I liked the organization of the work itself : from the first call to the completion of the repair, everything was clearly planned . They arrived on time, had everything they needed with them and didn't run to the store for small things, as is often the case . The quality of the work is impeccable . All the seams are tight , after cleaning the chimney " breathes" freely and the fireplace itself began to work quieter and more efficiently. They did everything as it should be: professionally, accurately and - most importantly - with result .

Real professionals . Before the repair, the fireplace was almost non-functional-smoke was coming into the room and even the smell was constant. The master conducted a thorough diagnosis, found old damage that previous "specialists" simply ignored. The work was very technical - in compliance with all safety standards, even a camera was used to inspect the chimney internally . Upon completion, I was provided with a brief report and maintenance tips. This is another level of service. The result is 10/10 .

Our fireplace was in rough shape crumbling mortar between joints and needed cleaned and damper serviced and there was a crack in the chimney cap we were unaware of. They came and gave us an estimate that was very fair for the work, discussed what really needed done and what we wanted done and what extra could be done. FANTASTIC experience from start to finish. They came and did what they said they would and did and EXCELLENT job. They repaired the mortar joints 'tuckpointing' and they removed the wood stove or insert and cleaned the entire chimney and serviced the damper and took care of the chimney cap.
We highly recommend them and will hopefully be having them back to do some other work on our house. Finding quality contractors at a fair price who are professional and polite and do excellent work can be hard but we feel like we were very fortunate to find these gentlemen.

I definitely recommend this company.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
