I have only had my house for two months. We had the big storm a few weeks back and I found out I had a leak in the back section of my roof, that wasn't disclosed or fixed correctly by the previous owner. VERY happy we discovered Myers Roofing and their owner, Michael Myers; we found them via very positive reviews on the Nextdoor app. We had a lengthy section of rotted gutter board on one side of our house. Another side had a gutter that would leak water down to the ground really bad; wasn't sure what fix was needed.

My experience with Myers Roofing and Exteriors was excellent. My roof replacement went great! They not only helped me through the process with the insurance company but when the claim was accepted they promptly gave me a color palette to select from and a date they would be out to install the roof. They informed me about what to expect the day before (Delivery of material) and the day of the installation. During tear off of the old shingles, they found some bad spots in the plywood sheeting. They repaired the damaged wood sheeting that day and finished the roof with new attractive dimensional shingles. They put tarps down in the yard to catch stray materials and minimize clean up. My roof looks great!
I also had new gutters installed to replace the 5" with 6" gutters.
The communication throughout the process has been excellent, top notch and professional. This company stands behind their work.

We were repeatedly trying to get our original installer of Hardie Siding and Soffits to return and handle a soffit repair, and a whole home exterior inspection for any areas of caulking that needed addressing. When talking with our original installer he indicated he did not want to make the trip to northside of Hamilton County because his focus was Southside.

Thus the search for a reputable contractor. Upon meeting with Garrett and reviewing our project, we knew Myers Roofing and Exteriors is who we wanted to perform the work. Then I also spoke with Michael Myers before project began and he listened to my concerns—it’s all about the details and Michael listened and followed through.

Myers was competitive for a quote on repairing my chimney, which had water damage and needed new housewrap, osb board, siding, and flashing. They were able to start the job the week after I called. The worker was here all day and finished the job and cleaned up all materials. The salesman and owner were great to work with. Owner followed up on the day of the job and afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely hire them again.

Called Myers to help repair a roof leak that I suspected to be failed roof flashing. Garrett came out and inspected the roof to find everything was in good shape. He then checked below the roof line and found a gap in the siding that I overlooked. Easy fix, right away, and it hardly cost me anything. I will be calling them again if I need anything.
