The sales department has great customer service skills however when you run into issues and need the service dept. be prepared to be talked over and treated like a child specially if you are female. They will also deny previous statements made to your face when you call them out on their attitude and what they said. Someone dropped the ball on my vehicle repair and no one is taking accountability and if it wasn’t for me calling weekly and the sweet girl that works there my truck would’ve been on it’s 3rd week of just sitting there. Yep, they didn’t even add it to their system for WEEKS and still have the nerve to give attitude!

So far this dealer has been decent for getting my service done for the last year and a half. I do like that they finally got their new waiting room all built and done. It is a lot nicer in there and so much better than having to walk across the way to the trailer especially on those days of pouring rain. There is also wifi which I used this last time and it was nice and fast. I remember seeing a vending area but I did not use it and I believe there was a coffee station like they typically have but I grabbed Dutch on the way in across the street.

Overall a friendly dealer where I have had decent service every single time and it normally does not take long for them to get me out the door, maybe 45 minutes to an hour average.

I am giving the people who work at 5 star Ford in Aberdeen a 5+. FIRST - The front desk rep Parker went above and beyond in attempts to solve my problem. And although I am a bit disappointed in FORD (the company), I was super impressed with how well Parker managed a very difficult situation. Parker communicates and interfaces with the public well beyond his years and deserves recognition.

SECOND - I also want to thank Kim, and her front desk co worker (sorry miss i forgot your name) in collision. They were both a pleasure to deal with. I especially appreciated Kim's explanation of the different parts and how they all work and fit together. she really knows her stuff. I left her office with a better understanding of what the challenge was.

FINALLY - 5 Star Ford I really hope you can retain all of these employees and give them recognition for their hard work. While the situation did not end in my favor, I appreciated all the efforts, the service, and the patience I received from your employees.

I moved to this area within the past 18 months. I struggled to find a service provider for my Maverick. I have made it a point to have it serviced by a dealer, first the one where I purchased the truck, Apple Valley Ford in Apple Valley, Minnesota, then Balise Ford on Cape Cod when we were there. After moving to our current home I discovered Five-Star Ford, but did not expect much because, well, what were the chances of finding three dealers in a row who provided excellent service. Turns out, with Ford, the odds are pretty great. Five Star has proven to me, after just two services, to be as exceptional as any other Ford dealer or service provider I have used. Their personnel are friendly and effective. I particularly welcome the no-pressure approach to service, without the attempts to add-on additional services or items that may not be needed. 2 wks ago they changed the code on my door. Quick. Easy. Great. Last wk i bought 3 transponder keys, they cut all for $10. No appt needed. Thx. I needed an appt to prog 3 FOBs. I got there early for appt, but 15 mins after my scheduled appt, i still had not gotten any svc. Due to another appt i had (so as not to be late for that) I had to leave. :(

Took a Ford Transit in for an oil change. I am used to having a all point inspection when a vehicle is brought in for even an oil change. Service department missed a headlight that was out, the shuttle service never picked us up. However, while we where waiting in the Sales department we did end up buying a 2024 Ford Escape. Sales department was great, Service needs some customer service training.

Apparently this dealership leaves their customers in ⚠️licensing limbo⚠️ immediately following a new vehicle purchase. A 2-day temp tag combined with a 60-day delay in registration paperwork is bad business and unlawful, especially for out-of-state buyers!! Glad I decided against buying that 2024 Bronco while I was staying in Ocean Shores last month!!

Bought my Bronco here August ‘24. Had a great salesman and LOVE my bronco. And then it took over 3 hours for the finance dept to process the paperwork (I have amazing credit). The 2 old guys couldn’t figure out how to sign the paperwork (electronically or paper copy). It was a never ending nightmare.

Plus, it was an out of state purchase and they had no idea how to process the title paperwork. It took almost 2 months to get my plates from their ridiculously backed up title service. I was never offered the option to purchase 30 day temps and literally drove around for 2 months hoping I wouldn’t get pulled over. None of this was EVER disclosed to me (other than WA state can only grant 3 day temps for out of state purchases). Really?!? That’s my ONLY option? It’s 2024 people. There has GOT to be a better way.

I didn’t make a big stink about it but seeing other people with these same issues I need to speak up to support other customers with bad experiences and make sure the public has been warned.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE OUT OF STATE…I came to visit my father during a vacation and wanted a new car and bought a bronco. I have been to the dmv 3 TIMES. And I still am not able to get plates or registration. It's now been 3 weeks since I purchased this vehicle. Ive had to get a Vin inspection and mail it to the dealership before they would release the paperwork to the title company but never disclosed it. So at week 3 now of owning this vehicle I can't drive it because it's not legal. They also only gave me a 6 day permit which is ridiculous. This dealership is not worth your money.

I contacted Five Star because I was interested in updating my pick up with a 2024 F150 with the eco-boost turbo 3.5 L engine, that included the tow mirrors because it doesn’t seem to make much sense to have a tow package without tow mirrors.

I got a great price for my trade-in and Five Star was able to locate the exact truck I wanted, even though they had to dealer trade to get it.

Once they got the truck, they had it delivered to my house, three hours from Aberdeen, and picked up my trade. It was the easiest vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had, including all the vehicles I’ve purchased from Five Star in the past.

Place is a joke took Jeep in on April 1 2024 still waiting for them to complete work including where they PAINTED OVER a scratch on door they purchased and put in my jeep along with headlight they chose to use a different type from what is already in it even though it was told to them and they even told me they had taken care of it they did not

We took a family vacation in Seabrook. Upon arrival we noticed the carriage under our Ford Escspe was loose and hanging dangerously close to the ground. We called Rick and he said if we could bring the car in before 11, he’d take a look. We drove up, he immediately was on the ground and noticed 4 bolts were missing. He replaced them, shook my hand, said “no charge, enjoy your vacation.”

On our way to the beach, on whim, John and visited Five Star Ford to look at Ford Bronco Sports. Dustin was there for us and showed us the new Broncos on the lot. A beautiful top of the line 2021 arrived minutes before we did. Dustin pointed it out, and for us, it was the one! We test drove it as Dustin showed us the features and explained how things work. He cheerfully answered all of our questions. He helped us trade in our two other vehicles and we received a quote faster than expected. Dustin was considerate helpful in every possible way. I don't think the process could have gone more smoothly. We drove our Bronco Sport off the lot the next day!

The team did a great job on my 100,000 mile service. However, mis-diagnosed the banging sound under the car as a passed over bumps. Their estimate was $2,400, so I got a 2nd opinion from Early Tire, who diagnosed it as something entirely different, fixed it within an hour for total cost of $153.34, and showed me the broken part. It pays to get a 2nd opinion !!

Life savers! I was on my way to Westport for the holiday weekend, when a oil overfilled light comes on in my 2022 VW Taos. I have been going to Five Star for a little over a year now for my services and oil changes. Recently, I decided I wanted to trade my car in and get something a little bigger. I spoke with Dustin over the phone to get an idea of what it would look like, then decided to go in and see what they had. I thought I had my heart set on a specific vehicle, but Dustin, knowing what I was wanting and the budget I wanted to stay in, showed me some others. Let's just say I am glad I had him helping me out. He found me the perfect mom car just slightly bigger than my last car and in my price range. He was great with answering all my weird questions and even answering questions for me when he was not in the office. I appreciate the hard work he did to get me into my new car. And even after the purchase, he is still right there if I need anything (like a new battery in my key). Thank you very much, Dustin, for your assistance before, during, and after the purchase.
