Weather as we know it in Colorado with wind, hail and tornado can be brutal. I have a concrete tile roof and a couple of skylights. We have been using this company for a number of years. They have always been prompt to respond and have done excellent work. Recently we had a rather large leak and needed immediate repair. The gentleman, Ever, came at the end of the day and stayed late to make sure that the roof was repaired and everything back in place. And when we thought we had another leak less than a week later, he once again came toward the end of the day and worked til he found the route of our problem - not the roof, but our AC unit. Two years ago Tiley installed concrete tile on our extremely complex roof and did a beautiful job in record time. The weathervane blew off in high winds this week, and I called suggesting one of their guys might want to stop by on his way home and put it back for extra money. Tiley sent a truck out that day, fixed the vane and its mount, put it back, and all under the roof's warrantee. That was above and beyond, typical of their service.

Chaffee County Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit affordable housing provider and is expanding its ReStore in Buena Vista. Tiley Roofing supported our efforts with a donation of pallet racking. Their staff were courteous, prompt and a pleasure to work with.

Tiley Roofing really came through for me! I was in the process of selling my house, and within 2 weeks of closing, the buyer demanded a 5 year certification on the roof. I had used Tiley Roofing once before and was happy with them, so I phoned them. There was a little work that needed done on the roof before they could certify it, and I was on a strict deadline. They understood this and scheduled the estimator the next day. Even though the company was busy at the time, they were able to get the job done in time for me.

I had a leak at my townhome in Denver, which I assumed was a roof leak. I called Tiley Roofing on a Tuesday and they sent Conner to come take a look on Thursday. Conner showed up on time, was very professional and figured out that the source of my leak was not the roof, but cracked masonry. Rather than try to sell me a roof replacement I didn't need, he recommended a brick specialist to address my issue. I could not be happier with Tiley roofing, and when I do need roof work, I will call them.

This company’s estimator cannot be relied upon. My wife rearranged her day to stay home and get an estimate for work and the guy couldn’t be bothered to call her and let her know he wasn’t going to make it. In fact he was supposed to call her, and never once did. This might be an isolated instance, but it was a terrible inconvenience for us. Will not use or recommend based on bad service and lack of professionalism.

The Tiley Roofing Team was incredible through a long, frustrating process of getting a leak in my kitchen resolved. The origin of leak was tricky, and required multiple visits to totally resolve, but Jon & Beto were relentless in helping me get to the bottom of the leak. Westminster CO. --Tiley Roofing is perhaps the most professional, reasonably priced and trustworthy company in Denver. They are unsurpassed in technical knowledge and range of expertise. They have always performed the best jobs on our home's concrete tile roof and commercial properties over the years. They do a great job finding tiles to match and harvest sections of roof to create a flawless look. Their prices are very very reasonable and you can count on utter professionalism and capability. I've interviewed other roofers - but Tiley simply could not be beat on price and workmanship.

Overall good experience including demolition and installation of a large tile roof and gutters. The work crew was excellent though small so job took way longer than expected. Communication could be improved between Tiley’s management, work crews and home owners. Job was done during the winter so we understood their challenges with weather and finding a quality work force. They only hire experienced roofers and gutter installers so we truly appreciate the quality end result.

Tiley roofing was very good years ago, but has come a long way downhill. Delivery of roofing accessories were loosely placed on the roof and the wind blew multiple vent caps off that got dented, but were still used anyway. The tear down was a disaster. Everything was thrown in all directions. Several of our flowering plants were destroyed, gutters were thrown in my neighbors yard plus lots of tar paper etc. a real mess. Skylight was installed, but didn't work. It was never tested and I had to fix it later on. Found nails in my driveway... NICE!! Would not recommend using them.

I was cut off by a Tile Roofing branded truck this morning, I'm not sure if you do emergency roofing jobs, but flipping off potential customers is probably not the most professional thing you could've done. Your driver is tarnishing your brand. It was a dark blue pickup truck coming SB on Federal.

From receiving the quote, to scheduling, to my flat roof replacement and main roof repairs, everything was easy. Everyone involved was professional and did a great job. I received 3 quotes for this work and Tiley was the cheapest and had the best google reviews. Thank you!

Thorough job Done quickly. My insurance company was up in arms because of a few broken tiles on my roof (wanted to cancel me). Jon & Mike got me fixed up right away. The job was complicated by the fact that my tiles are not manufactured anymore. They were able to find very close replacements. The costs & description of the work was presented to me up front and I was kept apprised of the work progress (date they were coming out, etc.). Very happy with their work.

I really appreciated working with Tiley Roofing on replacing our roof that had wind damage from the heavy winds that we had this winter.

First, I got quotes from Tiley and from another local roofing company for my claim. The quote from Tiley was less, but also more thorough. I did not get as much information from the other company. Both quotes were higher than the amount that our insurance adjuster was authorizing, however.

The estimator from Tiley worked directly with my insurance adjuster and, with negotiations back and forth, he was able to get the insurance to authorize more for the work as there were things that Boulder County Building Code requires that other counties do not. (Surprise, surprise,--- if you have ever tried to get a building permit in Boulder County). Also, the insurance adjuster’s square footage was not accurate and Tiley worked with them to adjust their figures. I was glad to have Tiley work with the insurance adjuster instead of having to do it myself. And I was glad that the insurance finally agreed to the amount that Tiley had originally quoted.

Lastly, the work done by Tiley was completed sooner than expected. They did a great job of communicating with me. (They are very thorough with communication all around). And they did a great job on site with clean up. I have not found one stray nail left behind.

The Boulder County Building official that approved the permit commented on the high quality of the work done.

All in all it was an excellent experience with Tiley Roofing.

We had some minor repairs needed due to a tile falling off the eave and hitting the roof below and breaking some tiles. We have had three other companies come out for estimates and each one either failed to give us an estimate or didn't return calls or e-mails after giving us an estimate. I guess our job was too small for those other companies to bother with. Tiley was prompt, came when they said they would; even when it was raining, and finished the job in a couple of hours and at lower cost than the other bids. I highly recommend them.

I first heard of Tiley through a friend of mine who had had a great experience with them when replacing her hail-damaged roof. She said they were the best and most helpful of all of the contractors she dealt with. One year after her roof was replaced, ours was hit by a very bad hail storm too. We agree with our friend that Tiley has been the best from start to finish! Our roof has a lot of different lines and slopes, and after Tiley was done replacing wood shakes with tiles, it looked like the 8th wonder of the world. Beautiful work, great service, and the site was left as neat as a pin because we have yet to find a single nail in our grass. Tiley is a great company, and I give them my full endorsement!

Due to a large hailstorm we had quite a lot of repair work needed on the exterior of our home. It involved working with a number of different contractors. Tiley was, hands down, the best! From our initial call through to completion they were responsive, honest, straight forward and communicated extremely well. A full roof replacement is challenging and they made it go smoothly. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Tiley roofing put on a new roof for us several years ago. The homes in our area were all at the age
where replacement roofs are common. We have been problem free and notice many others have had recurring problems. We were especially pleased that Tiley roofing found the source of a chimney problem and fixed it. Others contacted for estimates missed this!!

When it came time in 2014 to get our roof replaced after the big hail storm, we started with a company that was in the insurance company's stable, but after an initial visit we never heard back from them. So, based on a personal recommendation, we contacted Tiley Roofing. I am so glad we did. To begin with, they were very patient as we hemmed and hawed on the roofing material and color. Their proposal was very helpful as it broke out cost for the major mfrs and for a range of material quality levels. They also provided a list of installed roofing types and colors, so we could drive around and figure out what we really wanted. When we eventually decided, they were backed up due to unusual weather in late spring 2015, but they communicated frequently to keep us up to date. I had them further hold off while I completed painting that I wanted to finish before the new roof went on, The roof was installed in late July 2015. We were very pleased with the results. Their flashing work was outstanding, and looks way better than our neighbors, many of whom went with a door-to-door company. They also were very thorough on cleanup. The install took a few days, and we wondered about our neighbor's who had a roof up in a day, and what shortcuts were taken. They were very cooperative on punchlist work at the end, and didn't expect payment until everything was to our satisfaction.

I hope we won't need to have another roof for a long time, but I would recommend Tiley Roofing in a heartbeat.

I have had Tiley Roofing out 4 times during the time I have lived in my house. Back when the house had wooden shakes, the original roof had a leak near my front door. Tiley Roofing determined that the flashing wasn't installed correctly and did a thorough repair. In 2010, Tiley Roofing did a roof replacement after severe hail damage. While other roofing companies were spending 2 to 3 days, Tiley took 5 and did an awesome job. Although a small section of ridge shinges have blown off twice in the high winds we get, the roof has held up very well. Other homes have lost shingles and had leaks, while mine has not. The roofing crew and individual repair persons have all been professional, polite and helpful. I appreciate that Tiley Roofing has a permanent presence in the city and isn't a business opened up to capitalize on a hail storm, only to be gone a few months later. I would highly recommend Tiley Roofing and will definitely use their services again, should the need arise.

We had a good experience with Tiley Roofing - they did a small job for us that required cutting a vent hole in our roof, installing flashing and vent cover, and sealing the whole assembly. Most importantly, the man that did the work, explained it to us, knew what he was doing, and gave us confidence the job was done correctly. A job cost estimate and scheduling was quite simple - especially as compared with other roofers in the area who would not take on 'small' jobs. The Tiley roofer arrived at the agreed time, performed the work and left no mess. We will use Tiley Roofing again as needed.

I had an insurance claim due to hail damage. Of course the insurance estimate was inadequate. The Tiley Roofing team worked with the insurance company to get the claim amount adjusted properly to include missed items. The roof replacement work was done very efficiently and promptly. The property tenants were constantly consulted and never had one complain. Even when the city inspector had an issue with the roof per the city code, Tiley Roofing again quickly worked with the city inspector to resolve his concern. Of all of the contractors that I have had to work with, the Tiley Roofing team has by far been the best from initial meeting, thorough the claim process, installation and inspection approval.

This is the 3rd time I have worked with Tiley. They always are on time, responsive, and communicate well. They do good work and I will continue to call them with my roofing needs.

After considering many roofing companies we settled again on Tiley to replace our roof damaged by the May 2014 hail storm. Biggest reasons were their knowledge of working with PV Solar systems (panels) and their use of employees not whatever sub contractor was available. They worked well with the company that removed and replaced the panels to insure the Solar install didn't void the roof warranty. They did a professional job of installing the roof in cold weather conditions of early January 2015/

The technician who came to repair our roof in Feb. 2015 due to some shingles blowing off in high winds was very professional and courteous. Tiley's bill for the job was less than the original estimate even though there was more shingle damage than considered in the estimate. We have called out Tiley before for other wind damage to shingles and have always had a good experience. We also used Tiley for a replacement gutter system when we bought our house and they did a superb job.

I had Tiley repair a vent put in my roof by a heating contractor after it leaked. They were quick efficient and courteous. I would use them again.

When the insurance adjuster informed us that "oh boy, do you guys ever need a new roof" after the July 2014 hailstorm, there was no question as to whom to call. We'd had Tiley replace our shake roof less than 10 years ago and they had done a great job; especially impressive since that job wasn't covered by insurance and they knew we'd be watching carefully.

We had a couple of communication issues at first, but once the crew got started it was very pleasant experience. The crew boss introduced himself and his crew, told us what to expect in terms of noise (relatively little), they all made friends with our dogs and ALWAYS made sure the gate was shut, and were meticulous about cleaning up the nails, etc. and were just very efficient. Even the large dumpster in our driveway wasn't that big a deal, and was removed within 24 hours after completion of the job.

Almost all of our neighbors had new roofs put on, and the more people we talked to in our area, the happier we were that we'd called Tiley. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Working with Tiley was an absolute pleasure. From the first phone call, through the estimate and repair, everyone was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Oh, and the price for my repair seemed very reasonable. The work was done when promised, and the worker did a great job of cleaning up when the job was done. We were having trouble with squirrels in our attic. Our pest control expert suggested Tiley Roofing for the repairs and pest proofing our roof required. Tiley was happy to coordinate the roof repairs with the pest control service insuring the roof was repaired as soon as possible after the animals were removed. Tiley sent MIke to repair our roof tiles close off potential entry gaps under our eaves, and cover our roof hat vents with protective metal mesh. Upon inspection Mike noted that there were actually 13 hat vents and that they were already pest proofed. This discovery reduced my final bill by more than 50%. Since I am not capable of climbing onto my roof, there is no way I could have known that the vents were already protected. I greatly appreciate MIke's honesty in this matter

It's a good practice to check out contractors thoroughly before they start work, even if you have used them before. Tiley was honest, affordable, professional, on time, and did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them.

In May 2014, we used Tiley Roofing to replace a roof damaged by a late summer hail storm in 2013. When we scheduled the roof replacement we were in the process of listing our home which sold immediately. Tiley roofing jumped through multiple hoops with us to get the roof complete prior to closing and went above and beyond for us. From the begining with the initial quote thru the repair process Tiley Roofing has been very professional. They've been courteous and quick to respond to our roofing repair needs. They needed to come back after their first repair visit due to snow on the area where the repairs were needed. That work was completed as soon as the roof became clear of snow. They took pictures of all the various areas that the work needed to be done along with pictures of the completed work. We were very pleased with the total experience and would highly recommend their services.

Based on the recommendation of the Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity's Metro Denver affiliate, I recommended that our property management company use Tiley Roofing Inc. as a third party to inspect workmanship and determine the location of a very damaging water leak through the new roof of our townhouse done by another large roofing company out of Golden, Colorado. The Commercial Estimator from Tiley Roofing Inc. could not have done a better job at quickly finding the roof leak, temporarily sealing the roof leak until a more permanent patch could be installed, determining the cause for the leak, and going above and beyond in every aspect of the work he did. Because of the thoroughness of this small job, I believe Tiley Roofing Inc. would also do thorough work on larger and more challenging roofing projects.

I loved my experience with tiley. I used them once before and they were professional both times. tony went above and beyond to help me with insurance claim. i had wind damage and organic shingles which are defective and no longer made. but all for not cause the insurance rejected me every step of the way. so they took off 2 layers removed old swamp cooler and replaced it in 2 days. they did everything they said would do. and they cleaned up like no one was there. i was very comfortable in my conversations with amanda, amy, ashlyn,susie ,tony, and john. they are polite professional and have a sense of humor. they kept me well informed of their timelines. their definatley prompt. i will call them again if that time comes again. they will be my first choice.

Horrible experience.

They ordered the wrong shingle and only because I was home when it was delivered was this error caught. On sight guy assured me it was the correct shingle. I had the call the manufacturer and have them email me to prove it was not.

Then, with the house sitting in underlayment only waiting for new shingles, rain was forecast. I tried three times via phone, text and email to get Tiley Roofing to come out before it rained to double check the under layment. They did not.

Roof leaked during the rain storm. Caused over $6,000 damage to my house. Kirk Tiley (the owner) was way more concerned about how to minimize his costs than he was about taking care of my and the situation his company had created. He interfered with Delta Disaster that did the remediation work telling them to stop work as he was going to do it himself. He demanded I use his "handy man" to put my house back together instead of a contractor I had used for years on other projects.

Roof got installed several weeks after the leak when correct shingles arrived. They attempted to install the attic fan which I had specified be installed with a thermostat so it would not turn on in the winter (which is not necessary or helpful in Colorado's cold dry winter climate). They failed to order a switch that worked with the fan they ordered and tried to blame me for the error because during the sales process I sent them a link of an *example* of what I wanted.

Had a third party roofer inspect the roof. Realized that the ridge that was installed did not match the field -- was significantly more green in color. Tiley sent a guy out weeks later to install new ridge and he came right back down saying the new stuff he had was exactly the same and he is shocked that the ridge was ever installed because it clearly does not match. About 8 weeks later new ridge was shipped and installed that matched.

During all of this Kirk Tiley barely even apologized and never personally offered to make things right through any financial accommodation. Rather, he sent it to his insurance company and I ended up negotiating with a third party claims administrator.

More than 8 months later my roof is finally done and house back in order. Got a $3,000 discount for all of my trouble...yippie.

To be fair, Tiley Roofing did do all the work along the way even though I had not paid them a penny (would you?). I did not pay them anything until the work was finally completed. And, I refused to sign their insurance company's release form which would have eliminated my ability to get coverage from them if I ever had mold or other future issues from this and Tiley went ahead and ate the $3,000 themselves.

But what a nightmare made worse by the fact that Tiley Roofing cared most about minimizing their costs in the incident instead of focusing on fixing the problems they caused and making things right with their customer.

Suggest you go to a different roofer.
