Thanks to Jose’s years of experience, I was able to take this inspection over to the builder and was able to get this problem fix. JL roofing gave me a well put together inspection as well as a reasonable quote if builder will deny resolving the issue. Great customer service and very professional, wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We were misled by this roofing company during the early stages of getting our roof replaced. After agreeing to all the terms, the owner suddenly decided not to move forward with the project, citing the inability to accept payments via Zelle or any other secure method, as well as the fact that we live out of town and she couldn't meet us in person.
In any other industry, businesses still conduct transactions with customers who are not local. We made it clear that our house is rented out, showed our willingness to pay the agreed deposit, and even offered to provide any additional documentation needed to reassure them. Despite our honest intentions, she refused to proceed.
The most frustrating part is that she led us through the entire process of estimates and financial discussions only to back out for the reasons mentioned after keeping us waiting with no answer if i hadn't reach out multiple times. To me, this is an unprofessional way of conducting business. It's 2024—while everything else is progressing, this company seems stuck in outdated and dishonest practices.
