I had a great experience working with Tony V. on my roof replacement. He explained and walked me through the processes with my insurance company and answered all my questions on the process with the construction. The work was done quickly and they quickly resolved my requested repairs.

My husband and I have had a great experience with Advocate Construction after a hail storm damaged our roof and it needed to be replaced. We worked with Tim, who was great at explaining the entire process to us from start to finish and helped everything go smoothly and quickly. We are very happy with our experience with Advocate and would definitely recommend them and Tim!

Had a great experience working with Chris Benson of Advocate Construction to replace our hail-damaged roof. The communication was excellent throughout the process as was the explanation of how the process would work and what the next steps would be. There were some very minor issues that got resolved immediately and followed up on very expeditiously. I would highly recommend working with Chris and using Advocate Construction for any future needs. They run their business like a business should be run. They held true to their word and did excellent work.

This company does not respect your rights as a homeowner. I explicitly told them I was not interested in their services — yet they returned to my property without invitation. That is not follow-up. That is unwanted solicitation and could easily be considered trespassing.

Their sales rep was pushy, dismissive, and clearly trained to ignore the word “no.” It’s one thing to make a pitch — it’s another to disregard a homeowner’s decision and come back uninvited. That behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s legally questionable.

Their aggressive sales tactics crossed the line from persistent to invasive. It felt like they were trying to wear me down rather than respect my decision as a homeowner. No one should have to deal with that kind of pressure, especially in their own home.

If you want to work with a company that respects your boundaries and decisions, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Furthermore, If you want to deal with a company that respects your autonomy and your private property, avoid this one entirely. I’m currently documenting the interactions in case further action is necessary.

I was contacted by Advocate Construction after a large hail storm in my area occurred and worked with Tim Fox. He explained how the process works and mentioned that this storm has caused damage on roofs across my area and he asked if I would be interested in receiving a free consultation which included him getting on my roof and inspecting it on the spot. He was patient and knowledgeable and made sure he explained and showed me what he was seeing. He was able to find damage and even called my insurance company on my behalf to start the process of getting a claim filed. He worked alongside my adjuster and met with me multiple times through the process and made sure every timeline was met with no worry or effort put in on my end. He gave us design options and even helped us have our gutters included on the claim. Tim was able to get our project scheduled and replaced within 2 weeks of his initial visit which was a massive benefit to our schedule. My biggest worry was the aftermath and debris during the replacement process because I have a toddler and a dog that are constantly playing outside. He assured me that the technicians have been notified and he even sent another crew member the following day to do another sweep to make sure there wasn't any left behind nails or shingles. We couldn't be happier with our service from Advocate and Tim Fox.

We worked with Tony from Advocate when he came knocking on our door after we had a hailstorm and offered to help us walk through steps with our insurance company to get fully approved for a new roof. Tony and Advocate walked us through every step and did all the heavy lifting while dealing with the insurance. Our home looks so much nicer with a new roof and we even ended up owing less than our deductible and were even given the ability to defer the out-of-pocket payment for 24 months thru their financing options! They saved us $21000 on a new roof for our home, the crew was fast and efficient and did a good job cleaning up. We would highly recommend their service if one of them comes knocking on your door!

Advocate applied a new roof a couple months ago. My sales rep Tony V was true to his word with cost - no added surprises - and he followed up upon completion. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is because I know absolutely nothing about roofs and can't really be 100% certain its a job well done and that it'll last 30 yrs - but so far, so good. I'm satisfied with the all-around experience I had with Advocate.

Have been trying to get siding done for over a year and a half. Finalized everything 3 months ago. Was we would be contacted to schedule. Sales person stopped calling or returning texts. Hard to get a hold of my "team". Once we had it scheduled we are now facing delays. Materials didn't show up and crew had "vehicle trouble at 750 am and had to cancel the whole day. Very disappointing.

We had a roof and siding Insurance claim for hail damage. Could not be happier with the service provided by Gabrielle and Samson from Advocate. They were excellent as being the go-between for us with our Insurance Carrier and Adjuster. Any questions we had throughout the process, were promptly answered, with detailed information. Very thorough. The work crews for both jobs were timely, polite, and did an excellent post-work site clean-up.

Advocate Construction salesperson reached out to us for roof replacement after hailstorm causing severe damage. He suggested that I file an insurance claim as it was covered under our home insurance policy. Advocate provided a quote of $51,000, the amount was based on the payment of the insurance company payout rather than the fair market value, which was $38,000. This substantial markup raised concerns about the integrity of the estimate. When we cancelled the agreement, we were threatened with legal action by the company "for the work they had done" which was simply providing a quote. The quote was provided only after we sternly requested it. The salesperson kept saying, "you will only pay your deductible". Since cancellation, we received harassing emails, texts, and calls. Since then, we have gotten 2 additional quotes and are close to fair market value. These business practices are unethical and predatory. I recommend NOT TO USE THEM.

Nick stopped at our home to check our roof for hail damage. He told us that we did indeed have damage due to a storm in May and thought he could get it replaced. I was doubtful due to the age of the roof but I trusted him to try. Nick contacted the insurance company with us, helped us thru the process and within a week, an adjuster was at our home. Within two weeks, the roof was replaced totally and we payed only our deductible. Nick did a fantastic job and everyone at Advocate was 100% professional. Thank you!!

We were one of the many to have hail damage this last year. When roofing companies we making thier rounds, it was not until I met Jarin that I felt comfortable to move forward. Being a new home owner for less then 6 months and not knowing anything about the process, Jarin was thorough and very patient. Like all projects we had a couple hiccups, but he was always quick and responding and someone was out to look at the issue in less then 24 hours. Very satisfied with the work and the customer service. With how busy they were this last year, we had a new roof in less the 2 weeks.

I was very impressed with the initial visit when Jarin stopped by to offer a free roof inspection after a hail storm. He was thorough and promised to do all the work to get an insurance adjuster out to the house to confirm his findings of storm damage. The adjuster came out and inspected the roof and another Advocate rep came by as well to answer any questions for the adjuster. The claim was approved and the process was very easy for me. Then it was a matter of picking out the roofing material and then set up a date for installation. The roofing crew was prompt and hard working. Someone from Advocate stopped by during installation to make sure any and all details were were taken care of. Jarin kept in touch with me throughout the process to make sure that insurance covered the job. Advocate had taken a down payment and didn't ask for the balance until the job was complete to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Advocate and give them a 5-star rating!!

Though response times for resolving minor issues could be improved --- overall, they delivered a high quality job.

We had an amazing experience with Advocate Construction. Sean Flynn came to our house, found signs of hail damage on the roof, and worked with me to call our insurance company to file a claim. Another Advocate Construction team member came out for the inspection with the adjuster in order to ensure the adjuster saw everything that that Shawn had seen on his initial inspection.

The insurance claim was quickly approved and Advocate Construction performed the work the next week. The day before the work was done, Shawn came over and helped us move all of the deck in patio furniture, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The 6-man crew efficiently completed the tear-off, replaced old boards, and then install our new roof... all in 1 day.
Shane from Advocate Construction came the next day to inspect the work and did a second "nail sweep" as part of the final walk-through.

Best home repair experience hands down. Nick, the sales rep, showed up after a hailstorm and offered a free inspection. They found and documented damage, and worked with the insurance company to get the paperwork done and the job covered. Did a great job with the roof itself, and were cleaned up and gone in a day. I couldn't believe how easy and straightforward it was.

Working with Advocate Construction was a pleasant experience for my family and I. I was a bit skeptical at first, that they would be able to satisfy my rather strict demands for quality on a job this expensive, (roof and siding) but our point of contact person, Samson Grigorian, told me he was up to the challenge. I am glad he persevered. From the picking out of materials, colors and dates to have the job completed, he was always willing to help us decide, and add advice when needed. He also knew when to make sure that I was aware of the next step in the process, as there is some waiting for materials and such. Sometimes the steps do not come as quickly as we would want, and it is often out of the construction company's control, (supply delays, inclement weather, etc.) but I was always at least informed if there was going to be a delay. That is something that really puts my mind at ease when dealing with a project that I am not familiar with. The work that was performed was very proper, no "cut corners" on quality. They also have a rather robust warranty on work and materials. The customer portal offered on their website was a nice little piece of tech to use, in order to see where you are in the project as well. Dates, documents, payments, they're all in one place to view...very convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend Advocate Construction for this type of work.

Horrible experience. Jason is very unprofessional. Got a hail damage claim for my siding. There were a few items (roof vents) I did not want them fixing as I would do it. They said they still need the money because it is going towards "labor". This is 2 months after the estimate, then when I wouldn't pay it the completely deserted me and backed out of the job

Tony Valente was my Advocate Construction rep. Tony was an excellent rep of his company. Excellent response time. Answered any questions I had. Highly recommended. I only paid my deductible and the balance was covered by my home owners insurance.

Advocate Construction damaged our corner siding when they installed our roof November 18, 2023. After their Service tech failed multiple times to match our corner siding. 1st time: Painted and brought out a mismatched style to what we had. 2nd time, 1/28: Service tech did not have the right size - crew showed up but could not install. Feb 5th - service tech who bought wrong corner siding twice already, then gave us other options....mismatched size, mismatched style, OR we could have $500 to find the corner siding ourselves. He recommended that route as in his words "you may have better luck finding that perfect match." We did not accept any of those options. We had a 3rd party quote us for repairs. The project manager finally stepped in. We asked them to replace all of the corner pieces to the same size or style as long as they matched. Advocate agreed to that.
Finally on May 24th the Crew came out to replace all corner siding to match. We were so excited to be done with this company. Went to look at the corner pieces only to find that the crew USED drywall screws to rig the corner pieces on. The corner pieces were also crooked, leaving large gaps and the house open and exposed in other areas. Hair was stuck to one of the corner pieces. One coat of paint applied that was streaky with build-up along the edging. That is how it was replaced. We waited for someone to reach out since this fix did not go well. On 5/28 we reached out to ask if the crew gave feedback on how the repairs went. Production manager "they said it went smoothly and the pics looked good." We then sent our pictures and concerns. After looking at our pictures, manager agreed it was not good work. We were sent a check to have another company do the repairs since they could not get the job done.
We became very concerned about other areas of house and roof. Roof inspection on 7/23 confirmed 2nd story has damages and exposed areas of siding. PLUS roof defects that will need to get repaired. Nail pops everywhere, some are already rusted. Multiple dips/roof sag. Never-ending
