I was having some issues with my black water tank, and was prepared for them to come pick up my trailer and this ne pretty expensive, however they were able to fix the problem on my property and it was able 1/3 of the price I was expecting and even hoping for. Yes they are like the only option in the area for rv repair but they are literally the best option.

Came in on a Friday at 4:30 PM with an electrical issue at the connection between my RV and the towed vehicle. With fingers crossed, I spoke with the staff and within 35 minutes we were good to go and on our way. From diagnosis to repair, they were all friendly, helpful, competent, and reasonable priced. I highly, highly recommend them for your RV parts and service.

Awesome customer service and very professional. Was able to get my rental guest in last minute and fix their drain issue. Which prevented further delays in their travel. Cannot thank them enough!!!

I was taking my trailer and hour away from my home where I had purchased it but decided to look for a place much closer. They just dewinterized my trailer and took care of some other preventative things I wanted done. Staff is friendly and helpful. The owners of the business care about their customers and do the right thing for them! I will be taking my trailer back to be serviced.

Came in for a new toilet, and fixtures for shower. Work was done and purr-fect within one hour!!!

Labor day weekend and my toilet is leaking. I was prepared to purchase a new one(which they had 4 in stock). They sold me the new part and told me how to fix it. Very nice people and great customer service

I've been using north beach rv for 3 years 18 months ago my 2 way fridge quit " 10 years old" the lady at the parts counter then was great help. Chuck troubleshoot the problem and it was cheaper to order a new one,3 days later he install it $2500.00 it was 7 weeks to repair the old one" middle of covid" the fridge came with the wrong front panel but chuck handled it week later he came to my house and installed the correct one.the parts are more expensive than the internet but know chuck will be there to help you out that is why I go there.

First I want to apologize for this late review. We had a mishap with a traffic cone that a vehicle in front of us hit while we were driving down the I-5 to Ocean Shores. Unfortunately we couldn’t avoid it and heard a loud bang but being on the freeway couldn’t pull over to check for damage. We continued all the way without noticing any noises or concerns. When we were able to see the damage we found that the cone had dislodged our sewer pipe and it was hanging in the air off the ground. We had just started our trip and were worried that we would have to turn around and drive back home to Canada. It was a Sunday when this happened and all RV repair facilities were closed.We slept in our motorhome that night at the casino and called North Beach RV Parts & Services in Hoqium hoping to get it fixed. The people there were so nice and told us not to worry they would fit us in right away as their Tech was due back any minute and as soon as Chuck got back he went to work fixing the sewer system. They had the parts we needed and had us back on the road within the hour. Their labor & parts prices were very reasonable. We were so thankful!

Family trip to the Oregon Coast. We rented an RV and the first night out the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. Stopped by their shop the next morning and they helped us confirm what was wrong and got us back on the road quickly Thanks again Ken, Mare & Mak

We had a GREAT experience at North Beach RV. Even though Bill was not familiar with our rig brand (NuCamp Cirrus) he was willing to work to find a grey tank leak and to repair it same day. We feel very fortunate to have found them on a long road trip.
We also stopped in later for a quick fix on a rack.
Highly recommend North Beach!

My slide out gear box broke on my fifth wheel while on the road. I called North Beach and explained the problem and that I would be in the area the next week. They squeezed me in for an evaluation, then ordered the part and technician Bill had my slide out operating in time for my scheduled departure to my next destination. Bill was very helpful in explaining the system and sharing his knowledge.

Deandre was super nice, very helpful and encouraging. As a new RV owner, learning the ropes, she helped step by step and listened to my description of problem, diagnosed problem to the “T”. Thank you very much

We love this RV shop for all of our RV needs in ocean shores. The customer service is great and they are always willing to help with a problem.

Can't say enough nice things about Bill who helped us when we were stuck with our slide outs deciding to not operate. He happened to be staying at the same RV park as us and offered his help free of charge. He really saved us!

Great honest company. Chuck quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem we were having with our rv. They have a big selection of parts.

This was our third time to take our 5th wheel here for repair and have been pleased each time. Most of all, they are COMPETENT and do NOT do unnecessary repairs to pad the bill.

Pulled into the camp site yesterday and hooked up only to find after turning on the water and the kitchen faucet that it's leaking out the top. Checked and found North Beach RV Parts and Service. Called them spoke to a gentleman, explained the problem.he said that they had some and he should be able to help us. Went down and was greeted by a friendly face. This young lady helped me and my wife out. Got us the faucet we needed. Very friendly and great service.

It seems like most RV related service people act like they’re doing you a favor by just being there. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. I’m just passing through town, but if I lived here, this would be my go to place.

I give them five stars because this place is so helpful and friendly and well stocked . I went there with a small 15amp breaker switch for my furnace. I was camping at Pacific Beach State Park. I had to suffer for 1 night without the furnace and just used an small electric space heater.
This is the go to RV Parts and Repair for many miles in each direction. It serves an important role in the community.
So many local people rely on them. I highly recommend this business.

They were great about finding our problem and resolving it. They also took the time to show us what and how to resolve it should it happen again. The also provided suggestions on maintenance. It was nice to finally find a service place we can now trust, unlike other big name service centers.

Bill and Deann and the crew are unbelievably great! Our 2016 Forester (junk) motorhome stranded us 100 miles from our home while on the coast of Washington State. Bill was the only person who could provide us with the knowledge how to retract our slideout so we could have it towed to them for repair. They could not have been more patient, accommodating, helpful, competent and extremely knowledgeable. We would be at a complete loss if it weren't for North Beach RV! We would not hesitate to strongly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Bill and Linda are always fair and reasonable their whole team is very knowlegable. Chuck has been out several times to my RV and is always professional and kind. I highly recommend North Beach RV for anything RV related.

Rude, rude and rude. Went in to get something looked at in my 40 ft class A and on the phone the women was rude to my wife but I stopped anyway and got the same... "we don't do that here" answer without a trace of, maybe I can help or suggest or anything resembling a helpful statement. JUST RUDE!

I have used them regularly for RV parts and service, excellent mechanic Deanne is very knowledgeable in all things RV and great selection in stock. Sometimes a little expensive but tv's are not cheap and saves time and travel.

Great customer service. We are so happy we took our motorhome there.

You can not go anyware n get a better deal n it is a great family atmosphere n my whole motorhome is in great shape. N because price n knowledge I didn't have they have the knowledge

I broke our Dometic Flush Ball Toilet Seal and thankfully they had the replacement part. This place has a very good selection of parts and the staff was extremely friendly.

This RV repair shop is worth driving to. He is the most honest and helpful person in the RV business I've ever ran into. To busy to do my job! Loaned me a ladder, sold me the materials, and helped me fix my slide seal. Quick emergency repair done and back on the road in sixty minutes...

Stopped by on Saturday (busy day) had an issue with the RV AC, Chuck was very knowledgeable and helpful also the front desk lady was nice. Issue was resolve I got propane and back on the road! Thanks guys!

Awesome staff. We looked at a fifth wheel trailer and ended up buying it. We offered 2,000 less than list and it was accepted immediately . Not only did we get a killer deal but they offered to deliver it for free. Great place, even better people. I highly recommend North Beach RV.

Friendly service! Needed propane. They also tested my house batteries for free and gave some advice on how I could perform some maintenance on my motorhome. So nice! Thank you so much!

Our new RV started leaking while we were on our first camping trip (and in the rain). They got us in as soon as they could and fixed it in just a few hours. They saved our trip. Nice people great service.

Have had my fifthwheel and motorhome worked on by North Beach Rv. They are awesome and do really good work. Better than any RV service center I have ever been to. Quality work and nice people too!

These people are beyond friendly and helpful. I needed a test switch for my water system.....something small and hard to find, this place has practically everything you need for your trailer/RV. It's like being in a candy shop for campers.

Totally messed up our rv by flooding it out while checking for leaks. Didnt find the hot water tank leak that noticeably leaked prior and leaked still untill we found a good RV tech. They also replaced eggshell lights with white. If you want it right make the short drive to Cosmopolis to BOBS RV he is honost. I live 6 miles from nb rv and 25 miles from Bobs RV, I trust Bob and his guys for honosty and good work.
