Element Roofing made the whole process smooth and easy. Materials were top quality and everything was delivered and installed right on time. The crew did a great job and were careful around our landscaping. The office was easy to work with. Special thanks to Nolan—he was thorough, flexible, and great to work with.

Element worked with me to help with an insurance claim. The element team worked on the supplement and still are fighting for full roof replacement. The insurance only gave me box vents and some gutters which makes no sense..how can hail hit those and miss my shingles.
Anyway, element still hasn't given up fighting for my claim and I went ahead and got new gutters from them due to problems with draining. I would recommend them for complex claims and their knowledge of the claims process and persistence!

Glad to finally have a new and great looking roof! The saga started with storm damage in June of 2023. Spoke with several roofers who did not want to go to bat for me and work with my insurance company after they only wanted to cover a small portion of the damage. That was until I met with Nolan from Element Roofing in spring of 2024. He was very thorough in finding all the damage to resubmit to insurance. To no surprise they still did not want to cover the roof so had to go the appraisal route. Element stuck with me through that long and exhausting ordeal, and I greatly appreciate their patience and supporting me throughout the process. Finally got a new roof and gutters in February 2025. Crew was great and did an excellent job on the install. Will definitely be using Element Roofing for any exterior needs on the house in the future!

Our journey was nearly 8 months long due to our insurance company fighting us every bit of the way. Everything about my experience with Element Roofing was wonderful. The detailed report Nolan provided me allowed my claims process to be easy and left no room for interpretation. My adjuster even made the comment "based on your pictures and report, coming out to your home at this point is just a formality" prior to visiting my home. They handled the back and forth with the insurance company, worked within my budget and provided with with a beautiful roof and gutters.

I experienced hail damage to both my roof and vinyl siding, prompting an insurance claim that Jeremy at Element Roofing managed on my behalf. Despite the long 9-month journey, Element Roofing has now successfully wrapped up the installation of my new roof and full vinyl siding. The transformation is remarkable, breathing new life into my aging home.

The installation crews for both projects were exceptional. Beginning early in the morning and often laboring well past 6pm, their dedication was evident. Not only were they proficient, but they also conducted themselves with utmost courtesy and respect towards me and my property, a gesture I valued deeply. Element Roofing is a breath of fresh air in a sea contractors performing shoddy work and taking advantage of homeowners. I’ve worked with 2 other contractors this year and they didn’t do what they said they would do. Elememt did it right. They kept me updated with photos and videos on my roof. Element went the extra mile. They picked up my mail, checked work from one of the other roofing contractors, and even did some extra work painting an areas of the ceiling my previous painting contractors missed. I’ve been through it with contractors this year so Element even came on Thanksgiving morning and finished the work. I really liked my rep John. Element roofing is one of the most trust worthy contractors I have ever worked with. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company for over 6 months because the insurance company could not estimate a standing seam metal roof properly. Element Roofing is an amazing company and I’m so glad we found them. After another roofing company came out and told us they would do the job then kept putting us off and giving us excuses because they didn’t want to deal with State Farm. Getting a new roof can be a terrible experience, thankfully these guys make it easier. Every part of the process was top notch, including the people, the process, the price, and most importantly the results. They came in with a more than fair quote (I took quotes from several other companies) and in about 3 weeks I had my new roof. They are very upfront and transparent throughout the process and leave you confident knowing you made the right choice. I hope I don't need another roof anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to call!

We recently had Element replaced our entire roof, most of the decking, and installed gutter covers. They had great customer service from the time they were providing a quote to continuously sending text messages and other updates throughout the install day(s). They were here dawn to dusk for two days ensuring that the work was complete and done well and within 24 hours, they performed another inspection (and even fixed a little something while they were up there). They left our house clean and were friendly and professional the entire time they were doing work. We would recommend again.

Element Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, skylights, and repaired and painted ceiling damage from roof leaks. We were very satisfied with the end results. Jeremy and his team were very persistent with our insurance company, which was delaying approval for the skylights and indoor repairs. I contacted Element Roofing for an inspection after becoming aware of hail damage in late 2021. A representative came out and met with my insurance adjuster to look at the roof and assess the damage. There was a bit of disagreement on the damage to the garage but Element Roofing was able to convince the adjuster that the garage did indeed have sufficient damage to warrant replacement. Because it was late in the year it was my decision not to have the work started until the temperatures were warmer so the work was scheduled for March or April 2022. Soon as winter broke and temps rose Element contacted me with an install date. As agreed their crew arrived promptly on time to begin the tear off and installation of the new roof. Everything went well, the work was completed that day and the cleanup couldn't have been better. Jeremy, the owner of Element Roofing,
came to the job site for a final inspection and was satisfied that the job was completed to his satisfaction. This was a long process from start to finish only because I didn't want the roof installed in low temperatures due to possible shingle adherence problems. However over the winter months Jeremy and staff were in contact with me frequently keeping me posted on the progress they were having with the insurance company.
Overall I would definitely recommend Element Roofing. Jeremy will ensure quality craftsmanship using warranted brand name materials. Another feature of Element Roofing which is impressive is the full use of IT technology to track the progress of each job. I must say, wow, what great service! I’ve never felt so taken care of by a company. I called Element Roofing for a roof inspection. Jeremy showed up promptly and inspected the roof, and gave me a thorough evaluation, where he found some hail damage, so I filed a claim. Jeremy worked with my adjuster and Allstate to make sure the roof was approved. They are known to be a tough insurance company, and Jeremy took the time to make three trip to get the roof approved. He really advocated for me and I feel taken care of. The communication was stellar. Element set the expectation of what the insurance process would entail, how, and what kind of roof would be installed. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and cleaned up really well. I had an older roof and was need to have it inspected. Jeremy came out and gave me a thorough assessment of my system including roof, gutters, the rubber roof, and slate roof. Jeremy showed me the storm damage that he found across my home, a very professional and thorough presentation. And helped me file a claim with my insurance. He met the adjuster to advocate for me and make sure they didn't miss anything. The insurance estimate came in low, and Element continuously worked investigating, getting bids and submitting everything to my adjuster. In the end everything that was damage was approved. It took a little bit of time, but the project was complex, and in the end, it was absolutely well worth it. All I had to pay was my deductible. The crews did a great job on the work, showed up on time, and cleaned up. I have an older, complex roof with slate and shingles and Element’s crews did an awesome job getting these items done. If you want a true roofing professional, don’t hesitate to call Element Roofing.

They were hired in late summer to do a hail damage roof replacement & also indoor repair of ceiling water damage to drywall in garage & living room. In addition, they were hired to paint several areas of water stains on ceiling. They installed the wrong color of shingles & I was texted at 3pm the day of install to be told. I was offered to have the correct color placed but upon return home, it was close & a remedy was found. It is March, & I am still awaiting ceiling painting of water stains & then a final inspection of the completion of work. So if you have time on your hands, this is the company for u.

Working with element roofing has been a headache and a half since the beginning. Initially, I found out the salesman that they sent out to speak with my insurance adjustor has a criminal record. He is barred from "working in any occupations or activities that involve children under the age of 18," yet he is allowed in homes to inspect properties. The only reason I know this is because I felt very uncomfortable around him and decided to do a quick Google search. It was not very comforting when the first thing that appeared on the search page was a mugshot. Thankfully, the owner said he would take on the job so I would not have communication with the salesman mentioned above.

After the roofers completed the job, I walked around the perimeter looking for nails and found them everywhere. They did come back out the next day and did a much better sweep after I mentioned it to the owner. They cracked a couple of the perforated pipes attached to the bottom of the downspout during roofing, so I assumed they would replace when they did the gutters. They did not; they just reattached the cracked perforated pipes.

They left extra materials outside in my yard for 3 weeks. After I kept mentioning it to the owner, he assured me again and again that they would be out. I ended up throwing away some of the materials since it just took way too long for them to be removed.

We had agreed on a date for the gutters to be completed, and the workers never showed. After I mentioned it to the owner a couple days later, they were out the next morning, and I was not even told they would be coming to site until AFTER they had begun the work at 7:30am.

I got a call from my insurance guy saying they were asking for an additional $9,000 for additional labor charges, painting vents, measurement adjustments, etc. According to their supplement request, they were asking for money for "roofer per hour," "residential supervision," laying tarp around the perimeter, additional labor costs, and other things not originally agreed upon by insurance. Most of these "supplemental requests" were already factored in the amount insurance was paying me. Thankfully, I only have to pay the deductible, but the fact that they are not asking me to pay what insurance did not cover shows that they are trying to squeeze as much as they possibly can from insurance. Element roofing prides itself on being "real" and "honest," but I did not feel that in working with them at all.

I really could go on, but one thing I can say is the roof and gutters look okay. This is more a review on the company and their overall professionalism. Please be careful about hiring companies with all 5-star reviews. I do not recommend this company.

We used Element after a hail storm and had an excellent experience. Jeremy came out and inspected everything and handled all the communication with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. We had the roof, siding, and gutters all replaced and some window screens repaired. All of the quality was excellent and Jeremy was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

I called Element Roofing a roof inspection due to my roof being older and needing to replace it. Jeremy arrived promptly and on time and did his inspection. I was ready to pay out of pocket, but after Jeremy’s inspection, he found hail and wind damage to the roof. Jeremy helped me file a claim with my insurance carrier and met my adjuster on site to make sure the adjuster didn’t miss anything. Unfortunately the claim was denied, but there was substantial hail and wind damage as evidenced by Jeremy’s documentation. We asked for a reinspection, and the claim was denied again. Jeremy went to bat for me with my insurance eventually leading to a full roof replacement paid by insurance including skylights, powered vents, gutter guards, ridge vents, and painting. When the work was taking place, all the workers arrived on time. I was impressed that the roof was done in one day. Also, the painting and skylight, and gutters crews were extremely professional, and I couldn’t be happier with how all the work turned out. I recommend Element Roofing for anyone looking for a high quality contractor for roof replacement or an advocate for your insurance claim.

I recently used Element Roofing for a new roof replacement after some storm damage. As a first time home owner, I have never had to replace a roof or even knew how to go about doing so. I mistakenly called the insurance company first. They had someone scheduled to come out the next day. I then researched and found you should have a contractor there to be your advocate. I reached out to Jeremy at Element Roofing and he actually answered. He was able to be there with us the net day. I have to emphasize to you the great communication Jeremy displayed. After contacting several other places, I found Jeremy to be very professional, on time (even early) compared to others.
We chose to proceed with Element Roofing and so glad we did. Our insurance company first denied the claim and Jeremy really fought for us and in the end resolved in our favor in a timely manor. He wore a mask even outside during the inspection and really made us feel educated during the whole process. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and overall went above and beyond what we were expecting. I could text and email him at any point in time and always received a response quickly. As a business professional myself, I really did appreciate his availability for communication after business hours because of my job and not always able to communicate during the day.
Installation was very professional. Compared to my neighbors installation, it was a breeze. They all came ready to work and did not leave the property a mess like I had seen others in our neighborhood do. The materials were dropped of and picked up in the most timely manner and we could not be happier. Jeremy made this process as smoothly as possible and really stood his ground against our insurance company. I don't think we would have been as successful without him. I would highly recommend Element Roofing to anyone.

Update: Element roofing provided new siding for our house and we love our home even more now. The siding is more durable than what we had before. It also has the appearance of wood with the grain textures. Although it took sometime to get the materials, Jeremy made sure everything we were satisfied with the project.

The crews were very friendly and respectful and cleaned up well. Work looks great and has already been tested by 3 1/2 inches of rain.

The fascia board behind our gutters came loose because of high winds, which lead to our gutter completely falling. Our original quote called for replacement and painting of the full board. After review, Element was informed us the board itself was in good shape and could be reused, which saved us about $400. We greatly appreciated the honesty rather than trying to do what they could to get every dollar out of us.
