Had intercept come out and inspect my roof due to an active leak. Simeon came out and inspected my roof, took some pictures came down off the roof and showed me pictures of the issues. He went on to explain I had missing roofing components to my metal roof. He went ahead and performed a Temporary solution to my roof until we can have the leak fixed properly. Highly recommend intercept roofing and construction to anyone in need of any construction work.

Replacing our old roof was a big investment. We wanted to do our research. Riley came to our home. He was friendly and professional. He brought samples of shingle choices and colors and answered all our questions. 2 weeks later, we went on vacation and came back to a new roof! It was so easy and our new roof is beautiful!

I ran into Lucas at my workplace and mentioned a roof leak. He made a spot in his schedule to come see it the same day. He sent me pictures in case I needed them for insurance, he added a little caulking repair at no additional fee. He gave me suggestions on how to keep my roof at its best performance. I'd been neglecting solving my roof issues as it only leaked occasionally, but thankful that expert eyes could see and solve it with minimal intrusion. I love that intercept can also deal with any construction issues related to building/roofing needs as my home was built in the depression era and non-standard.

My neighbor sent my contact info toTyler, and immediately Tyler reached out to see if he could help. He came later that day and put down tarping to ensure there would be no water damage until the repairs could be done. He was easy to talk with and throughly explained everything. I filed a claim with insurance the next day and Tyler was so helpful in working directly with the claims adjuster. I am so appreciative for all of Tyler’s help in having the roof completely replaced and helping with the insurance claim which allowed everything to move forward efficiently!

Intercept roofing did a great job on our house. Lucas Hughes was particularly helpful. He came immediately after we experienced tree damage to our roof, applied a tarp, and stayed with us through the whole process thereafter. I was in a tough spot. I had a minor roof leak that my insurance had previously assessed and said it was too minor to file a claim due to the cost of the repairs being below my deductible. I called a few other roofing companies and they looked at my roof and I believe since they saw that my roof was still new they didn’t want to help me. I got the impression that those roofing companies were only interested in replacing my whole roof or nothing.

When he showed up he was able to accurately diagnose my situation from the attic view. He told he was going to climb up on my roof to get a closer look. As I patiently waited for him to come down, I had thoughts of disappointment from my previous roofing company experiences. He eventually came down and showed me some pictures of the work he had done to fix my minor leak.
The fact that he drove all the way to our home, went up in the attic, climbed a ladder and went up on our roof and fixed the leak all in one trip is a true testament to how great Intercept Roofing & Construction is. If I ever have another leak or hear of a someone in need they will be the first on my list.

Intercept Roofing is an excellent choice for reliability, workmanship & customer service.Tyler was our contact person, he went out of his way to please. Ours was a storm damage to roof & gutters, which involved insurance. Tyler came & met with the insurance adjuster. My husband was a carpenter for well over 50 years and taught carpentry for over 30 years. Needless to say he knew what needed to be done. Tyler made sure that we got the extras we requested. This is my 2nd time using Intercept, once for replacing my sloped roof and this time for my gutters. They were quick, responsive, and not too hard on my wallet! Luke is your guy!

After another company ghosted me, Justin from Intercept Roofing came to my door, and within two months I had new gutters and a roof. They communicated very clearly, and returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner. After the bill was paid, Justin came out to the house to check in one last time that everything went well. Great customer service 10/10 would recommend.

After storm damage the past year we were very blessed to have Lucas and Intercept Roofing guide us through the entire process of filing with insurance, selecting and new roof and fielding any and all questions that we had during this process. The day of the install the team arrived early and I was amazed at how quickly and professionally they were able to get the old roof off and have the new one installed. My young children even made the comment that they left the perimeter of the house looking better than when they arrived. Lucas was fantastic to work with from the onset, would highly recommend!

Tyler with Intercept Roofing helped my daddy get a new roof through insurance, and he did a spectacular job. So, when it was time for a new roof on my own house there was no question who I would call.

Once again, I was so happy with the roof and the service. Chris was the on site supervisor, and I cannot say enough about him. He worked so hard. He was particular and polite, and made sure we were please with everything before he left. And we were!

As a first-time home owner, it was daunting being told that my home's roof needed work done. Having contacted a few companies around town, I found Intercept to be the best. In full transparency, we waited till our claim was completed to write an honest review of Intercept. We don't trust people very easily so we wanted to see if they walked the walk or just talked the talk like most contractors. This is a recap of our personal experience from beginning to end...

We took a direct hit from an EF2 on 12/9/23. Our roof was substantially damaged, back porch destroyed, windows broken, etc. It was a colossal mess and we needed a highly reputable, trusted contractor to handle our claim. Needless to say, our insurance agent (Alan H. @ Johnson Family Ins.) got Intercept involved within minutes after the tornado passed over us. Tyler was out first thing the next morning and immediately got on our roof to begin tarping with an additional crew that afternoon. They got our home water tight from any leaks and proceeded to hold our hands through the months-long process by providing everything our insurance carrier needed to get the claim approved and everything fixed. With insurance, nothing goes fast, but they got the job done and did everything required with excellence! Thank you, Tyler & Trace!

What I will say more than anything that other homeowners need to know in evaluating potential contractors is that Intercept prioritizes HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and TRANSPARENCY in everything they do. These guys took their time with us and got to know us personally throughout this process. They took our claim as serious as they would their own and met with us on many occasions to ensure we were 100% satisfied with their performance. FAITH and FAMILY are at the core of who they are as business owners. It drives their business decisions and willingness to serve others in their darkest hours. That truth was proven to us time and again over this difficult season of life and we are thankful for them going above and beyond the call of duty to never take our trust for granted.

We worked very closely with Tyler, and owners, Trace and Will, throughout this process. That is the essence of a great company when the owners personally get involved with day-to-day operations. Their responsiveness was second to none and their communication was outstanding. Their professionalism was what we would expect from a U.S. veteran-run operation who leans in when people have lost everything and need immediate help. They worked closely with our insurance provider and did all the administrative dirty work to ensure we didn't have to be bothered by red-tape minutia (Praise God!).

In the end, Intercept handled every repair detail our roof required AND we hired them to oversee some of the other general contract needs because they were simply that great to work with. They earned our trust right out of the gate and never let up. Truly, we had absolutely no clue who Intercept was before 12/9/23. Now, months later and our home put back together, I would call Intercept in a heartbeat if I ever run into another disaster. I would also bet my personal reputation recommending them to anyone who needs a 5-star roofer and general contractor who will get the job done right with complete fairness and honesty.

There's something powerful to be said when the #1 word that comes to mind with Intercept is INTEGRITY. Tyler, Trace, and Will earned that badge of honor with the blood, sweat and tears they invested throughout this repair, and we are happy to give them the credit they are due. Keep that in mind as you discern who to trust when life comes crashing down at your doorstep and don't know where or who to run to for help. These guys at Intercept are the real deal. They are God-fearing men who prioritize doing the right thing over profit and honoring the Lord in word and deed. That might not mean much to some folks, but that is golden to us in discerning who to trust and who's not afraid of being held accountable by God for the work they do.

Had Intercept Roofing come out and take a look at my roof after a neighbor’s tree fell on my house. Tyler review the damage, determined it was minimal and just to keep an eye on it as I will need to replace the roof in a few years. Intercept roofing is great! Very honest and upfront. They came out and inspected my roof. My pipe boots were worn out, so they replaced my pipe boots and told me that the roof was old, but there was nothing wrong with it, and it didn't need replacement unless I just wanted a new roof. Bricen was very knowledgeable and great to work with. When we do get a new roof, it will absolutely be with intercept.

Excellent experience with Intercept Roofing, specifically Dustin and Riley. I did not go with Intercept for my roof, because I have a contractor doing a lot of other work and decided to lump it all together. But I still am compelled to write a review of their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism as I navigated a claim and a learning process. Riley and Dustin came out multiple times, explained everything to me multiple times, and were instrumental in me finally feeling comfortable with such a big home project.

When I informed them I was giving the work to another contractor, none of this changed. That's what really compelled me to write this. These guys are what they say they are and I would, will, absolutely have them at the top of my list to call when new home projects crop up that I need a new contractor for.

Whether or not I made the right call is yet to be determined, but I'm glad I made a connection with a company and some folks I can trust and are competent and knowledgeable about roofs and all General Contracting needs here in Middle Tennessee. I’d like to update my review & add onto there that , just to show that this group is beyond amazing, there was some miscommunication that happened due to some issues with a ex worker, which led to us believing one thing whenever the contract he wrote up said another, and even though that issue occurred, intercept went above and beyond to fix the issues and get us everything we thought was going to happen. I’d really like to say thank you to Simeon especially for making everything happen. Come to find out, Simeon is the reason we got our roof on earlier than expected, Simeon is the reason we got the siding on super fast, and so much more. They were so amazing. They set up a time to bring equipment out to take pictures and explain the process. They made time to meet with our insurance to ensure we would be able to get it covered. The process was so easy. Intercept was there for us all the way through the reconstruction of our home after the tornado .Very professional company that stands by there work and word.

After the tornado in December of 2023 I had no clue where to start. I had debris damage to my home that left holes in my home. I had roof damage to my home as well. I first contacted my home owners they sent someone out and sent me a check. After reaching out to few contractors I found out quickly what my homeowner paid me was no where near enough to fix the damage. I met Tyler who was working on other homes in my areas in Clarksville and he assure me that my damages to my own would be fixed correctly and I would only come out of pocket my deductible. Tyler and Intercept roofing made the homeowner insurance company held up their side. It did take some time but this was no fault of Tyler. I would definitely recommend Tyler!

Our house was damaged by a massive hailstorm in May. Tyler with Intercept has been amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He has kept in touch with us and the insurance company and submitted everything required by USAA in order to get out roof, gutters, downspouts and siding replaced. Highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend this company. From the moment Tyer Ayers stopped by the house and we chatted to the moment they completed all the work they were a pleasure to work with. They replaced our roof,gutters,and fascia from storm damage. Our roof was only a year old and Intercept was heads above the last company we worked with. At 73 yrs old and never having to have my roof replaced due to intense weather damage, Brison was quite helpful in explaining to me how the claims bureau works and any deductibles I could expect that would effect the final costs on my end; which being a low income Senior living on a minimal monthly income, out of pocket expenses is my first concern and priority. He was respectful and considerate of my situation and I appreciate that in this young man. There are not enough young men out there who are willing to work, let alone be courteous and thoughtful. The written quote they gave me to sign more than doubled after I agreed to give them the job and an hour before I was going to drop off the down-payment.

To be fair, they texted to apologize and offered to see what they could do to try to make it right, but there is really no fixing a bait and switch.

Be careful choosing a contractor. It’s become really tough.

Trace helped me out of the kindness of his heart to transport a few pieces of siding from Lowe’s to my house that I couldn’t fit in my small car. He didn’t even know how far I lived and didn’t ask. I tried to offer him money, but he said he learned from his mother at a young age to help people in need. He said she said “it’s not about you, it’s about how you impact other people”. Riley and the Intercept team helped us with an entire roof replacement after severe wind damage earlier in the spring. Within hours of the damage occurring, Riley was on our roof putting tarps in place. We had a part of the flashing on our roof get ripped off during the last major storm on a Friday. We asked our friends for recommendations and by Saturday afternoon had the appointment scheduled and confirmed for Sunday.

Trace and Will were absolutely phenomenal! They arrived on time, and even with all the appointments they had already finished ahead of us, and as tired as they must have been, made us feel like we were their first and best clients of the day!! They checked out the damage, and gave us what we thought was an incredibly fair quote for everything. We were anxious to get the roof fixed and avoid any other damage, and the price was about what we had anticipated.
While the guys were on our very steeply pitched roof, they actually found a little more damage then what they first thought, and fixed it, without adding anything to the price. They even took the time to check the rest of the roof, just to make sure we hadn’t missed anything else.
It is extremely refreshing to find a contractor who not only knows what they are talking about, but does a first class job for the price they quoted, finished the job without rushing, and went over and above.
It was also extremely pleasant to have an actual conversation and we both feel like we have found our first and only call company when we need to have any roofing or gutter work done in the future, and we are already making plans to have some work done to repair what a different inferior contractor left us with.

I love it, Dude!!! I think the company is super rad, very friendly employees with huge smiles and lots to offer and share about different sub-categories within the roofing department. I asked their employee, Joshua Sellars, about color and finish options regarding my roof and how often (if so) I would need it to be replaced, cleaned, etc. and he was nice enough to schedule an appointment with me at 11:30 am tomorrow to help me out a bit. His co-assistant and director of operations management systems team leader, Isabella (last name un-disclosed for personal reasons), was also very helpful in showing me different potential options for installing different kinds of roof tarp for the mid-section and upper section of my home.

Trace and Riley came to my house the day after my insurance agent contacted intercept. They both did a great assessment of my rood and provided good advice moving forward. They told me I did not need a new roof at this time and gave me products to fix damaged areas if my roof at no cost. They were super nice and great to work with. They are very honest and earned my business for when my roof does need fixing.
