They were great to work with. Curt explained every step of the way. They were very fast and efficient and my customers are very happy will be using them and recommending them in the future.

I hired ACI to replace my roof due to hail damage in the spring of 2024. Nearly a year later, the project remains unfinished. I have attached photos showing some of the damage caused by their team while working on my property, as well as a poor attempt at replacing flashing—after their work intentionally damaged the previously undamaged flashing.
Unfortunately, the owner has consistently ignored my attempts to communicate. If anyone at ACI sees this, I would greatly appreciate a return call, text, or email. Thank you.

Some difficulty communicating but nice people and they stand by their work. Had an issue with the roof leaking. It took some time to fix but it was done. Currently waiting on an estimate for future work.

We had a great experience with ACI. Shawn was quick with providing an estimate and explained everything to us up front. Quality of work was excellent and they didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't need. You won't find a better "bang for your buck" than ACI. I have a new patio that will need a roof soon and there is no doubt in my mind who I will call for the job.

It was all a very good experience. The workers showed up early & stayed until the job was done, A 12 hour day. They did a great job and worked very hard. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, & the dumpster was picked up inside an hour after. I would highly recommend them. The price was good. It was a little less than I expected. They paid attention to all the details of a professional business should.

Needed roof work after recent hail storms. I had prior exprerience with ACI from a previous home. Reached out to ACI again. ACI was prompt in coming to look at the roof, compare notes with the Insurance company, and schedule the work. ACI's install crew were prompt and worked their butts off to get the old roof off and new roof installed in short order. Would highly recommend.

ACI storm chased my property and I set up an appointment. During the inspection they stated they are there to assist the customer during the insurance process and are customer focused, and offered almost unbelievable warranties. After the inspection appointment, I requested 2 more inspections on 2 other properties. They stated they would get right on it when they arrived back at the office. I heard nothing. After a week I called and emailed. This was the company that I was going to have replace my storm damaged roof, gutters, and siding. However, they don't even remember me. I only recieved any communication, after I gave a 1 star review.

These guys were amazing. They worked 12-15 hour days to beat the weather. Even in the dark, they were cleaning up after each day. They never quit working and the roof looks beautiful. Bone dry, even after a long torrential downpour today (always a sign of a good roof). This is a first class company . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

Shaun and his guys were so professional and courteous. One of our garages caught fire, it & our back deck completely burned to the ground, this also melted the back of house, which has a large stained glass window. They called a professional stained glass removal & repair company before they even started to assess if any damage had been done. They completed our siding in a timely manner and they did quality work. Our home looks beautiful!! Shaun was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. We all know how stressful it can be to find a contractor you can trust. Look no further? Chris was very honest and without filters. What he presented during our consultation actually happened. We had a new roof, fascia, gutters and downspouts installed and it looks great! Our curb appeal improved along with the value of our house. Thank you Chris and the entire ACI team.

We noticed a roof leak, and searched for a local roofer. ACI came out the same day, provide photos and an estimate to repair the leak, and finished the repair. All the same day! Amazing service. Price was very reasonable.
