Josh from SW here was super helpful very polite and knowledgeable. You don’t find service like this no more. Also hit the mark on an exact paint match to our sheen.

I’ve done updates to my home and a rental property with the help of excellent advice from SW staff. Understanding prep, having the right paint for the project and helpful staff to answer questions made a huge impact toward my successful results.

Have been a contractor and getting all my supplies through sherwin at this store for several years. Always have done right by me, gone extra mile, exceptionally friendly and would absolutely recommend over other competitors for paint.

I got my general contractor's license a year ago this February. The paint reps at our local sherwin williams store made sure to go above and beyond for me. Just starting out on my own was more than a little stressful and overwhelming. they have been patient, educational, and informative. They always make sure you feel taken care of. They are professional and efficient. They are my professional paint experts, but Matt, Brian, and freddy feel more like family.

Always a good experience when it comes to customer service! I would gladly pay a little more just for the customer service you get from smaller mom and pop stores and I like to support are home town businesses when ever i can plus they always have whatever I need!

SW is the best paint there is! The Aberdeen, WA location is staffed by great individuals, who are alwasy helpful.

I primarily deal with Christie and she’s always friendly, very helpful with questions I have.
If Christie isn’t working, I’ll work with Matt.
It’s great being on a first name basis with retail shops.

Very helpful employee's, choosing a new outside paint color is difficult as you know you will have to live with it for a long time. That and its a very expensive cosmetic investment for your home (hiring it out) I found the salesman to be more than helpful in choosing some colors for my place. I struggled as my metal roof is teal, limiting my chooses and wanted to stay away from the normal color down here grey... This in not the big box store experience at all, these guys are professionals

Always enjoy going to Sherwin Williams! The staff at all of them are hugely helpful and will assist in the , "Can you help me find this color game?" The gentleman who was at the Aberdeen store was kind and very service oriented. He nailed the color I was looking for from a magazine in minutes and helped me with primer and sandpaper as well. He genuinely inquired about my project and made sure I was completely set up to be successful. This is exacly why I always come back. Their paint is always great too!

This afternoon my sister went in for a sample of a paint color and after paying $6 for the sample she asked if it was washable and the young man told her "No, it will start deteriorating in two weeks". Now tell me, what does that mean and why buy a paint that will be deteriorating that quick?

I recently purchased 10 gallons of house paint. I first purchased the sample, and painted it on the exterior wall. However, after putting a larger portion on the wall and in different light, it just looked white. After going to Olympia (for another reason) and stopping by a Sherwin Williams there to no avail, I went back in to Aberdeen to see what I could do to change it. The first staff person did his best but we could not find a color to tint it too because I had picked one of the harder colors to match and they were very busy. But Bryan (the manager??) picked up where the other young men left off and was able to help me find a color and then to match it nearly perfectly with the imperfect paint he was given. I could have hugged him! He saved me a lot of money and when I got home the paint was perfect. He represents the reason why we need to shop locally. You can not get this type of small town personal service in larger communities. Thank you Bryan and Sherwin Williams!

Customer service was great. Very helpful in color selections when I asked for help. I really liked a color they had on the outside of the building and the guy brought out all the swatches and helped me find the color. Great service

They did a great job to make the experience easy. They even brought out samples to make sure the shade of paint I requested was right. I really appreciated their time.

The store in Aberdeen Washington was the only company in town that could help me with parts for my older airless spray gun!

Moved intown, They looked up my account, Did a Bunch of homework to get the right color for me, gave me a great welcome to town! cant say enough about them. Headed down again today to buy some more paint!

I went into Sherwin Williams for the first time about 6 months ago. They were exceptionally helpful and they earned my return business. Their customer service has gone above and beyond every time I've gone into the store. They have great product and amazing customer service no matter who has been working. I was greeted by a knowledgeable and understanding customer service employee. She understood my needs to resurface cabinet doors and made acceptable suggestions.

High quality products and paint. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable at this store. The employees will also let you know if there is an upcoming sale that could save you money.

Went into the store with a empty gallon can of primer to purchase one of the same. The clerk asked me if I was a contractor because the primer I was asking to buy is normally used only by contractors. I told her I was not a contractor but this is what my nephew had been using on our house and he had not quite finished before he ran out and I needed to buy another gallon. She said it was expensive primer and I should buy something less expensive. I told her it price wasn't a problem and I wanted to buy what I came in to buy. After several more exchanges back and forth with her I told her she was acting like I was spending her money To make this purchase. I told her since she was refusing to sell me what I came in for I wanted her name as I was going to call the corporate office and report that she was refusing to sell me what I came in to buy. She turned her back and started to walk away from me saying she was going to call her manager. I said I hope you do because he needs to know how you are talking to your customers. She then turned around and I got a glimpse of her name "Amy" on the front of her shirt.

Day 2: I tried reaching the corporate office and after several attempts of being on hold I called the Olympia store and spoke to a very polite gentleman, Connor. He provided me with a number to reach someone who would be able to contact the District Manager for me. Spoke to Tami? She was very polite and apologized for the way I was spoke to at the Aberdeen store and said she would send an email to the District Manager and he would be contacting me.

Day 3: Spoke to the District Manager who pretty much wasted my time. He agreed I shouldn't have been spoke to in the manner I was but "it's a good learning tool for my employees". Huh? Are you kidding me. As I told him he should have been a little more accommodating to me, the customer, and made this wrong a right.

This customer will not step foot in another Sherwin Williams store. My only regret......spending nearly $1200 at their store on house paint and supplies.
