and was great. Apple roofing installed the roof and it's withstanded 2 hailstorms with the class 4 shingles. Can't recommend them enough.

Our Apple roofing rep was in touch with us through the entire process, from the original bid to the end product. The roofing crews were very professional, did a great job on the install and left the yard very clean. I would highly recommend them.

Apple replaced our roof several years ago, and we recently uncovered a small issue that occurred during the initial installation. Todd Jones came out to inspect and make the repair. He was honest, professional and respectful, and cleaned up everything from the repair before he left. If we ever have a need for a roof repair again, I would call Apple and request Todd!

I had apple roofing install my new roof russel with apple met with my insurance company on day and time on the roof..so he would represent me .. he did extremely well thay only wanted to to do 1/2 he showed them need all replaced where he seen the hail damage Russel added extra venting and add 3 more bathroom vents extra for me .....people before did not do correctly ... and he offered to come back after all was done to help hook them up for free no extra on my part I couldn't give apple roofing any higher review with Russel made it all extremely easy on my part he delt with insurance himself suggested a different color that what Ihad on before the clean up was perfection I didn't like the answer service but glad Idid get through them

We used Apple roofing for hail damage at our home, replaced roof gutters and facia. We cannot say enough good things about our project manager Chris Engle. From first contact with Chris thru completion of project he walked us thru the entire process . At no point did we feel pressured or stressed during this project. Answered all questions we had promptly. Always keeping us informed on when the contractors were going to arrive and the timeline of the project. After all work was completed I was very impressed of the attention to detail on the clean up of the site, I found no debris left after the roof tear off faze. It looked like nobody was even there. Thanks again to Apple roofing and especially Chris Engle for making this experience easy.

We live outside of town and Apple Roofing came right out without blinking an eye. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable and took great care of us and also responded quickly any time we needed something. They repaired a spot where shingles blew off our roof and you can't even tell where they put new ones on! They were quick and reliable.

I do have a couple of concerns about Apple Roofing as a company.First all of that answering service please to get rid that it gave me the runaround for 24 hours. You can also get back to potential customers quicker. Also every employee of Apple Roofing should have to go through a course in customer service.

Daniel St. Hilaire was a great and fair roof inspector. I would hire him and Apple Roofing to replace my roof in the future. I appreciate Daniel did not sell me a roof I didn’t need at this time. He explained everything in layman’s terms,which I appreciate.

Mike Salmons was the account manager on the project to repair damage caused from a hail storm at our Beatrice campus. He did a fantastic job keeping us informed and was very thorough in every detail. We are grateful for the service we received from Mike as well as Marcus Kuhlmann at Apple Roofing.

I worked with Tom Bogart at Apple Roofing. I needed immediate roof replacement and after calling several companies, Tom was first to respond. Within a week he had come to inspect, gave a quote and had an appointment on the books. Crew showed up on correct date and time and was finished within a few hours w/proper clean up. Apple out sourced to replace my gutters but they were out within 24 hours of roof being completed. Overall i give 10/10. Good communication. My only suggestion would be better financing options. I was hoping to get a 12 month interest free, but all of their partners had very high interest rates

Bobby B. came out (less than 24 hours after I called) to look at some minor siding repairs, explained everything very well and, though the job was too small for them to take on, offered me tips on how to address the issues, which proved very useful. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back to Apple again when needed and highly recommend Bobby!

Terrible company. I didn’t realize the crew that actually installs your new roof is contracted and not actual employees.

After three months of having the new roof installed, our new roof was leaking.

They sent out an employee to look at it and he had no idea what he was doing and told me that sometimes new roofs just leak.

I finally got in touch with the company again and they sent out another person. He also had no idea why my roof was leaking and told me my house was too humid and that’s probably why I had issues. My house is dry not humid.

OK he was supposed to come out after the snow had melted off and check out my roof one more time. I have never seen him again or heard from the company as to fix the issues.

Jeremy was great to work with. He communicated well and in a timely manner. Honest work ethic. Will call him for future needs for sure!

Most professional roofing company out there. They take pride in doing things right and if a mistake is made they will correct it.

We had our garage roof replaced in November 2021. Shortly after the job was completed it leaked. My husband and I both had a conversation with Brandon about the difficulty finding the original roof leak. We requested they get down past the decking to look at any water damage to get a better idea of where the water is coming in from. After the new roof was installed the roof still leaked in the same area. Since then Apple Roofing has been out 3 more times and "fixed" the leak. Each time we were assured that the leak was found, more patching and caulking. The roof still leaks. The ten year warranty is meaningless. Everything in our garage is covered in plastic. We literally have plastic swimming pools laid out to catch water from any rains. I am concerned about continued damage to our property.

I’ve worked with Adam Cook with Apple Roofing both personally on my own properties and professionally as a Real Estate Broker. He’s always very prompt, gets the job done when he says he will and always comes in on budget! Furthermore he’s almost always more affordable than the competition without sacrificing quality. There’s a saying in the construction world “You can have work done fast, good, and cheap, but you can only pick two”. With Adam Cook at Apple Roofing you get all three. 10/10 I recommend Adam Cook and Apple Roofing if you find yourself in need of a roof repair or replacement.

I owe this Review to the community. Because even if it is only one person who avoids going through this situation, it will be worth it.
I don't recommend Apple Roofing after the situation I'm going through with them. I signed a contract for the installation of a new roof in my house and the price would be what our insurance said was our RCV around $21K, plus some supplements in case they needed to replace more than 3 damaged playwood. The crew didn't show up the day they were supposed to start, so they started the following day. This crew didn't bring a trailer with them to dump all the waste until the 3rd day, our driveway was blocked for the whole 3 days and left with stains.
In the process, most of the gutters were damaged while trying to remove the drip edge (Clear hammer blows to try to remove the drip edge). After removing the old shingles, they quickly tried to place the felt or synthetic underlayment without replacing any rooted or damaged plywood, they ended up replacing 7 plywood sheets, but just after I noticed and complained. Even the re-nailing was something they didn't have plans to do, going against Florida statutes.
After the felt installation, they installed the drip edge making unnecessary cuts, this didn't seem professional at all and I truly think compromise the drip edge functionality, later found out this crew had never done this type of labor. They finished the job and I asked Mr Shayne Alberson, to please stop by and review the work before the first inspection and he replied "he was completely sure that it would pass the inspection". Dry in inspection was done and it failed.
When I ask about when they are going to replace the drip edge since is not properly installed and the gutters they damaged, I only received an email stating they submitted a claim to my insurance and they'll just continue after they receive the payment. We agreed to approximately $21K, new numbers sent to Insurance will be over $30k because they don't want to assume what they damaged and wants to blame Hurricane Ian.

Had a great experience using Apple to replace my hail-damaged roof. Sid was extremely helpful in navigating all the confusing insurance paperwork and the whole process. Having not replaced a roof before, this was a great relief. Sid is super responsive to questions, and he provided great follow up to make sure everything went well and all my questions were answered. Everything was done very well and in a quick, efficient manner. A+ experience. Thank you!

I called Apple Roofing after being ghosted by another company. They got my roof replaced quickly and worked with my insurance company to make sure that I could afford their services. Overall, it was painless and easy to get my roof replaced by the great folks at Apple Roofing. Our roof is leaking again after they did a total replacement and they will not return a phone call. Our original experience was terrible( they had removed our shingles and we had a down pour which caused all kinds of problems). We should never have paid them the first time. Their 10 year warranty means nothing.

We are incredibly pleased on the professionalism of Adam Cook! He made everything seamless and crystal clear through the whole process. We would highly recommend him and the company! Thank you!

I worked with Jeremy Kildare, he did and excellent job of outlining the work to be done and making sure it was all done to my expectations. Apple did great work replacing my roof and my gutters and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We were at a loss after a hail storm damaged the roof of our condominium complex. Our insurance company was willing to replace it, but we couldn’t find a roofing company that would respond promptly to our questions and concerns. Our insurance agent made a recommendation to call Jeremy with Apple Roofing, they had replaced his parent’s roof and were very pleased with his service. Jeremy was very prompt answering all of my questions, and they completed the entire roof in 2 days. I was out of town and he texted me photos of their progress. I would have never expected that, but he was happy to and I was so grateful to see the pictures. The new roof looks amazing, and I didn’t find any nails or other particles along the property when they were done. I was totally impressed. Jeremy provided a stress free environment for all of us and we couldn’t be happier.

Since day one there has been a communication issue with this company’s project manager. JP and trying to get things fixed that where damaged in the removal improper installation. And damaged product that I can’t get repaired. Contacted the office 1 time and have never heard back from them in over a week. and the project manager. JP has not got anyone to repair my issues since August of 2021 That I have been trying to get them out to fix. Guessing that’s what happens when you pay your bill. No need for a good referral or a good review on Google. That being said. My roof was not replaced the way we had agreed on Before work was started. Because there was no communication between the project manager and the crew that they Subed out to replace my roof.

I highly recommend Apple Roofing. They replaced my roof and guttering as a consequence of storm damage. The project manager, Diego Smith and then Jeremy Kildare worked tirelessly with our insurance company. Was almost hit when Apple Roofing driver ran a stop sign in Havelock, he was in a hurry to buy his booze in the early afternoon, I saw him moment later pull into the Havelock liquor store. If I wouldn't of been watching out Apple Roofing driver would of slammed into me on Touzalin, when he ran the stop sign.

I would worry about using this company, who is liable if their staff is working and get hurt cause they have been drinking? I could lose everything if they sued!

Worked with Josh W as salesperson to replace hail damaged roof. All was well until we noticed moisture on interior ceiling. He assessed the issue and said it would be repaired soon. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and not yet fixed. Impressed with them on installation, but not much on correcting installation errors. Seems they are not too worried about interior damage. Repair was made today. The employee was very professional and went above and beyond by checking the attic to be sure there was no further damage there. Thanks Todd!!

I submitted a request for someone to come assess my roof due to what I thought was leakage spots inside my house. Russel called me right away however, it was right after a snow that left several inches on our roof and ground. Russel informed me that he would like to wait until the snow cleared and the roof was dry but would get in contact once that happened.

As promised, Russel called me back and came over to my house to assess what I had told them. He climbed into the attic and onto the roof to take a closer look. While on the roof he found some shingles that were loose so he reattached them and informed me that all was well.

Timely and professional are the best ways I can describe this company! They will be my go to for any roofing needs in the future.
