I was very impressed with all of my interactions with Tracy, she drove over an hour each way to come out and do the initial inspection. She spent so much time answering all of our questions and walking us through all of our options. She then made a second trip out to just walk through the quote and answer any lingering questions. I will caution that scheduling is less than ideal, but I think that is also part of the territory of such a good company having high demand for services coupled with weather factors. I was intially quoted 3-4 weeks to start the job and it ended up being around 5 weeks before they started. They found an issue with my roof after tearing shingles off that they ended up completing at a discounted rate, which says a lot about the company. Tracy came back out for the final inspection and found a few very minor issues that she wanted fixed just to make sure there were not going to be any issues going forward and they were fixed a few days later. My roof is not something I will have to worry about any time soon!

Beard Roofing and Exteriors was very easy to work with. Evan Melloh stayed in contact with us through the entire four month process and kept his promises. We are very happy with the finished product.

Evan Melloh came by and checked our roof though and found some pieces which had fallen off. He gave us a quote to fix the issue and upon approval ordered the martial and got it repaired. They did a great job and even fixed one of the gutters which had fallen off during a recent storm. Thank you.

We had some siding that came off during a storm in May. We reached out to Beard and Jon Phillabaum came out right away to assess the damage. He is a sales consultant and didn't have the tools on him to fix our siding, so he came back the next morning and fixed it right away! After the crazy storms yesterday, he reached out to my husband to check in on our siding. (Happy to report the siding stayed in place!!!) Talk about excellent customer service! Jon is the real deal and we will be using Beard for any exterior needs going forward!

I am beyond satisfied with the results of my roof replacement. Before working with Beard Roofing, I had been through the wringer with three separate roofing companies—all of which lacked basic communication and follow-through. Reaching out to Beard Roofing was a last-ditch effort, but they completely flipped the script.

They communicated clearly and consistently, not just with me but also directly with my insurance company, which made a huge difference. The crew showed up on time, replaced my roof efficiently, and cleaned up the area thoroughly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work truly set them apart. I really wish I could post something positive about this company. I have never had to try so hard to communicate with a company about a simple assessment. Literally the bare minimum request. I was promised time and again from the contract worker, from the owner and from the secretary that I would receive communication, feedback and an assessment. If you don’t want the job, just say so! Don’t string potential clients along like that. I was patient enough. I get busy schedules…we are all busy. But don’t promise things you will not deliver. Really disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could. How you run a business with no respect and communication with your potential clients is beyond me. I would not recommend this company due to a lack of professionalism and communication.

2 other companies ghosted me because insurance was doing what insurance does. Beards stuck with me through the process and were a great help throughout. They were very professional working with my lawyer, and really know their stuff.

When the check came in, they had the entire roof on a week later. They were on the property and off in 1 morning.

Beard Roofing replaced a roof at my local library due to hail damage. They were very professional in their work. The guys came out and had the old roof tore off within no time and were done and cleaned up in 1 day!

Mehdi with Beard Roofing and Exteriors came down to Columbus Indiana on a Sunday to tarp my roof that had recently been damaged by a tornado to stop any further damage. I am extremely grateful for his quick response. His father was with him as he was visiting him over the weekend. I got to speak with his dad who is very delightful! 5 star service! I’m excited to see the finished product.

Called when my roof was damaged, they probably fixed my leak gave me an accurate estimate for complete repair, and did the work in a timely fashion.

I can’t say enough about the attention I received from Alyssa. My roof was replaced 6 yrs ago and two years ago I renovated an existing screened in porch to be a fully enclosed sunroom. Shortly after the install I noticed water leaking down the interior wall. I contacted the original roofing company and they said it wasn’t the roof. I contacted Beard and Alyssa disagreed. She spent a considerable amount of time proving it was a leak at the roof to wall line, and mostly likely improperly installed flashing ( she was right, there wasn’t any flashing!!). She communicated directly with the owner while testing her theory, getting his feedback immediately. I hired them to fix the other roofers problem and now have a water tight. THANKS BEARD CREW!

Beard roofing replaced the roof on our house and barn as well as the gutters on the house. The work was excellent, the roofing crew and gutter replacement crew were both friendly and efficient.
