This is the fourth roof we’ve have Genesis do for us. Three were on our rental houses but this one was on our residence. I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with the process from beginning to end. Owner David is friendly, punctual and professional. He’s obviously a great owner/manager because his crew was also very professional. Our property looked better after they left than before they arrived and not just because of the new roof. The crew slowly walked every inch of the surrounding property and removed all evidence that we had just had our roof replaced. Two day job, showed up promptly, began work immediately, cleaned prior to departure on day one, returned promptly the next day and worked until it was finished, cleaned, blew off perimeter and cleaned again! Absolutely stellar!

Genesis Roofing Services was referred to me by a manager at work. I had them come give me a quote and I was blown away by the price and high end materials they use. The crew that came to install the roof and make the repairs were fast, efficient, and very clean. I inspected the roof when they were finished and it looks absolutely flawless. Perfect cuts along valleys, drip guards and eaves. They even cleaned all our gutters upon removal of old roof. Don’t look any further after getting a quote from these guys. I promise you won’t be disappointed. My neighbor even came out and was impressed with the stunning workmanship and obvious quality of the roof they installed from me and immediately reached out to have genesis do his house as well. We had a leak on the ceiling of our bathroom near the fan. The roof on the 1st level was also compromised. Since the roof was almost 19 years old. We opted a reroof project instead of repairs. Genesis Roofing was one of the companies we contacted. Genesis Roofing stood out as David Rodriguez, the owner, pointed out some other leak issues immediately and said it's an emergency. He got us in quickly. The crews were hardworking, reliable, on time, fast, polite and did a beautiful job. They worked one long day, started early and finished late but got everything done right. They cleaned up the roof & gutters with a blower, picked up all the debris on the ground and used a long handed thing to pick up nails and metal. Finally they washed the sidings. The new roof looks amazing! The ridge vents, starter metal, metal valley flashing, galvanized pipe boot flashing, metal vents- all the current standards were used. Couldn't be more pleased with Genesis Roofing for delivering great roof and competitive pricing! Many thanks David!

David and his team are phenomenal. The roof install was scheduled for 3 days. The property management team failed to coordinate with the renters and notified us that we could not work on the 2nd day. David and his team were able to make adjustments and completed the install on time and on budget. The new roof looks incredible! The Install was top notch and they left nothing behind. 4 PM on day three and the site was clean and it looked like they were never there. That is if you did not notice the incredible new roof. They even repaired the roof of my wind damaged RV carport. I have nothing but the best to say about this company and will be referring my friends and family to them.

Genesis roofing services is a locally owned and operated business that did a great job in my new roof. The owner David responded quickly to my request for a bid and visited my house personally. I got two other bids and Genesis was well priced and offered a great warranty on the work done. David explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. Looked and researched for a good riding company for 2 years and saw their work on a neighbor's house and from the start all the way to the finish they were quick, efficient and affordable!

I cannot say enough about the service David and his team provided my family. First off, David is the most responsive contractor I have ever worked with. The guy always answers the phone, texts and always does what he says he will do if not even sooner. We had our entire roof replaced along with a full ridge venting system, gutters, and 3 skylights. The work was fantastic but more than that, David's guys repaired some rotting fascia boards that I hadn't seen before just because they wanted the job to be perfect. Not only would I recommend Genesis Roofing Services to anyone looking for roof, skylight or gutter repair/replacement, 4 of my neighbors have either hired or will be hiring them as well based on David's responsiveness and quality of work his guys provided. Just replaced roof last week by Genesis Roofing. Very nice job and very nice team. They gave a reasonable bid and they used top rank materials. They cleaned the site every day after work. They took care every details of the workmanship.

Excellent work, meticulous cleanup, very fast. They installed the roof, light tubes, facia, flat roof, gutters and removed the chimney. David will work with you on getting whatever you want done. We are so happy with the work they did. Great price. When we saw the crew working on another house in the neighborhood we were impressed and we called them up to do our house.

With so much roofing company out there it was hard to pick one. But what stood out with Genesis roofing services is that they had no middleman! no managers no estimators no receptionist etc which right there will save you $$$. Had an appointment with David to inspect our roof for a leak. Left work early to meet him at our appointment time at 330pm. No one showed and at 430 I called David to ask if he was still coming or if we needed to reschedule; he responded that one of his guys was to come out and stated “let me call him”. David never called back; no one ever showed. I’m not one to write bad reviews but when someone leaves work early and disrupts their schedule to be stood up, it’s a little infuriating. We had an amazing roofer come out today who drove 45 minutes to give us great inspection so everything happens for a reason.

Professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. After 7 bids, we chose Genesis because we trusted their work ethics. They completed a complex roof, protecting the property and cleaned up after every days work. The roof was completed in 2 and 1/2 days (including a weekend day) I highly recommend this company!

These guys were quick and knew what they were doing. They worked hard continuously until they got the job done. Our roof has a 9/12 pitch and they were still able to be running most of the time. We have 4 skylights and they obviously knew what they were doing as they replaced the flashing around them. And the cost was about half of what we got as an estimate from another company. We definitely recommend them.
