Five Points Roofing

Due to the recent hail storm I requested an inspection to determine if the life of my 9-month old roof had been compromised. I got 4 opinions. All but Five Points insisted the roof was fine.

I picked Five Points Roofing because it was clear to me from their numerous reviews and satisfied customers that this company delivers top quality roof repairs. The rep who came to look at the roof was very friendly and knowledgeable. Despite being a very hot day but he did a thorough job sharing over 50 pictures with me.

If you already know you need a repair Five Points seems likely to be a good choice. But if you need an assessment for uncertain damage I would advise getting a second opinion. You do not want to file an insurance claim unless you actually need it.

Five Points was great to work with for our new roof. Very nice folks and did a wonderful job on both the roof and then later on the new gutters. Makes the house look brand new again. Also, and I can compare this to other roofers I have observed on our street since, they were excellent at cleaning up everything afterwards...which is also important.They did the roof itself in a day and when they left, it was so cleaned up that it was as if they were never there. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Awesome experience beginning to end!! Darcy & Jorge were the best at organizing all aspects of the job! They made everything so seamless. From prep to cleanup-they were very careful with our property/landscape as well as all the nearby neighbors.This was our second roof replacement, and absolutely very different from the first one. Would highly recommend them for all things roofing!! In addition, our next door neighbor and rear neighbor were also very impressed and have now scheduled their roof replacement with them. I would recommend Five Points Roofing if you are thinking about replacing your roof. My overall experience was good. The installation was smooth. They showed up on time, prepared my property for the install, were efficient and cleaned up well. When I communicated any concerns or had any questions they were addressed and answered. I've had the best experience with Five Points Roofing (specifically Alex and Jorge). We had hail damage to roof and gutters and Alex managed everything flawlessly. He acted as a liaison with my insurance company and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also went above and beyond to provide detailed photos and info to my insurance company if and when they questioned anything. He met my adjustor the day of their inspection and made himself available for any concerns or questions that came up. When it came time for the project to begin, Jorge (and crew) was awesome. Professional and conscientious throughout the entire process, ensuring my property (and neighbors) was protected and left in perfect condition. They are also just friendly and kind individuals. In the end, my stress and dread over this process was completely unnecessary :) Five Points made it painless!

I cannot recommend Five Points Roofing enough. They really make the process from start to finish so easy on the customer. We worked with Clay and Jorge. We needed our roof replaced after a hail storm and about three weeks before I had my son. Clay was so incredible and fit us into the schedule before my c-section. 6/5 stars for these guys!

I've lived in 3 homes over the past few years and I had a new replacement roof installed on every one of them by different roofing companies. By far 5 Points Roofing out performed all the others. I am in the construction business myself and can easily recognize when a company delivers the level of service they promise and 5 Points is one of them.

Zillon Russell deserves all the praise when it comes to handling my roofing needs. My first experience with a homeowners insurance claim. I had a weeks worth of questions before signing a contract. "Alex" help take the anxiety out of the process by answering all of my questions (phone calls and emails) without pressure. "Will" on site crew manager made sure all of the roof materials
arrived, and the install and cleanup went smoothly in one day. Five Points Roofing was second to none, with honesty and professionalism, in my opinion. I recommend this company.

The whole company was very professional and experienced; this is a very top-notch operation. Alex did a fantastic job getting the inspection done, getting a detailed quote prepared and was very easy to work with. The crew that arrived to install our new roof ( hail storm ) worked 13 hours and completed the job in one day! Alex Hostetler was very knowledgeable, & personable. He met w/us to review the procedure Five Points uses in installing a new roof. He explained the process re: time needed to install the roof, when materials would be delivered, protection of shrubbery, etc., every effort to avoid infringement on neighbors during installation, how the procedure works in conjunction w/our homeowner’s insurance. Along w/answering every question we had, Alex sent us a list of homes w/roof shingles of the color we selected, & kept us updated on when the schedule would allow Five Points to start.
Wyatt Wolfe was on site early on the day of installation, worked tirelessly along w/the crew to insure a first rate installation. Once installation was complete, Wyatt made sure that our lawn, side walk, driveway, porch rails, etc. were cleaned up & free of debris! Alex and his team absolutely bent over backwards to help our family get into a new roof as part of us buying a new house. Buying a house is stressful and getting a new roof can be as well! Alex worked with us and the home sellers and made the process work for everyone and made the new roof replacement as stress free as possible. We are so grateful for him and the team to really put the customer first and more importantly love how everything turned out!

This company replaced my dad's roof in Brentwood. They reused the old step flashing instead of replacing it (its rusting out and will leak in the future) and didn't upgrade to ridge vent despite being told that's what would be going on the roof.

Definitely not the experience I'd want for my house. Go with Three Stone Roofing instead.

Edit to reply: I don't have the same last name as my dad. I inspected the roof myself and the old rusted flashing is coming off the house and will be leaking within the next two years or so. It's also not a hip roof, there's more than enough Linear Footage along the ridge to have run a ridge vent, as all the neighbors with similar roof systems have one.

It's ok Five Points, many roofers make mistakes on installation. This isn't a surprise given the industry. I'm just advising others that your company does make mistakes and underdeliver from time to time, and this was my experience with your company. Thanks

First of all, Matt was so easy to work with. I'm a roof replacement newbie, and he patiently answered all my questions. He came to the house when the insurance adjuster was here, and has worked with them to help the process move forward. Day of roof replacement, Arturo and his crew were quick, efficient, professional and courteous. They went to work right away, and absolutely knew what they were doing. Finished same day. After the job, they cleaned everything up so that there was barely a trace that they were ever here. The roof looks great! Super happy with the process and results, and couldn't recommend Five Points Roofing enough. Five Points is Five star.

Don’t just trust your roof to one of the many roofing companies that knock on your door. We did that in the past and when we needed assistance with our “lifetime warranty” the company was no longer around. This time we searched for the roofing company in our area with the best track record and reviews and found Five Points Roofing Company. Our experience with Five Points Roofing, and Clay Watson in particular, was beyond anything I could have anticipated. Clay thoroughly explained the entire process to us, counseled us with the right product selection, and most importantly, successfully handled all negotiations with our insurance company. We have a small yard which is heavily landscaped with gardens and patio, and they took the utmost care to ensure that everything was safe and protected throughout the replacement project. The ease of communications, fairness in pricing, quality of workmanship, and genuine concern for us and our property by all involved, made working with Five Points Roofing an absolute pleasure.

Five Points Roofing came recommended through a friend. I had seen another house they had worked on, and even other professionals had commented on how they had done the job right. A couple years later, I had an insurance claim, so I gave them a call. The salespeople were very accommodating and helpful. They navigated the insurance process expertly, making this a no-hassle experience. They worked with my adjustors to demonstrate how the partial replacement was not going to match the other aged shingles, and got the claim adjusted to a full shingle replacement.

When I finally settled on a color and shingle style, they were able to install it sooner than expected. They showed up when they said they would. Eight hours after the first truck showed up, my roof was done, and they had swept and packed up. They were respectful of property, and had a supervisor on-site during the whole process.

The roof looks great, and they used a quality shingle. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for your next roof.

Alex Hostetler was great from the beginning until the end. He had actually inspected my roof and found no damage in 2023, but after another company's employee was working the neighborhood and said he found hail damage, I asked Alex to come back and verify since I trusted him. Indeed, there was damage from a hailstorm that was confirmed later in 2023. The crew worked quickly and informed me of the process as they worked. It has been a great process to this point.

We used Five Points twice about a decade ago and had a good experience at a previous house. When it came time to put a new roof on a different home we called them without hesitation. The whole process was smooth and professional. I talked with Jorge initially and he was a great representative for the company. Alex was helpful with everything from the initial inspection and planning, all the way to wrapping up the insurance details. Zillon ran the installation process and it was just as smooth. Everyone I spoke with at the office by phone was also professional and friendly. We had another great experience and will gladly use them again for our next property.

I'd been battling my insurance company for months, trying to get all the windstorm damage covered, when I contacted 5 Points. Their representative, Darcy Irelan, took over and within two weeks, all damage was covered and paid for. The roofers arrived and tore off the damaged roof and replaced it by the afternoon. By the end of the day, the roof was on and every bit of torn off material was disposed of. Truly, 5 Points is the best company, of any kind, that I've ever worked with. And I'm no spring chicken. Five Points Roofing replaced our roof in the summer of 2023 on two of the hottest days of the year. Despite the extremely challenging working conditions, I thought their crew was professional and hard-working. The roof looks good and everything seems fine so far. Caleb did a good job working with our insurance rep to explain why we needed a roof replacement and Wyatt provided strong on-site project management. I have a number of tender plants around the house and was worried they might get crushed or trampled, but the crew was careful to direct debris away from the foundation in a way that protected our landscaping.

I have absolutely no complaints. Every one I dealt with was very professional, handled everything with my insurance company promptly and efficiently and saved me thousands from having to pay w/o the insurance benefit. Completely satisfied.

Five Points Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. The crew arrived early that morning and finished in one day which was a relief since I work from home 50% of the time.

With the recent storms - I was concerned about damage to my new roof- they were able to come do an Inspection and showed up the next morning to fix the recent damage.

I had one issue with the insurance claim. When I was able to speak with Matt Parks he was able to help navigate through the claim so I would receive the depreciation value of the unpaid claim.

Five Points Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof and skylights! They replaced my entire roof in just one day. They took care of everything for me, and made the whole experience effortlessly on my part. Five Points replaced our wind damaged roof in July 2023. Alex Hostetler was our POC. He provided a quick and detailed estimate and handled our questions professionally throughout the process. The install team was led by Jorge. He managed the work effectively and efficiently and a was a pleasure to deal with. The roof went on without a hitch. Alex and Zillon (the project manager) are great! Alex is super attentive, returns phone calls promptly, and made sure we were happy! Zillon took care of his crew, made sure they cleaned up, and was super attentive to my concern about my landscaping! Still waiting on our gutters but thus far we are overly pleased!
