Steven is great! I received several (7) quotes on a replacement roof install. First off, he made the trip from Lynnwood to Silverdale for an estimate. Secondly, he was patient with my many, many questions and concerns, he answered them all, and in a timely fashion too. He even did some analysis on various quotes that I received oven the course of several weeks. Also, Steven was able to match the other quotes that I received for the same brand/ products but due to financing, we proceeded with another company. After knowing this, Steven continued to guide and help me through the process. He offered to come out various times and explain things, but with us not choosing the company I could not do that to him. When Steven came for the proposal, he stayed for a bit, and took the time to explain everything in deep detail for me, and point out where things will go, and such. Steven was very communicative and kept me up to date with coding, and helped me learn a lot about roofing! While he was here, he even brought tactile things to touch and feel for the new roof. Had the financing worked out, I would have chosen to work with Puget Sound Roofing, but unfortunately, it did not. I would highly recommend this company for services, connection and even just guidance. Steven was wonderful, I almost felt like I made a friend.
