Working with Zen Roofing to install a new roof was the best decision and I cannot say enough positive things about Roger and his team! They were incredibly responsive, did a thorough job, had excellent communication and completed the job in record time.

When we filed our insurance claim on our roof, we expected a long, difficult project, and to have to spend a lot of money out of pocket to repair the damaged state it was in. After reading a few reviews of Zen Roofing, we called Roger to see if Zen works with insurance companies. I cannot stress how well Roger worked with our insurance company. We did not have to communicate with them on our end at all, and they handled everything to ensure that payments were received, all supplements were paid out, etc.

I have never worked with a more responsive company and as a first-time homeowner with little to no experience working on home repairs, it was a great experience. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly, and Roger would respond to questions that we had everytime- much better than getting tossed around on the phone from line to line! Zen went above and beyond to get every aspect of the project done, even if it wasn't typically something they would handle, Roger found people to do it!

He was fair and honest with his quote and followed through. I will definitely contact his Company again if we should ever need roof repairs.

I didn't even intend to contact Zen Roofing, I was forwarded to this company by a home repair matching service (Porch). But I spoke with Roger and sent him the roof repair scope from my insurance company and he went to work straight away on finding out my city codes and getting more money from insurance to do the job per those codes. I didn't have to pay anything until the supplies were delivered (which other companies I'd contacted wanted money down before they did anything) and it was no time before the supplies were here and the work was done. They were fast, professional and did a great job with the roof installation, the clean-up and fabricating new gutters. Hail damage in storm torn into the roof. Had the roof completely redone to great satisfaction . All materials taken off was hauled away and work was done promptly . Could not ask for a quicker response time.
