Three Stone Roofing did an amazing job on our roof from the initial inspection to working with our insurance company to completion. The existing shingles were completely removed, sheathing was replaced as needed and new venting was added (upgrade to existing roof structure). They did an excellent job on the garage floor. They also removed all of the big stuff out of the garage and put it into a trailer which this was the only company that we found that I had that kind of service. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars was the dust was overwhelming from the job.. The product manager said that they were working on that and that they were gonna get that resolved pretty quickly.

Three Stone Roofing did an excellent job! I was approached by Sean Grealy who offered a free roof examination. After identifying more than enough hail damage that occured many month ago, Sean walked me through each and every detail of the process. He was available to answer any question I had throughout and the communication was excellent. The day of the replacement Jamie (project mgr.) directed his crew to be meticulous and texted me drone photos through the day to show me the progress. Once the replacement was complete that afternoon, he made sure the crew had cleaned up the property and walked me through the completed job. We identified some spots on the house that had scuffs from the roofing materials. Three Stone sent over their painters days later to clean up the spots. All and all they did an excellent job. Here is where Three Stone elevated themselves. about a month or so later, I identified an unseen issue that affected something within my attic crawl space needing repair due to a roofing job mishap. Three Stone showed up to my door with a reimbursement check the following day to pay for repair. No argument or blaming someone else.

Team was clear, timely and responsive to questions on plans, costs, and adjustments after finding minor problems with home. They too, repaired some minor things after a nail went through siding into interior electrical wire. They made us whole. Good crew.

Three Stone replaced our roof and gutters recently and I could not recommend them more for how they managed the entire process and the quality of the work they did.

Our roof install was done quickly but also done well. I was kept up to date with pictures and texts throughout the day as they made progress. I could not be happier with the final result!

We also had our gutter replaced by The Gutter Guys. I have to give a special shoutout to Rod who was here to replace our gutters, yet went above and beyond. My babysitter mistakenly let our dogs out while the Gutter Guys were installing and our dogs got out of the fence. Though it was not their fault nor their responsibility, Rod chased down our dogs who had gotten 3 blocks away and brought them back safely. He and his team then finished the job and our gutters look fabulous.

I could not recommend Three Stone and the Gutter Guys more. 10/10 experience and would call them again the next time we need exterior work done.

I cannot recommend Three Stone strongly enough! We had them out to pressure wash and seal our driveway and my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner! The sales person was polite and not pushy, and the crew was so so professional and nice. This was not an easy job and they took it in stride. The attention to detail was outstanding, they were total perfectionists! I’m adding two before has after pics so you can see what they were up against. The driveway looks brand new!

Threestone stands out from the crowd! The business of roofing is shark infested waters. Every hail storm it seems like 20 dudes show up at the door. What’s different about Threestone is they actually took a drone video of the damage AND temporarily repaired troubled areas WITHOUT a contract. Every step of the process from diagnosis, handling insurance, negotiation, scheduling, repair, inspection and follow up was extremely professional. They completed our roof in one day and the craftsmanship was top notch! They sent pictures of tear down, adding the under layer, partial completion and the completed roof throughout the day. Special shoutout to Ezra for sticking with the process and dealing with me as I like to negotiate. I highly recommend this team if/when you need a new roof!

They contacted my neighbors to let them know when they would be working, the measures that they take to avoid causing landscape damage and assurance that the clean up they would perform.

Hunter Adams and his superb repair team did a wonderful job fixing the mistake by a general contractor when my patio was built. Every step in the process was explained clearly and the cost was reasonable. Not a single roofing nail was left behind in my yard!

We've been working with Sean and Austin during our hail damage claim and roof replacement. From the first contact, Sean was respectful, explained everything thoroughly, and maintained communication exceptionally. He helped initiate the claim with our insurance, and was at our home during the insurance inspector's evaluation of the damage as well. And he was very patient with my wife as she chose the replacement pieces, providing his opinion when asked.
Austin reached out regarding scheduling the replacement, and again the day before to make sure any questions were answered and update us on the day's schedule. He was at our home early with the crew and stayed after the other workers left. He sent us pictures via text as each stage of work was completed. What impressed me most about Austin: After the workers left, he and I walked around the yard to evaluate the roof replacement and he explained the details I was unfamiliar with. I mentioned 2 concerns, both minor and not-at-all urgent. However, within an hour, Austin and 2 other workers were back at our house with their equipment addressing my concerns. That was very unnecessary but greatly appreciated!
I am very happy with the service and work we've received through Three Stone. I wouldn't have a single hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

We were very impressed with Three Stone and particularly their on site person project person Jamie Lackey. The office communicated with me regularly prior to the work being done. The day of the install Jamie explained what I should expect. They put large screens over the windows and tarpaulins over our landscaping. Jamie had someone cleaning up as the day progressed. At one point I think there were 19 people on site working and they were all working every time I looked. They were finished with the main roof and everything was cleaned up by mid afternoon. A different crew installed EPDM on a flat the next day. They did the quality of work you would hope to get every time you got work done. We could not have had a better experience. If our experience is typical, and I think it probably is, we can highly recommend them.

Jamie Lackey and his crew did a most excellent job. The whole crew was so professional and very conscientious. I am so pleased with the quality of workmanship and materials. They even painted my ugly metal stacks sticking out of my roof. They used top quality boots on the vents. They made sure that all the valleys were well protected with several layers of roofing materials against weather. And they did it all in a day!!

After a hailstorm in May and wading through 3 other roofing companies, I put the whole roof saga on the backburner... until my neighbor, Sean Grealy offered a roof damage assessment and I took him up on it. I can say that the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

Three Stone Roofing was incredibly well-organized, clearly set expectations upfront, and either met or exceeded every one of them. Communication was excellent— handoffs were smooth, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Best of all, the process required very little time on my part, making it much easier than I expected.

Inspecting our roof with an eye toward potential replacement had been a project that had been on my mind for the past year. I don't typically spend much time on solicitors, but when a young man knocked on my door inquiring about a free roof inspection, I was intrigued, so I said yes. The inspector did note some significant damage for a hail storm in the spring. After doing my due diligence checking out Three Stone Roofing, we agreed to move forward with a roof replacement. Cayden and Brandis were my main points of contact and they were outstanding. They helped navigate the insurance process and make the replacement process seamless. I can't say enough good things about their crew. I was so pleased that after the roof was done, I had Three Stone complete a siding replacement as well. I've already referred them to one friend for a project and I would recommend Three Stone Roofing to anyone looking to do a home improvement project.

My home had hail damage from a storm that had gone through. Josiah Filegar from 3 Stone offered to inspect our roof for damage.
He also found damage to the gutters and other things. He met with the adjusters and got things worked out ! Josiah made everything so easy ! We picked out the colors and they even upgraded several things.

We’ve used quite a few roofing companies over the decades of home ownership, but have NEVER had one that went to the lengths that Three Stone Roofing did! When they state what they will deliver you can take fully take them at their word, and they will exceed your expectations! Not only are their materials superior to others we’ve explored, but the level of protection for your roof is bar none. Sean, came out to give us our free inspection, then worked along side of our insurance adjuster to show him all damage he had discovered. Our insurance company approved the replacement the next day! Our two story roof is large with lots of different angles, and pitch, which made us question their ability to do the whole job in one full day(we are in short winter days now). They sent a large, very experienced crew, that was all set up ready to go when sunrise came. They laid tarps all the way around the house to catch the debris, and protect plants, windows, doors, anything that might be in the way. From 6:30am to 3:30pm they stopped for lunch maybe 40 minutes otherwise never missing a beat. Our project manager, Hunter, kept us informed throughout the whole day with many drone pictures, and texts! We shared them with family, and friends throughout the day to their amazement! The ground cleanup crew cleaned to such a degree, I had to look hard to find two very small nails in the mulch afterwards, after countless rained down earlier. Our scheduler, Ashlyn, worked tirelessly to find the right weather day the job could be accomplished.
If you suspect you have damage, or its time for a new roof, you won’t be sorry by getting a free inspection!

This company is amazing! I would give a 1000 star review if I could! Tony was an awesome salesman, he explained in detail the process of how everything would be orchestrated… Ian, was our project manger, and was so nice and thourough. He was on site the entire day and sent us drone pictures of the step by step progress in real time, which was so fun to see and he was the last one to leave at the end of the day, to ensure everything was cleaned up properly.

I have never seen a company operate in such an efficient manner and work as a team… I honestly thought this type of service was a thing of the past, so it was such a blessing to witness first hand.

Even though our house is small, they didn’t just send the second string players in, so to speak, they sent the A-Team! and then Justin came out days later to inspect the roof and makesure we were happy with the service.

We had several of our rent houses that were damaged in the hailstorm on May 7, 2024, here in Franklin and Spring Hill, Tennessee. Ezra Funderburg with Three Stone Roofing inspected our roofs and they had significant hail damage and was able to help us go through the process of getting with our insurance company meeting them during the inspection and getting an approval to replace the roofs. He also explained in detail the advantage of replacing our roof with Timberline shingles and choosing the right color to go with each house. During the replacement process Ezra made sure with the help of a drone we were able to see a play by play of the entire replacement process. Initially, I had some difficulty setting up the estimate but in the end they acknowledged that somehow things fell thru the cracks. I very much appreciate it when a company takes responsibility for when something doesn't go the way its supposed to and immediately goes beyond expectations to make it right. Anyway, we got estimation and scheduling quickly sorted and the crew communicated exceptionally well from that point on: arrival, follow-up and finish. Very happy with the job they did. Our gutters and roof look great and absolutely will recommend them and use them again.

I am very happy with my roof. The team did a great job! Austin was super professional and easy to work with and communicated the timeline, expectations, and updates clearly and concisely which was much appreciated.

Jaimie and his crew did a fantastic job with our roof. Pretty impressive how much can get done in a day and I appreciated the drone photos showing the progress. Three Stone cares about the details and is very good at overall communication. Recommend and we are very happy with the outcome.

Three Stone just replaced my house roof in one day. They are very professional and easy to talk to, and they tried to accommodate all my requests. They also handle the negotiations with my insurance. I will recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Three Stone Roofing! They were so professional, courteous, friendly and pleasant to work with. TJ and Brandis and Tyler and Ashlyn were amazing and really went above and beyond. They had great communication - they explained every step and answered every question. TJ made countless trips to my house with samples and going through various questions. I absolutely love the color of the roof - it was a big decision and I am so happy with it! They told me when they would get there on the day they put on the new roof and had a project manager there all day and finished in a day. They checked for nails that day and on a follow up day. I only found one nail after it was all done! Their clean up was quite impressive. They checked for nails again and cleaned the pool and washed the chimney and porch screens and touched up paint around upstairs windows. I highly and absolutely recommend Three Stone Roofing.

Three Stone Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my hail damaged roof. They started early, worked hard and finished early in the afternoon. The cleanup was great. Haven’t found a single nail. Ezra was a great representative for the company. Austin was project manager and did a phenomenal job. This organization seems honest and highly reliable and I recommend them highly.

Imagine being fast asleep just to be jolted awake by something that sounds like someone is tearing your house down at 7am by Three Stone Roofing tearing off a roof. This company obviously has no consideration for the neighbors of their clients. I went to talk to someone on site and ask why they were making so much noise while people are trying to sleep and all they could tell me was "HR tells us we can start at 7". It's sad when the pursuit of money and profits causes companies to completely disregard being considerate of others. Please see the response from the owner. It's exactly what I described. First he tells me it's legal (doesn't make it right). Then he says it's "essential for us" . . . "for our work" and that these timelines are necessary. (Read it's all about me, not you) Necessary why? So you can make more money? If there are fewer daylight hours then you work shorter days. Are your guys not paid hourly? I hope it's worth it to you to disturb the peace so you can make a lot of money man because I'm sure that extra hour in the morning is going to bankrupt you. Update, it's July of 2024. My neighbor said he hired these guys. I got the letter and called them and expressly told them I am not ok with them starting at 7am. There is no daylight excuse because we have light until 7.45pm. it took me more than one call and the company went to my neighbor to try and get him to convince me that 7am was an acceptable start time. Finally, they did start at 8 instead of 7 which I do sincerely appreciate so I have upped my review by a star. I do maintain that this should be standard operating procedure though.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely professional & courteous. And that includes the initial sales people to the onsite Project Mgr. I was impressed with how efficiently the crew worked and I was glad to have Jamie, the project manager there to explain what was going on throughout the whole process. He kept me updated on the progress throughout the day and answered any questions I had. They arrived on time as they indicated and finished the day making sure everything was cleaned up and in the same condition as when they started. I highly recommend Three Stone for your roofing needs. The roof looks amazing and many of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks. I am looking forward to working them on other exterior upgrades I have in mind. Roofing shingles shown are Tumberline UHDZ in Pewter Gray. I love how it turned out!
